Came in for a service just to realize that the service package has ended. No big deal the staff informed me and I agreed to pay. After about an hour I asked for some water. He told me where I can find the machine. I asked if there was another since that one was broken. He said no but I can buy some from the vending machine. Not that great if you ask me. I hope hire management will show up with bottle waters for all of us in the lounge.
So...I brought in my car about a month ago...mind you for the second time in just 2 months. These so-called professionals told me that theyd already fixed the issue and that nothing checked out. So they gave my car back to me a day later...as soon as I leave the dealership...my car starts having the very issue that Id brought it in for (sluggish acceleration and major gas consumption...)...so I swung right back to the dealership and they had tried to give me the run-around, but I did not have any of it whatsoever. To make matters worse...the mechanic who worked on my car left earlier that day (very suspicious if you ask me) so the lead mechanic had to do a test drive with me....INSTANTLY KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG!!! So they kept the car overnight...again. Two days go by...no news...finally on Thursday of that week...I call and they claim that they once again found NOTHING WRONG when just 2 days prior the lead mechanic found SOMETHING WRONG! Then they had the biggest nerve to tell me that they were going to turn my car loose Friday (the next day)...I instantly told them a big NO and had them turn my car loose immediately as they had failed so hard at even trying to attempt fixing my car. In conclusion...this dealership is pathetic, their service department is garbage...or better yet to sum it up...LITHIA HYUNDAI IS JUST DOWNRIGHT TRASH...I will NEVER bring my car here ever again. You all lost my business and any chance for any more potential future transactions! Take that off-brand nonsense you call a business somewhere else away from here.
Been trying to get an appointment all month cause I had a leak and is going into my passenger side. Guess its not a big deal cause I had to wait till next Wed for a appt. Drove in twice personally and sent to Kia twice neither able to help me. Very disappointed in my service so far. Just but car 4 months ago
The Guys here are pretty good at what they do. They give plenty of upfront information just can be a bit of a wait to get in on appointment but once your in they will take care of you... thanks @Hyaundai Service manager Matt and his crew!
Very unprofessional. My car has been there for weeks and I still haven’t gotten an update on my car. Worst place for car service. I called them to get an update and they tell me that someone will call me to answer my question but they don’t. These people are worthless. Very horrible people. Don’t recommend coming here. AT ALL.
We purchased a car from Lithia Hyundai last week and agreed on getting a second key with the purchase of the car with agreeing that we would pay half. I came in on 1/28/21 to get the new key made and also a new battery at 9am. I get a call at 4pm that day telling me they lost the master key and they will not be able to make the key till the next day. I was promised my car would be the first in line to get done and would be very fast. My car was not ready till 1:30 that day. So it took 28 hours to change a battery and make a 2nd key. The worse part is they did not even apologize when I got there. Very poor customer service, not even sure I want bring my car back here let alone purchase another car.
My car is brand new 2021 model and the engine is shutting off while youre driving which putting me in danger, my car is been there for almost 6 days until now i still dont have my car replacement while fixing my car. Stay away on their Platinum warranty of Hyundai if i were you just go on different repair shop rather than wasting your money on their subscription.Update this is my second time that my car broke and left at their service, its been there for 11 days no car rental and no call not unless you call them. Really unprofessional and the always excuse that youll hear from them that they have a doctors appointment so they can delay their call to you. Terrible service department.
I always had great service from Lithia because I only dealt with with one service agent “Tyler” however this time my wife and I dealt with Brian. He and his team decided that it was better to replace our year old battery under warranty from Sears rather than charging the battery so repairs could be done and the car could be driven. The battery replacement was done without consulting us about the battery and then we were charged for the battery replacement and told if we wanted our old battery they would put it in the car without charging it for us and to have the car towed to Sears to have it tested and replaced, when all he had to do was have it charged. I’ve never received such bad service and to top it all off he was laughing about it and claimed that he told us the battery would be replaced but never mentioned any battery issue to us before the repairs were done.
The staff was great!! I did not have to wait a long time and they also had coffee and doughnuts, and water for the customers. My experiences has always been pleasant every time that I go to Lithia Hyundai.
