This company came out on 12 December to fix my refrigerator ice maker. They also discovered a separate issue with the door we didnt know we had and ordered parts for both. Parts for the ice maker were delivered 21 December. I called multiple times between 4 and 19 Jan inquiring as to why no one had come out to fix the ice maker since the parts were delivered. Every call went to voicemail. Only one call was ever returned. I still cant get a hold of anyone and still have no resolution. As you can see from the other reviews I am not the only one who has had this problem. I told AHS not to use them anymore.
Champco was assigned to me by American Home Shield. He came out in Aug 7 to fix my fridge. He said he had to order a part, which according to AHS he received on Aug 24. Here I am on Sept 25 and still have no working fridge. I have made several phone calls and have gotten no response. If I could I’d put 0 stars.

This place never answer the phone. Calling from last few days 3-4 times a day. During business hours. Left voicemail and nobody ever called back.
Called for repair of an electric dryer; service was promptly scheduled,; service personnel arrived on time, had the necessary replacement part which was promptly installed and tested ... cost for parts and service very reasonable. I recommend Champco for appliance repairs.
