I ran over and killed a large dog a dog a couple of weeks ago 😭 and it unfortunately didnt make it. Neither did the front of my car. I was so upset about the dog and my car. I called my insurance, they picked up the car right away and took it to extreme auto collision. They provided a quote pretty quickly along with an estimated date of pick up. They continuously updated me. Very professional phone calls, very kind and knowledgeable service reps. I really appreciate them keeping me in the loop about the progress. My car looks brand new! I am extremely pleased with everything and highly recommend them!!

Xtreme Collision is extreme alright- EXTREMELY horrible at fixing cars and EXTREMELY negligent in their job at making vehicles safe. I would never, ever trust them to fix my car, or any car of anyone I loved or cared about, because they clearly do not care about the safety of any of their customers. My son was in an accident, with another car hitting the rear driver side wheel. We did not choose Xtreme, but because other collision centers were at capacity at the time of this accident, our insurance directed the tow driver to take the car to Xtreme.First of all, they kept extending the completion date, and very concerningly said they were trying to “fix all the gaps”. Of course, what do you do when a business already has your car and says something like that? When it was finally done, later than promised, the owner of the business did a “walk around” of the vehicle, but he did not really show us what work was done to the car. All he did was try to hype us to give him a good review online. It felt like he was actually trying to distract us from looking at the car when he was doing this.The next day, less than 24 hours after getting the car back, a large part under the front of the vehicle came undone while my son was driving on the freeway! It could have easily caused a second accident and injuries to my son! Thankfully he was ok, but it was EXTREMELY shocking that Xtreme did such a poor job that this would happen and fail so quickly and so dramatically. It’s like they didn’t even try to fix it. So after the stress of the first accident, dealing with insurance, getting a rental, etc., we were now back at square one, and had to start from square one getting a tow truck to take it to another collision center.The owner has some nerve too. While we were in the middle of getting the car towed to a legit collision center, he called and tried to get me to take the car back to him to fix. NOT ON MY, OR MY SON’S, LIFE!The second shop found that Xtreme had not repaired or replaced multiple parts that were damaged in the accident, causing things to be misaligned, leading to what happened the day after we picked it up. They clearly just tried to “force” gaps to line up, without doing the internal work on the car to make it safe or right.I would NEVER take any vehicle to Xtreme for ANY work if you care about the safety of those driving or riding in your vehicle. Seriously, this place doesn’t deserve to be in business.

I recently was in an accident at no fault of my own. I chose xtreme because I knew a family member who had went through them when they were in an accident and had great service! I didn’t think twice on who to choose because I could’ve chose between multiple collision places to fix my car.I had the pleasure of having Marco as my adjuster for my vehicle and was very communicative with me and when my car will be fixed. I did have some delays due to delays shipment of parts that my car needed! I was blessed to have a whole new door replaced/expedited to speed up the process of the repairs!! Marco assured me that everything will be handled correctly and apologized for the long wait time. I had trouble with the rental company trying to overcharge me for the extended time period I had the rental for and tried overcharging me for the extended time I had it. Marco and the team immediately contacted enterprise and fixed the issue and paid for the remaining balance. I had the best experience with this collision place and would recommend to everyone I know. Thanks Marco and the team! I really appreciate all you’ve done ! My car is beautiful and I’ve missed it so much!! Much love to you all!!

From the moment they received my car for repairs over a month ago they have been contacting me at least twice a week with updates. My car had been in accident and had front end damage. They called to let me know how far along they were into assessing the total damages. They called to let me know when they contacted the insurance to approve the amount. They called to let me know when the parts would be there and when they started working on my vehicle. They gave me an estimated date when all the repairs would be done. They did go past that date by 3 days however they were always in contact with me about it every day. Every one I spoke to there was super nice and very attentive. The way they explained everything and the process was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future hopefully in different circumstances. Great job guys and gals.

Jessica and Bernardo are Amazing just want to let that be known! Their customer service was outstanding!I went in to take my car for repairs due to a employee backing into my car. I called and spoke with Jessica to see if I can come in an get an estimate she said yes! So I came in and she was really helpful!! She told me Bernardo will be my estimator and we went out n he gave me a breakdown on what’s going to happen and the repairs that are required! He told me it’ll be a 6 day turn around which was great! So Jessica was able to put me down the following Monday and she kept me updated throughout the whole repair which was awesome!!! Upon the final inspection I did find something wrong but they literally went back and fixed it! Which was great!! Got my car looking like it just came out the dealer! I’m proud of the results!

I normally shy away from writing reviews, but Im making an exception in this case because I was pleasantly surprised by the superior service, hospitality and willingness to get it right. The entire staff at Xtreme was extremely professional. From the moment I brought my car in, to assisting in getting a rental car to pick me up at the shop. I will admit the job was not perfectly done, but when I returned they immediately took care of it. Their services come with a lifetime warranty and the work they did made my KIA optima look like it just came off the car lot. I was pleased with their service, but most importantly their hospitality where in this day and age is hard to come by.Alexan Balekian

This place still has my vehicle after 34 days and now is saying there is no ETA on my vehicle. Do not choose this place! Enterprise told me they are known for holding peoples vehicles for 2-3 months at a time and Geico just left me hanging, no ride now and Im a disabled veteran.Update***I got my ride back a week later and the manager tried to bribe me to take this review down, when the one I should write is worse! They didnt take the dent out all the way, left half of a huge scratch, replaced my tail gate for a scratch JUST to leave a huge streak of glue on it, they broke my headlight, now I have to get it fixed, terrible terrible place. All they did was rob my insurance of over $4,000! Dont go there!

My wife was rear-ended on Shaw in her newly-purchased nissan from own-a-car 2 weeks after driving it off the lot. We took it to xtreme auto because the mechanic recommended by allstate was closed at the time of the incident. They towed it free-of-charge for being less than a mile away and checked in with us every tuesday and thursday to keep us updated on the progress. Three weeks later, she looks as good as when we brought her in! Even better because they gave her a bath! Nick was our mechanic, and though we had to pester him a little at the end, due to unforseen delays, he made it right and we are very grateful to all his hard work! Thank you guys!

This shop is amazing!!!! I gotten recommended by my insurance Geico to take my car to Xtreme Auto Collision repair after someone had hit the front of my car and bumper It hurt to see my baby was damaged but when I say these guys take care of you they do!! They sent my estimate for the repairs within two days of getting my car and communicated with me through the whole process! This is my first accident as a being a driver for years and I was skeptical on who to trust with my car and if they will do good work (most definitely during this time I was hoping to find a shop during COVID-19 that ran hours essentially!! They made my car a priority to get it back to me in perfect condition as fast as possible! I really appreciate them keeping me updated on every move they made with the car and they gave me texts and calls for every day thanks to Kim! I couldn’t be more happier having a call from them to pick up my car and inspect it today every single detail on the car was pretty amazing honestly I would have never knew someone had hit my car while it was unoccupied The detail guys Andrew, John and Chui went over all the details with me took it for a test drive and even washed and made the car look very detailed I loved they’re work! Thanks guys SO much for having my baby back home with me safe and in perfect condition

I was told my repair would take 6 days but it wasnt ready for 14 days. When they said it was ready (right before the July 4th weekend) there was was a piece of my luggage rack missing and paint overspray in two unpainted areas that I had to point out. They said they would have to order a new luggage rack to replace the missing part, but the owner wouldnt let me take the car without paying for the balance in full. That left me without a car for another two weeks or no leverage to make sure they completed the repair properly. He told me it would only take an hour to complete the repair when the part arrived (which took another 10 days) but they kept the car the entire day. When they called to say the car was ready, the manager told me they found the missing part. So they kept the car all day to remove the overspray and snap on the missing part. I dont recommend this shop.

Worst service ever. My car took 4 times longer then original estimate, was not fixed right, and they tried to charge me things insurance was covering.

For being a 13,000 dollar job they did an amazing job super fast as well took about 3 weeks. Kept in contact with me twice a week. I want to thank the owner John for his work an quality of his staff he has done an amazing job planting his buissnes.

Awesome job they did on our car, they went beyond our expectations. They even detailed the inside after doing a spectacular job taking out their dent in our door. They took 2 months for a job that should have taken 2 weeks. I had to refuse the work they did first because the clear coat had been put on so poorly and had put a junkyard bumper with a large dent. When I told them I didn’t like the bumper they tried to talk me into keeping it instead of just doing it right. I had 20” billet wheels that had just been polished on the truck when I took it to them and during cutting and polishing they got overspray and water sand Residue all over them and it burned the aluminum. Now they need to be stripped and re-polished. I will never take any of my vehicles here again and would not recommend.

After 3 weeks, Im writing this review while my car is being detailed for the second time. They told to bring my car back again when its dirty, Xtreme Auto Collision will detail it again at no cost. I was in and out in 30min ... with a rental and a car inspection. Xtreme always kept us updated ... and was willing to go the extra mile... The service was great! I had my vehicle repaired after a car accident. They did not have my van done in time, lost parts to my van and come to find out a year later they did not secure mount my radiator back. I would not recommend this nightmare of an experience.

Xtreme Auto Collision repaired my car, much faster than expected, and went above and beyond by detailing the car as well. The intake took less than 30 minutes, the rental car pick up and return were seamless, and they kept me informed throughout the duration of the repairs, notifying me when parts were ordered, received and when repairs were complete. All done, 2-3 days ahead of the date they originally gave me, which was a great surprise. They also dealt with my Geico insurance directly, so it was a pretty effortless process for me.

Xtreme has absolutely gone above and beyond in repairing my 2015 Chevy Cruze not to mention completely detailing it. Its beautiful! They were helpful from the start. After having a horrible situation with my current insurance company I was referred to Xtreme auto collision to fix the damages on my car and I cannot express how appreciative I am of the help and the care that they have showed me during this rough time. All the Women in the office were great but I specifically dealt with Angelica and she listened to me, my cares and concerns, and always stayed professional yet empathetic for how hard it is to go without a vehicle. I have been here now several times and my experience has always been extraordinarily!!!! I would definitely trust them for anymore car needs ! They are great ! And Thankyou Angelica!!!!!!

The staff were very friendly and kept us updated on the status of the repairs. They were very detailed on what needed to be done and what was being repaired. When we went to pick up our Tahoe the service was quick and very friendly. The owner met us outside and talked to us about the vehicle and what was done. My experience here was great from the very beginning till they gave us back our vehicle...John really really helped us out kept in touch with us and updated us every step of the way to let us know when our vehicle would be ready the team went above in beyond from behind the desk to the people in charge of doing the car work..our vehicle was on the road looking and feeling just as good as before our accident. I am extremely happy with the results of my car! It was well worth the wait!! The process was easy and painless from start to finish! The couple of encounters I had with John were awesome...he was very helpful and thorough in his explanation of my car and had great customer service skills. I felt welcomed in this business since day one...definitely see longevity in this business. Its not everyday the actual owner steps up to take care of the day to day business issues. This shop is amazing!!!! I gotten recommended by my insurance Geico to take my car to Xtreme Auto Collision repair after someone had hit the front of my car and bumper It hurt to see my baby was damaged but when I say these guys take care of you they do!! They sent my estimate for the repairs within two days of getting my car and communicated with me through the whole process! This is my first accident as a being a driver for years and I was skeptical on who to trust with my car and if they will do good work (most definitely during this time I was hoping to find a shop during COVID-19 that ran hours essentially!! They made my car a priority to get it back to me in perfect condition as fast as possible! I really appreciate them keeping me updated on every move they made with the car and they gave me texts and calls for every day thanks to Kim! I couldn’t be more happier having a call from them to pick up my car and inspect it today every single detail on the car was pretty amazing honestly I would have never knew someone had hit my car while it was unoccupied The detail guys Andrew, John and Chui went over all the details with me took it for a test drive and even washed and made the car look very detailed I loved they’re work! I highly recommend Xtreme Auto Collision for anyone looking for a great auto body shop that will exceed your expectations. I am an Allstate customer and even though Allstate provides a recommended list of auto body shops I decided to take my car to Xtreme Auto Collision due to their already high reviews and I was not disappointed. They provided me with great customer service, did a great job repairing my car and also had it ready sooner than expected. They cared and listened to my concerns about needing my car as soon as possible since I didnt have rental coverage in my policy. I was given a 2 week estimate turn around time and it was completed a week ahead of schedule. I couldnt have been more thankful to have my car back sooner than expected and with the added touch of it being detailed when I picked it, I was definitely a very happy customer. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience. The staff are friendly. They kept me updated on my car and it was ready before the date they had given me. I took my car to get the bumper replaced and it looks great. I have no complaints. It was a bonus that they are a Nissan certified body shop. Highly recommended.
