While we often find what were looking for, too many times we have had to look around for an employee for assistance. When we get help, the employees are consistently helpful even though they are spread thin. Having a few more employees would make shopping there more pleasant.

Went in for a job interview yesterday, the employees are just so nice. I walked up to a gentleman and asked where to go for an interview. He walked me where I needed to go and said, Good luck, I hope you get the job, so sweet, and I did get the job. Thanks young man and thank you to the awesome lady that interviewed me, and thank you Home Depot, this means so much to me. I cant wait to start.

Man, if you need help with anything dont come here. I need one cut done on a board and employees are just passing by me. Ive been waiting 25 min and there isnt that many customers in the store. This is gonna make me start using lowes.

We went in found what we needed right away, no long lines to wait in. The staff was friendly,polite. The store was very clean.

I love home Depot it has everything I can even imagine having or needing Im by my plants from there they will always good price actually cheaper than Ive seen it even at Walmart bug sprays paints etc etc theres pretty much everything you need prices for certain things that sometimes a little bit high but for others prices are pretty good you probably couldnt get it anywhere else for the price that they give I would recommend for peoples housing needs to go there for whatever theyre trying to find whatever they need to fix in their home employees are very friendly very helpful dont laugh at you if you dont know what youre doing give you advice is always great to have when you really dont know what youre doing and you ask I love how they they deliver you can order online order Adams schedule and they have it ready for you at the door or you can go in with or without mass thats up to you I prefer mask no matter what shots or no shots Im still going to wear my mask and Ive never had any problems going to that place so yeah

Best home improvement store, the associates at the service desk are always helpful and friendly. Its nice to be greeted with a smile. Ive never had a bad experience here. Plus their garden selection and veriety of plants is the best.

Had a small issue with an item I purchased online. Staff were very busy so I had to wait a bit; I tried to be understanding. Finally someone came to my rescue; issue solved. Loved the item I purchased!!

Usually they have everything but I know because of covid they run out quickly overall its great.

Staff doesnt run away as much as they used to in the old days. Some of them take downright respect in their job and their department. It can take some time if youre trying to get stuff thats locked up. But its our local home Depot. I am not a fan at all of home Depot cutting back on their cashiers and installing all the self checkout stands, but it was very coincidental that it happened right before the pandemic. Also throughout the pandemic Ive had some issues using the curbside pickup at this location. They ask you to come inside to get your stuff and then you end up having to wait in a line with a bunch of other people not following covid protocol. It kind of set me off one time and I yelled at the manager. This is why Im knocking them a star

My experiences here have been good and bad, to put it mildly. However yesterday one Home Depot Associate by the name of Eduardo went above and beyond to help me locate several items that were both on pallets way up on top. On opposite sides of the store. He made it happen!!! 5 stars for this guy👍💯!Ask for Eduardo, great customer service and quality product. He’ll get you set and on your way. Thanks, Sir.Regards.

Don’t ever buy carpet from Home Depot. I ordered carpet they measured my rooms 2 times. Gave me a price on my carpet and installation, which I paid for in advance. They had issues with measurement and wanted over another $1,000. (After already measuring) they measured wrong and wanted me to stand behind their mistake. Manager Travis would not back up Home Depot’s price they quoted me. I canceled my order and waiting for my credit to be applied to my credit card. DON’T SHOP AT HOME DEPOT THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS

I asked for assistance to purchase blinds for my back sliding door. No one came, even after I asked a person for assistance. Waited over 15 minutes and I left. I asked another employee for assistance and still no one came.. poor service

I visit home Depot on Shaw and Marty theres one particular lady been there for 30 years she works in the order section washer and dryers doors mini blinds etc cant remember her name exceptionally great help great lady wish all workers there and more like her

I asked the person standing around if he knew where Lauan lumber is, and his response was to ask somebody in lumber. This happened while we were standing in the lumber section. 5 stars for the comedy

No matter how much money I spend on commercial fans from HOME DEPOT, they always end up breaking just after the warranty expires. This time, I bought an extended warranty. No one should have to spend $200 + a year on a fan that is garbage. At least now its warrantied.

Home depot is one of my favorite spots for Home improvement. They have all the paints, wood, hardware, tools and supplies I need to complete my special projects... The staff is very knowledgeable and they know right where everything is. If you need keys made they got it. Carpet for indoor and outdoor. Ive carpeted my boat my car, all the way to putting new floors in my house. Here are some pics of my projects.. I got the wood to build my halfpipe, fence for a temporary puppy kennel, paint to paint my BMX, paint for my mini ramp project, chain for my Dogs collars and custom leash. The flooring. You name it, Homedepot had it there for my imagination to put it togeather. Along with the tools to get the projects Done...

Id give this store a 5 for the paint department alone, but like most Home Depots, i have to subtract a point for service. Finding someone who doesnt pass you buy without eye contact is difficult. But once you corner an associate, they all seem to be fairly knowledgeable and willing to help. So, be prepared to be on your own. Heat selection and always good pricing. Great sales during the holidays.

In and out quickly. They had exactly what we needed... It can be overwhelming but isles are clearly labeled and you dont have to walk far to find help. I would absolutely rate home depot 5 stars compared to other large hardware stores but, If I can I would rather go to and support a family owned small hardware store.

Needs to improve or upgrade on parking lot security! Have had my window smashed and belongings stolen while one single security guard drives around in a truck with flashing yellow lights letting the theives know exactly where he is at all times!

Very friendly & helpful employees. You need to offer ALL the same items at ALL your home depot stores. No one should have to go across town to buy items when it would be more convenient to go to 5 miles from where they live.

I only went today because it was for work. I waited in line at paint dept. Finally got help. Couldnt find what I needed. So the kid said let me get a ladder. First let me help the other people over at counter first. Well needless to say. I waited for 30 min. Until U decided to get back in line once again. Only to be told they dont have what I need. They have everything and anything you need for major or minor home and garden. EXCEPT help to guide you in the right direction. If you need help this is not the store g or you ID go to a smaller hardware store. Hire some people

Idk why but I can never find anything in home depot. The things I believe should logically be placed near to another clearly arent seen the same by those who design their sales floor plan.

Delivery date was not on time. I paid $79 for my orders to be deliver to me on the date they had available. On that date I had people to help me bring the stuff inside in case they just drop it off. I called to check up on my status, customer service said they cant open my order up because they are having a hard time loading my orders. Send me to deliver deportment and they said they dont know what my order is and all their orders were done that day. How can they be done when my order is scheduled for that day. All she said was they dont know maybe tomorrow morning or the next day.

Do not assume because their website says they have 18 or 22 quantities of an item, that they actually have it. Either their inventory is way off... Or there are a lot of home Depot employees that have one of these drill bit kits... FYI the home Depot in Merced off of 99 has the exact quantity that is on the website so I dont think its a website issue I think its the store.

How about more training. Always many new employees or not enough who are not knowledgeable about how to find products in store and Im often sent to wrong part of store. ApprIciate safety when moving large objects on aisles with crowds in path.West Shaw Ave. Fresno. Flooring dept. Mr.Steve Reynolds exceptionally helpful, knows many possibe solutions & discusses ways to solve tricky & expensive remodeling. Give him an A+, have him coach enthusiasm for building, beauty & customer satisfaction to newbys.

Poor customer service, spent 30+ minutes waiting for associates from lumber department to assist with fencing parts. Had to request assistance for help from employees to call correct associates to help. Martin from lumber came to help but seemed to be annoyed with helping us. Not coming back, poor service. Don’t recommend anyone supporting this store.

I went to the store for some help. They directed me to the supplies but when I asked how to actually fix the item, the staff could not help me.As a store, HD has what you need for fixing projects. But you better know what you are doing because they will not help you.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a helpful employee, other times you wait an hour to get lumber cut. Its a toss-up but the nearest home improvement store to me.Theyve become one-star worthy. The employees seem to go out of their way to not help you. They behave as though helping to locate an item is an inconvenience to them.

I went here looking for a new washer and dryer and the employee Russ (Russell) was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help us and make sure we would be happy with our purchase. He showed us different ones and made sure we would get everything we wanted out of it. We ended up spending quite a bit of time there and closing time came but he didnt rush us. He took his time in completing our transaction and we ended up upgrading on the styles we wanted. We spent more than we planned but I am completely happy with what we ended up buying. Russ really cares about the customer and you can tell through his attentiveness. He has excellent customer service skills and I will definitely go back should I need anymore appliances. 😊😊😊

I visited this location for a curbside pickup which went very well. The Home Depot staff member that brought out my order was wearing a mask. The pickup location was well marked. The parking lot was full of people on a weekday morning which was surprising. Im glad they offer curbside pickup.

Home Depot has the worst customer service. Employees stand around, dwindling the day away, pretending to be doing something. When you ask the employee where something is, you get the wrong answer 70% of the time. Honesty that they dont know where something is would be preferred and then them going through the steps to find the answer would be greatly appreciated. The generation of we dont care seems to be running the show. It takes exactly the same amount of time to care, plus it gives you purpose and integrity. Two attributes that can carry them through their whole lives. I was in the customer care service returning an item. There was five people working in that area and no customer in front of me. I still waited over seven minutes to get any service.

Pretty empty in the morning which is nice since shopping is much faster and so is check out. Only downside is that its a bit hard to find employees for help since they are spread thin till more customers start to show up.
