They dont offer service for cutting. I know it can be messy legally but carrying those 9 ft slabs is not simple.

The main showroom is very nice and helpful but the man at the warehouse is rude and making it difficult to take back something that they made a mistake on and now wants to charge a restock fee of 30%. How do they expect to get more business when they made mistake on order ao we only want to trade for correct item and he comes with there is a restock fee you gotta be kidding me

Im not from the area but I found this location was closest to me and decided to call ahead because I had some questions I wanted answered first. I found it so frustrating that they never answer their phone. I mustve called 15 times over 2 days and not once did anyone answer or call back. I finally decided to stop in and to my surprise there were plenty of people working, so I dont understand why no one answered the phone?! I wasted my time there because come to find out they didnt have the color granite I wanted in stock there. I had to go all the way to Clovis, which was annoying since they couldve just told me over the phone had they bothered to answer my calls. Overall, I had a better experience in Clovis. This location definitely needs to work on their customer service.

Do Not wast your time and money!! I have never had a more horrible experiences in my entire life! I purchase cabinets and granite at the APEX located in Fresno on Holland. I delt with Sky hes the sale manager for that location. After paying my down payment of 3150 dollars. Sky came out to check the measurements my contractor had provided. This is where all the problems begin. While sky was re-measuring, he informed me that the measurements my contractor had given him were not right. Sky was only measuring the length of my kitchen never once did he measure the height of the walls. I asked him if he should measure the height from floor to ceiling and he said no. Im no expert so I trusted his word. The wall where my kitchen light switch is sky measured and changed the size and style of cabinets being ordered. I pacifically asked Sky if his new measurements would cause the refrigerator to block the light switch. I was told my cabinets take two weeks to come in. 4 weeks later I call to see why I havent heard anything about my cabinets. Im told the following week they would arrive on Monday ready by Wednesday. Thursday I still havent heard from anyone so I call Sky. He informed me my pantry was damaged and its going to be two more weeks. I dont understand why I had to call him to find this out! Two weeks latter after sky assembled my cabinets my contractor picks the cabinets up. The workmanship was horrible. Nails were coming out of the sides of the cabinets. The cabinets were not evenly lining up. The frame around my pantry doors are cracked from the apex installer. Microwave cabinet is coming apart at the bottom lastly and most importantly my cabinets are completely different from what I picked out before sky re-measured the kitchen. Not only were cabinet sizes changed cabinet styles got changed without my consent. cabinets were put where I wanted drawers for pots and pans. I wanted a modernized conventional kitchen with easy access to pots and pans. Apex has refused to own up to making changes without Doublechecking cabinet styles when making changes to the measurements sky had taken. The main office manager Bryan in the Los Angeles location will not return my calls. January 7th I placed the order Its now February 16th and Im still without any answers on fixing my kitchen cabinets. I also had to find a specific size farm sink costing me 350 dollars more than the farm sink I could of purchased if sky had not made unnecessary changes to the original measurement and order.

I highly recommend Apex on Holland really good service sky really helped me choose the right granite for my kitchen definitely coming back for my next project
