I am a committed Napa Auto consumer. I generally shop at the Napa Auto Parts on Blackstone Blvd South of Shaw. Occasionally I will run out to the Napa on E. Clinton if the Blackstone Store is out of stock of something I need immediately and cant wait the two to four hours it might take for a store transfer. Both of these locations have people who actually know and understand their inventory. Its more of a old school environment where customer service still seems to exist and where not only are the products a good quality for the dollars spent but where I have alway received excellent service. These are my go to guys when I need more that just part swapping.....

I came in because I am stranded 2 states away from home and cant get help with my car this fine holiday. I asked for a diagnostic tester, OBD II. I was told that cars only have one module, incorrect. I was also told that they can not be tested. Autozone sold me the diagnostics tool I was looking for. My car is throwing up 25 codes across 9 modules. Thanks for nothing Napa. Ill go to Autozone for all my needs from now on. Thanks

Had everything needed to do a repack on trailer bearings. Always my go to for hard to find parts or if im just seeking quality over price. Can usually get parts same day if they dont have it at their branch from DC. Will be back when in need.

Slowest place in town. Their computers are out dated and takes forever to pull up any parts you need. Most of the time i go in they cant find what i need. Almost better off going somewhere where they know nothing at all besides asking what year make and modle is that? I miss the old napa days

Go in for parts we called in for like 30 mins prior.. have to wait 2 hrs for them to bring them to the counter after we show up.. return later and just need oil and filter.. another 2 hrs literally in line just for them to grab a part

Bought a belt for my mothers swamp cooler. The line was out the door but i was outta there in twenty minutes. The belt was the right part number and size. One of the clerks was in the back locating another counter person to help with the line. Another disaster averted by the champions at napa. And no, this was not a spark plug joke! However, that could have been construed as a plug for my favorite parts house ever!

Napa unique Auto parts store different then Auto zone & other part store but they have great deals and parts you need satisfied any customer

Didnt even know we had one in Fresno... I freaking love this place. Always have the parts I need. This place is connected to a massive parts warehouse so definitely call in to see if they have your parts. I have a b8 audi and can never get oe parts at the other auto stores but these guys always have what I need and are very friendly.

I needed a tool (crows foot) and the gentleman behind the counter ( sorry did not get his name) went above and beyond to check the back area...and found the tool I needed!This is definitely a friendly and helpful NAPA store.

All good, but I was very disappointed that they put up a tent in the disability parking stalls. I am a disabled veteran and there were no others. Will it stop me from going back, no. Please be more careful.

Help was not helpful. Only customers in the store and it took over 45 minutes to receive battery and check out. One of the employees was not very well trained on using the register. On an exchange he credited my card for more than what the original charge was. Being an honest person I brought it to his attention and the other employee help him correct the mistake.

I’m a truck driver I find a bad battery on my rig. I hustle over to “Napa” at 625am take out my battery by 635am. Come to the door to find out they don’t open tell 7am. I see a guy at the register I wave nicely he comes open the door tell me to wait tell 7am cause his registers aren’t open and that he has no one to pull anything from the back. When I’ve bought battery’s from the main floor. Come on man help a guy out. Where has the nice people gone. These corporate people that only work there 7am-4pm suck

What was once one of the best places in town to buy auto parts has become one of the worst!! They often are not aware of specials or advertised sales and refuse to honor them. Returns parts (wrong parts their computer said were the correct ones) are much more difficult to return then should be. All in all, this location is not worth it.... :(

This was my first time ever going to the Napa Auto parts store,was my first time, my Express was extremely satisfying and a special thanks to the sales rep named Alex, very professional very interested in helping and asking us questions on what he could do to make our experience more convenient. I had a great time. A big thank to Alex.

Eddie was great an very helpful. No one else had the part I needed but they did!! Had to take a sick day to fix my car.

Always able to get in and out in a quickly manner Gotta Love Them Sales case of full Synthetic Oil and 50% off on my oil filters and the Customer Service couldnt get any better always making sure that I have exactly what I need from shop towels to air fresheners thats why Napa is the one stop shop

Was not impressed with the gal behind the counter who gave me a blank stare when I asked her if Napa carried a replacement part for my Subaru. She looked at the part I brought in as a sample as if it was something other worldly. Customer service training recommended.

Didnt have the part I needed but the staff member told me where to find it even though it was from a different store great customer service two thumbs up

Went in today after calling my mechanic, this store & 1-800 452-NAPA yesterday. Mechanic is closed for the holiday weekend & is so successful now that I have to wait about 2 weeks for an appt. Since I dont have extra transportation to use while I wait, I called the local Napa store & their warranty line. Guys at both places confirmed I could make the exchange at the store. Napas 75 month battery only lasted 37 months. Charged the battery & went into the store today. They wont honor the warranty because my mechanic purchased & installed it. Said Im not an authorized user on their account. DUH!

Super annoyed with their form of customer service, the person I spoke with sounded miserable for starters, everything I was asking about he had a noticeably irate tone in his replies. I asked him if he could hold these items for me until the next morning because it was too late to pick them up at that point. So he said yes, asked for my name and everything. Next morning I get to Napa, and I’m helped to the register by this young woman, thanked her, and the man at the desk was click click clicking away at his computer and waited a whole three minutes before even acknowledging my presence (RUDE) and to top it off, there’s nothing on hold for my name. Irritated because I drove there and for nothing. And Because I didn’t remember the exact part names that I had asked for. I had to leave empty handed. I figured if the items were on hold I wouldn’t have to remember what they are. IM NO MECHANIC! But they’re supposed to be there to help customers. HORRID SERVICE! it’s unfortunate, most of the Napa in town send you to this store because it has more in stock. If I had to chose I would NOT come to this one. The service is just plain BAD

I got here 10:30 am for delivery wait for dock to back. got back up at 1130 . He went to lunch 11:25 and came back 12:55 supposed to be 1 hrs lunch and then start unloading at 1:00 and took about 1 hr ..driver never pick up loads for them.. this is my first and last time..

Everyone keeps saying high prices, but I have yet to have this experience. Another popular auto parts store down the road from this one wanted to charge me $10 more for each windshield wiper blade then Napa did, and tried to charge me $30 for a front headlight (high and low beam) I got for $12 at Napa.Great people. Friendly and usually they know exactly what the part you dont know the name for (I described an o2 sensor and then the map for the ecu and the guy knew I was talking about the ecu). The other store had no idea and told me to come back with the part or if I figure what its called to call them for a quote).I wear my Napa hat with my mopar car.

You get the Right partsAnd youre in and outAnd people are helpfulWith my dog pretty getting parts.

Great place. NAPAs (regional?) warehouse is co-located with the retail store, consequently they stock most things. Usually have to wait 5-10 minutes for service.

This is the NAPA warehouse, they have most every part that Napa carries. Pretty reliable place to call on if nobody else in town has what youre looking for.

Recieving hours 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Receiving entry on N Larkin Ave. No truck right turn from NB Clovis to EB Clinton. Good truck route is NB Clinton to EB Westover to SB Larkin.

Came in on sat around noon long line ok I get it Saturday but slow customer help and not recognizing the customers standing in line
