These people do not stand behind their furniture. We bought two high end bedroom sets, a dining room set, another dining room set and the chairs are constantly breaking, Less than 5 years old! Also Ive called them since they were years old and they wouldnt even do anything about it then. And one of the chairs were so beat up that I think they touched it up and sold me the floor model! Trust me DO NOT buy from them!

Food was super flavorful. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Prices are appropriate.

Purchased a couch which when delivered was not what was requested when ordered! Overstuffed with wrinkles in fabric! Uncomfortable and not the quality experienced in past purchases. After several discussions, no progress and not even a courtesy call from the owner of Thomasville.. Hannan, the salesperson has not resolved the issue! Will post again if issue resolved!!

Most Horrible store ever, No Customer Service. Purchased Chair and leather couch for 75 year old parents ( retired disabled Veteran ).Cost 10K yes 10K you see this right. Chair falling apart after 2 months, leather ripping apart and fading, the sofa ...... nails coming out and and cushions are bumpy. Do not buy from this store, they are just Horrible, Horrible, Horrible . Called the store 5x and nothing, send them registered and certified letter nothing, send Corporate Office registered and certified letter and nothing......This is how they handle 75 year old Disabled Veterans. Thank you for your service Mr. Veteran we will thank you with NO SERVICE and ripping you off.
