UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE:I went to this place about 2 months ago. I purchased a dresser table and sofa from this store. I was promised delivery within 2 weeks. I did not receive my delivery for ONE MONTH! I called the store, but the NUMBER WAS INVALID apparently. When I finally received the furniture, it was BROKEN. Then I went back to the store, the OWNER named SAL was extremely extremely rude to me. He used curse words when I expressed my upset emotion. He told me to leave from his store for no reason. He was extremely rude. He didnt even exchange or repair the furniture that I PAID FOR. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY RUDE. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!

MOST HORRIBLE OWNER SAL: This is by far the most horrible customer service Ive experienced. The owner Sal was extremely rude. He had no respect for the customers. The delivery was promised and never fulfilled. At one point he threatened me when I got upset because my furniture was not delivered. One star is being generous. Hes a liar, unfriendly, unprofessional, rude, and definitely should not own this place. Please trust me and go somewhere else for your furniture.

Really great prices 😍, I furnished my place with bedrooms and more. A couch, table set, day bed and Quern bed. absolutely love it! I did expirenece a week delay from the manufacturing company shipping late. But Sal the Manager assured I would get it the following Wednesday as it arrived and earlier in the day the expected! Super exciting! The guys who delivered were really awesome set up all my furniture and were sweet hearts💕. The company is under new ownership and the way the handled my purchase was good.

Honestly thee worst experience ever. If I could have put ZERO stars I would. First thing when we walked in the sales guys made it seem as if I was getting a super deal saying I was approved for a X dollars with so much down. Second when they delivered the furniture it was as if the boxes got into a fight with rats, and the wrong mattress was delivered. Third they do not even know the answers to your questions setting expectations that everything will be perfectly fine. After the 90 days same as cash deal apparently the interest rates go up per day yes per day I had only one payment left of about $200.00 by the time I pay it the interest brought my balance to another $1,000.00 Be advised that the contract after putting the down payment of $100.00 it was $1,000.00 paying that was fine but to make someone who has little to no credit pay double $2,000.00 they said itll be paid off in 2018 like seriously spend your hard earned money on a real business. Thankfully I have support from family because the interest goes up per day making it very hard to pay off. Dont get caught up in their lies. They will not aware you of the interest rates youll just be suprised. A company that scams people with little to no credit. There are no returns or refunds so keep that in mind as well. This place has ruined my first actual furniture buying experience I will never recommend anyone to their business. Young couples are their favorite because we as a youth dont usually ask the right questions so make sure you know what barrel of acid your getting into when you step foot in their door.

Beware shady guys and delivery guysI paid for a bed and upon delivery wanted to charge me more !! I didn’t want want those shady guys in my house !Very very unprofessionalI was promised a bed 2 days after I paid for it then given the run around.I was given like 4 or 5 delivery dates my bed never came till over a month later !!!!!I don’t recommend this place next door to them they are better on trust and business wise.They don’t even deserve a star they deserve the tip of it but I have to at least one to be able to write a review. Finally today bed was delivered not set up like they told me and they wanted more money .They just lost a lifetime customer

Horrible experience! Didnt hear back from them after I paid for my bedroom set. I called for several days before getting an answer on delivery date. Then it got pushed back one day, then another. I was notified they had purchased the wrong bed size. I purchased an eastern king and they ordered a cal king. Then when it was delivered it turned out to be an eastern king after all, but with a different head board that I did NOT purchase. I had to go through the process of canceling my transaction of a cal king mattress with Costco to order an eastern king mattress because THEY made a mistake. I gave up on trying to correct my order and decided to keep the one delivered. Several mistakes were made and I will never make business with them again. Worst service I have EVER received.

They are very unprofessional and their customer service is terrible! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! Tried contacting them to see if my order was in and would never answer. They were supposed to deliver and never did. Went in to see what was going on and I had to remind them what my order was because they didn’t know what my order was. Went in and said it wasn’t ready and that I will receive a call next day in the morning and they never called. Went in again and they made me wait more than an hour to get my order. Get home and realize they didn’t give me the right order and a part is missing... TERRIBLE PLACE

Horrible, and the review I posted last night was deleted somehow.. furniture schedule to be delivered Monday. I waited and no one showed up. I called and it was reschedule for Wednesday at 11. That time came and no one showed up and no decency to call me and let me know. I call and was reschedule for 6 to 8pm delivery. By 7pm no one here, I all and was told they were on their way. I waybill till 10pm and no one showed up. I work nights and stayed up all day waiting delivery. Today I walked into store hell of mad and was told that it would be delivered between 4 and 5 today. It is 550pm and no one here.im sharing in my Facebook and instagram

Do not buy from this place...Bought a Cal King Bed..paid for delivery..did not deliver..gave run around,, had to make them give me the floor model..did not have mattresses..said they would deliver later in the day..did not..said they are new owners..however Sal ...is on all the past reviews...they are liars...asked for a refund of delivery..since we picked up our stuff...they tell you Sal isnt in when you call or go there..I am filing a complaint with the BBB...and small claims for my delivery fee..

Wow what a waste of money time and stress let me just tell you that I got furniture at my house 3 weeks later that did not match and that was put together by very unprofessional people who left it with screws falling out all over the floor including one of the mismatched chairs breaking. Avoid this place at all cost. They do not keep their word. After 2 weeks of telling us they will deliver our furniture and set it up they continue to ask us if we would like to pick it up. On my receipt it says they will deliver and set it up. Its always something different. Either the driver is in another town or he called in sick. Requesting full refund since they said half down and half upon delivery. Even after paying cash in full they still dont keep their word. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I ordered a 3pc living room set, that a bought for my mom, ones they deliver and install the sofas they left asap, when I got home I realize they were the wrong one, not the same ones we order 😠 i should of look at the reviews first. Went in looking for a box spring for our CalKing, lady who helped us was helpful and knowledgeable. Had them delivered to the house, when they arrived the box springs were different size, pattern, and even color. Okay, simple mistake, no problem. Called them up, she said no problem well send out new ones tomorrow since our driver is on his way to Tulare. Next day comes. Call the store, no record of them sending out new ones. When they finally send them, its 3 hours late, and the driver is being extremely rude on the phone because he doesnt know how to put an address in Google Maps. Finally finds our house, which is on a main Street. Hard to miss. The box springs he brings, have Rips and tears all over. Cutting our loss and going elsewhere now. Avoid this business if you can.

0 Stars - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! I was told they had specific item of furniture in stock, but when arrived at the store I was told it was at there warehouse and the salesman Sal promised he would personally pick it up and would have it there the next day at 3pm. I trusted him (big mistake) and paid $271 up front for the piece. I called the next day at 2.30pm to check that the piece would be ready to pickup as promised, but was told that it was Sals day off and he could not be reached. I said okay I’ll come to get my refund as it was not there when promised. When I arrived at the store they then told me they could not authorise a refund because Sal was the only one who could, and I would have to come back the next day. I called the next day and talked to Sal and said I wanted my payment refunded, which he said he had processed. I asked him why the piece wasn’t there as promised, he said that the system said they had stock but they actually didn’t but he could order it in for me. This seems to be his tactic, get payment for something then break it to you later that he doesn’t actually have it and needs to order it in. He’s a liar. 4 days later the payment was still not in my account, so I called him and was told if was not there the next day I could come in the following week for a cash refund. Erm sorry, but if a refund was processed why would I have to come in for cash? I told him to produce a receipt by the end of the day otherwise I would file a complaint with my bank. Of course he didn’t have one and never got back to me. The next day I filed a fraud claim with my bank and I’m currently waiting to get my money back. They lied to me more than once and have wasted my time endlessly. Please go to a reputable store like Oak Liquidators, who I have now purchased the piece from and were a pleasure to deal with.

I was driving going west on ashlan passing Millbrook and there was a delivery truck from this company that was driving way to fast. He cut off cars as well! I would not trust this company to deliver my furniture and expect everything to be in good condition by the time it got to my home.

Do not go here. You will never receive your furniture. They will simply ignore you or give excuses as to why you havent received your products. They need to be taken out of business.

First & last time getting any furniture here... first of all they inputed all our information in the system wrong even tho we spelled everything out.. 2nd they said we we’re going to receive our furniture on Thursday no one came & than they said on Tuesday we would receive them & we still haven’t got nothing!! My husband has been talking with the manager & all he says that they are going to be there 15 mind & that was over 4 hours ago... never again!! I wouldn’t recommend getting anything from them, I wish I had seen the reviews before signing any lease to this crap of furniture store!!!

This business employs thieves. Its been 3 months now and they keep telling me Im going to get a refund for the furniture I paid for but never received. The employee Sal sends me text messages telling me to go to the store and pick up my money but then hes conveniently gone when I get there EVER TIME! Ive missed hours of work due to this harassing way of doing business. DO NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS BUSINESS! I have taken my experience to the Fresno BEE, GREAT DAY, and filled my lawsuite with small claims court. I am just one of SEVERAL lawsuites against this business. Check out their BBB rating.... FThis business is a SCAM. STAY AWAY if you value your time and money.

I will NOT be returning to this business. They are very unprofessional. First they said my bedroom set would cost X amount of dollars only to have the finance place call and verify a different amount. Then the delivery process was very unorganized. They said they would have it delevered by three different dates and times, none of which were correct. When they finally arrived at 11:30PM they forgot to bring one item. I was told they would bring it the next day and several days later I still have not recieved that item. Ive tried calling them multiple times with no answer or call back. I am HIGHLY UNSATISFIED with this business and their quality of service.
