Daniel Barragan went above and beyond to help us pick the perfect couch and bedroom furniture. He was very patient with us, and helped us navigate the store, providing info when needed, without being very pushy. We had a very positive experience and are very glad to have found this place. My furniture arrived on time and blemish free! The extremely courteous gentlemen that deliverd said furniture made sure to put up thick pads on the walls and door jambs to prevent any damage to my home. The deliverers then proceeded to ferry my new units into my home precisely and expeditiously! Before leaving my home, the delivery gents made sure all was to my liking before making their exit. I am currently having a house built which will not be ready for 10-12 months. Fashion Furniture Sales Associate Helen has been very helpful and informative. She took the time to assist me with choosing fabrics to cover my sofa that would compliment 2 custom special order chairs I had purchased from FF 8 years prior. Pricing is reasonable and the quality of furniture is very good. Different manufacturers are taking longer to fill orders due to Covid. Helen was very knowledgeable about delivery timelines. I have all my furniture picked out, with order numbers and colors Helen wrote down. All I need to do is go back in when the time is right to place my orders. Helen is a great representative of Fashion Furniture, Im so happy she was there on my first visit!

Lynn helped us a month or so ago finding the right table for our kitchen, she printed out pictures and helped us measure everything to make sure it fit in our kitchen. She didn’t make us feel pressured to have to buy something specific or just what they had. After we decided at home that’s what we wanted we made sure to make the sale with her and she was so helpful with that as well.

I have purchased from Fashion Furniture before and decided to return because i was satisfied before and continue to be satisfied with their customer service. Roger was very knowledgeable and professional. I prefer to shop with locally owned businesses plus they are all around just a good company.

We bought a complete new living room set, picked out our own color for the leather and it has turned out beautifully! They said it would take 5 months but we got it yesterday. End tables and coffee table with 2 new lamps. The movers that brought everything in did it with such ❤ care. I appreciated that. They were the nicest gentleman doing such hard work. Associates are untrustworthy. I had an existing Credit card with them, which is why I went back there. I informed him I would use my card or pay cash but The sales associates was insisting i open there new card n finance versus spending my money, they would be able to offer better financing options through their new bank. I eventually agreed only for him then to open two new credit cards in my name but failed to disclose that. He kept stating I had 20k open to buy since I need to buy multiple living room sets. I then had wrong furniture delivered, and my door frame damaged. If I could rate a zero I would. I one out of five is too high, in my opinion.

My delivery time was between 8:15 am and 10:15 am. At 8:05 am I received a phone call telling me they were 10 minutes out. The two gentlemen that delivered it were super friendly and professional. I love it! The ahopoing experience was great too! So many options.

My fiancé and I went in looking for a bedroom set. Dean helped us out but was not overbearing at all. He gave us space but was always available for questions. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and helped us get set up with delivery. We did go to a couple other furniture stores and the customer service was nowhere near as good as at Fashion Furniture. We will be back as we continue furnishing our home.

We received a text giving us an approximate window of arrival and then a phone call saying they were 15 minutes out. Theyre at the house in less than 10. Set up and delivery took less than 15. The staff were wonderful quick polite and the setup was perfectly done. We would definitely shop there again.

We purchased a very nice love seat Sept. 2020, It took about 6 months to get the love seat but the love seat delivered to us is not level. The love seat makes my back hurt because of how unlevel it is (more than an inch). We called and a person came out and said he would fix it however, I have waited for a month waiting for this to be fixed. I would not recommend this store to anyone.They finally called us back today and have scheduled a visit for June. I hope they are able to resolve our issue.

The sales personnel allow you to look around and when you are ready to ask questions they are there. I liked the fact that we didnt have some one hovering over us. I love the new scandanavian lounge rocker/ recliner and we are waiting patiently for it to be built and look forward to a November delivery.
