Extremely disappointed in the part and even more in there customer service... management I should say really... I purchased a complete rear axle assembly for an 08 tahoe and was quoted a price of $780 and it supposedly only had 129k on the axle...I ordered it and paid in full on Monday 4-19-21 first thing in the morning... the lady said that it should be here Thursday 4-22-21 or at the latest Friday 4-23-21...After numerous different stories and multiple calls waiting on hold for ever the part didnt arrive until exactly 1 week later on Thursday 4-29-21... they loaded it up and gave me my invoice and the ae looked way worse than the 1 that was in my tahoe...I looked at the invoice and it stated that the new axle that I waited more than 2 weeks to get had 187k on it and that was definitely not what I picked out and paid a bit more money for...I call the sales rep and she tells me that the 1 I ordered was damaged so they had this 1 laying around and thought it would be fine...Never once did they reach out and tell me that there now giving me 1 with 187k they didnt even refund me any money which I was blown away cuz your talking another 60k Miles which is a ton...So I refused it and they said they had 1 with 141k on it and it would be here within 2 days... I got it fiy 3 days later and it looks just as beat up as the last axle they tried to pawn off on me...I asked to speak to a supervisor or management... Jesus is the used parts big boss and he was a straight up moron... he has 0 customer service abilities... he kept talking over me wouldnt let me say anything and kept asking me what I wanted him to do about the whole situation... I told him what a straight up nightmare and headache this has all Been... he started to get a lil loud and extremely rude and obnoxious and then had the nerve to tell me to basically fu%% off and then hung on me like a child..I called tight back and of.clurse he wouldnt answer...shows how much of a stand up guy he isπ€... I will never get a part from these guys ever again and ill be sure to let everyone I know never to waste there time trying to save a few bucks and order anything from these guys... sales manager Jose at the Lkq on north and 99 is an absolute idiot and a poor excuse for a manager/supervisor...how do u expect him to be a boss when he has a bad attitude and doesnt know a dam thing on how to fix a.y concerns or complaints that a customer may have...Lkq needs to fire that moron before he costs u alot more unsatisfied customers...

I HAVE HAD TWO BAD EXPERIENCES IN THE LAST YEAR WITH THIS COMPANY, #1: THE SALES REP, NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS, NOR DOES HE ANSWER HIS EXT. #2: THEY WOULD NOT HONOR A WARRANTY ON AN ENGINE THAT FAILED AFTER PUTTING LESS THAN 200 MILES ON IT. THEIR EXPLANATION DOESNT MATCH ANY WRITTEN WARRANTY FOUND.

Iβve been calling this place for the last three months and every single time they answer they put you on hold but very rudely without even telling you like you know just hold on or please hold but something right away and they take even hours to answer the phone by the time you waiting you hang up and thatβs exactly what they want you to do and itβs always the same guys I recently made a big purchase from these guys but from online when I reached that point to going to Fresno Iβm gonna talk directly to the manager because I donβt know how they hire these kind of people if you they are not going to do their job correctly Very disappointing

Horrible phone service. Waited on the line for an hour then when they finally picked up they transferred me to someone else. Got the part I was looking for but all the wires I specifically said I needed were all cut. Didnβt even bother taking the time to take it off right.
Very disappointed with the service. At times parts are at a good price. But as far as them having knowledge about any parts, good luck.I was told they dont know much about parts but yet they specialize in selling parts. It amazes me how a place of business that sells parts has employees that have no knowledge of parts. Horrible service! From what I got from what I was told is if they cant look it up on the computer they cant help me. Thanks for not knowing about parts even though thats what this business is all about. Maybe they should hire actual people who have knowledge about cars?! Other then that, like I said at times you can get parts for cheap. Thats about it.
If I could give them a -5 stars I would do to the fact they sent me a motor for $3000 that blew up after 1500 miles then they sent me a replacement motor that blew up after 30000 miles they are the worst customer service and people.
