I give this place 5 stars thanks to Brie (I hope I do not mispell her name). Brie was very helpful and I believe she went the extra miles to help us choose the color of the shingles for our roof. The colors in the catalog did not reflect the actual shingle colors. After viewing two real house roofs, we were able to decide the color the very same day 😀

They told me over the phone they were going to wait for me. After driving 7 hours just to get there . When I got there they were closed.. they are not very business-minded. When you tell someone youre going to wait then do exactly that

They will lien your customers house. They sent me (a customer) a lien notice weeks after the job was complete. I contacted them and they said my contractor was in good standing for 25 years. They told me they were required by law to send them out. (Not true.) Buyer Beware.

Im a past supervisor for several drywall companies, but am now semi retired.I wanted to let you people know who I have always enjoyed working with over my 40 some years of doing business with pacific supply in Fresno ca. That persons name is Chuck.What a straight shooter hes been for your company. Cant say enough about him and his easy going but always professional demeanor. I still purchase materials there from time to time, and today i went in and was helped by a young lady that i wasnt too sure about, but I was surprised how knowledgeable she was and how quickly she got my order put together. I left feeling like what an asset she is to your company. I rarely leave a comment like this, but I thought I had to. She handled herself very well with the regular guys, and they too seemed to enjoy her efficiency an how she got there orders completed quickly. What a pleasant human being. Worst customer service ever. I drove from SF to here and no one help us out . Specially, the front desk. Giving attitude and ugly faces. I do NOt recommend this place for anything.
