I have ADT at both my home and business. My representative was Santino Yanes. He was a pleasure to work with. Since my install I have now recommended several clients amd family members for service with ADT.It extremely nice to have the sales representative follow up even months since install to make sure my system is still working properly.
Travis from adt rang our doorbell at 8:30 pm to try and sell us a system, it feels like we are being harassed and stalked in our own home
Toby installed our ADT system. He was on time and did a great job. Our sales rep Anne Montelongo was helpful. She listened to what we needed and worked with our budget.
The day I got installed I called ADT to cancel my service which was 8/30. I hate this company so much and now I’m stuck with them for 2 years because of a contract. I can’t afford their services so I’ve try to cancel on multiple attempts. On 9-1-18 I called ADT customer service to cancel the policy I had just started 8-30-18. Because they give a three day grace period. But I went through lots of different obstacles to get that done 😏 I figured like most companies all I had to do was call and say I wanted to cancel, but that wasn’t the case with ADT. The sales representative told me, I had to call back Tuesday 9-4-18; when the dealer I started service with was open, because of Labor Day weekend. So on Tuesday I give them a call, and talk to a representative to tell him why I’m calling. So he tells me he has to transfer me to a manager to finish the process. I was on hold 25 minutes before I finally got to talk to a manager about canceling, keep in mind I’m at work during this process because I work durning their business hours, so I finally talk to this rude inconsiderate Manager . Who basically didn’t give me the time of day, she sounded upset I was canceling. She told me fax us a paper and write on their your canceling, which doesn’t make any sense to me. I just want to get this over with! By the way the reason I canceled because on the phone I was promised all my doors “3” and my windows “8” would be covered and all I had to pay was $27.99 a month, but that wasn’t the case. they told me because I don’t have a land line, it was gonna be $53 a month, which doesn’t sound like a lot but it’s the principle behind it. The sales representative should have told me that on the phone and I would have never got service with ADT to begin with. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.
I am very pleased with the service I received from ADT. My installer, Jason, was a huge help and I now feel safe and secure at my house with my alarm. Highly recommend this company for great service!
My cloud camera service has been disconnected four times over the last year now for no explainable reason, and I have been unaware each time.They do not care if you are paying monthly and receiving nothing in return. They even increased their rates last month.If something happens, I have no peace of mind when I am gone because Im wasting money on a company that does not care about my safety or security.Each tech theyve sent has never seen this camera and both of our times are wasted when they leave.I cannot recommend this company.---5 times nowCamera has not worked properly for 6 months of the last year.
BY FAR the worst experience i have ever had with any company. Their customer service has to be the worst of any company i have ever had to deal with. all they want is their money . They will hold the contract over your head when you are tired of the run around and strong arm you to pay with out helping you STAY AWAY FROM ADT their corp and local are equally bad!7/3/19I am still dealing with this issue after 3 different phone calls after receiving bills in the mail. they cant get their billing correct, they cant fulfill promises made, their corp customer service is horrible. i would not trust this company with anything stay away at all cost. i have tried to reach out to their higher up customer service and they promise you its all resolved but its not. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! their corp is ABSOLUTELY unorganized and rude!
Just want to say thank you to MaryBeth for setting me up with a great system .She left a card on my door .I called for an appointment and she was very flexible with my limited time frame availability .Showed up right on time and helped me create a system that meets my needs and can be added on to later as remodeling progresses .The install time was within a week of signing and also very prompt professional installer.Will gladly promote MaryBeth and ADT FresnoThanks for your help

I have been a customer for about a year. Ive been satisfied with your service UNTIL today!! I had an appointment Tues, the technician came out but was unable to add the equipment requested as he ran out earlier in the day. He called dispatch and requested the job be placed back on his calendar, so I was rescheduled to Thurs as last appointment. The technician (not the same as the first one) calls 1 1/2 hours before the requested time, leaving a voice message that he is at the house. ( never calling the secondary number). When we get home and get the message, we call him back but he is unable to return so suggests we call and reschedule. 2 times failed., and you want me to sign a new 2 year contract. This is terrible customer service,
Technician Doug Cook came by and did a great job servicing our alarm system, and refresher course on controlling the system.

Bought a 300 dollar camera that I couldnt re use after I left my apartment. They never told me that! The whole moving process was a pain. My password in case of an emergency is TACO. I find that weird since Im Mexican and the guy who made that was white. They currently have me under 100$ With my bank because they accidently charged me twice this month 2 weeks ago and havent fixed it! My next bill is about to be due and I still havent got paid for the mistake they made. Im planning on paying my bill with that same money. I hate having this 2 year contract with this horrible company.
