Dont remember the name of the guy I dealt with. He was very nice and even negotiated on price. No complaints there.If you use their 30 day warranty, make sure you keep that reciept. You might have to call them a few times to get service.

The owner and his son were very nice and polite. Prompt service, with same day delivery. I bought an electric dryer and its worked fabulously, for the past six months. Im going back this week for a washer because the quality is unbeatable for the price.

Do not go to this buisness for anything bought a dryer 2 1/2 months agi. The dial gies out and.now they wont even work wirh me to get another dyer theu charge me 35 to come out and look at ir then want to charge me again for another druer dont think so. My momma did nit raise no fool. Again do not to to Used Appliances on Ventura and orange.

Bought 2 refrigerators there and a kitchen stove all work amazing never had an issue... They are very friendly.. will be coming back if I need anything else

Great selection and prices. Have had washer n dryer for handful of years and ONLY needed to replace 1 part on washer. Minor part and inexpensive. Used 30-day warranty once and quickly got unit fixed while I waited. Greatly recommend store.

I purchased a used washer. They said we have 30 day warranty if anything happened. 15 days after we purchased the washer, it started to leak a lot of water. Called the store to have someone come check it out on the 11/29, they said a tech would be out to check it out and fix it. Its December 3rd and still nothing. They wont even answer my calls. I already went to their office and they reassured me someone would be out to fix my washer but nothing yet. Unprofessional customer service.

Bought a dryer here for a very reasonable price & has gave us no issues, its been at least six months. Very happy with my purchase.

Its ok had to wait to get help like 20 min and thats for light for my kitchen.i was in the dark so needed really bad. i see all this employees walking around.hummm until i stop one and he said ILL find someone .i said let me talk to regional manger. Need number asap.ive been waiting for 20 or more and you guys are just walkin .so they did sent a guy who knew NOTHING about nothin.i did it MYSELF.to bad osh closed down they knew thier stuff they trained good before got sent out to your isle.i know cuz i worked THERE LOL.they test all the TIME.

Bought a washer & dryer set from here. Washer lasted bout 8 yrs dryer bout 5 yrs it was well worth the price payed. If Im thinking correctly I only paid bout 2-250 for them both together.

I purchased a fridge back in middle of November, fridge was delivered damaged, with broken shelf. I then called store an talk to owner Miguel who said he would order the part an have it delivered on Friday the 28th. The 28th came along an no part or call from the store, I then called the store- an then they say it would be a special order an would take 10day if we would like them to order it, we told them yes, we paid $600 for a fridge an it was damaged on arrival needs to be fix - we did not want to spend $600 on a broken fridge. Miguel ordered the part, it is now December 16th, still nothing. I then called store who now said it was going to be 14day not 10, but even with 14days it should have been delivered already. / The owner then said the shelf would now be delivered this Friday 12/19/2014, or on next Monday the 22nd of December. ///// at that time- I let the owner know this has been going on for to long now, an I then asked him, if the warranty would start from the day they deliver the shelf since the fridge has not been in use since the original day that is was delivered broken. his reply was the fridge is usable, so then warranty started from day of original delivery. I then responded to him letting him know that the fridge is still in garage not plugged in were they put it, we were not going to use the fridge with a broken shelf to have the store say we cause the damage. since we did not get a working fridge, an unable to use it- at very least they should honor warranty from day then shelf it put in. keep in mind it was black Friday an we could have just spent $150 more an got a new fridge from home depot for $750. if refund was granted- since it was not- we are just looking for valid warranty- an that can not even be done. Worst service from both employee Ray an owner Miguel. I wound not recommend this store to no one.// next step is better business bureau

Expensive

Paid $500.00 for a used refrigerator...and in less than 30 days it stopped working...they sent a technician out to fix it with supposed brand new part and not even a week later I had to have the tech come back out with no results!!!

Bought fridge that was $500 under market value and worked like a charm.
