Sunday he worked 12 hours. He always had a great attitude and showed me every step of the process. He truly loves what he does.Arsen was awesome. After each task was completed, first thing next morning the next guy was here. If something was completed in the morning, boom!the next guy was here right after lunch. They COMPLETED EVERYTHING in less than a week!Oh my gosh!!!!! Did I mention cost? They are so reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company for ANY of your bathroom or kitchen needs!!!!!!

KHL is absolutely terrible about communication in every imaginable way. First, none of the people they hired to enter my home could communicate with me, they knew very little English (seems like they only spoke Russian/Ukrainian). I had to constantly use the owner as a middle man to communicate with his workers because I could not. This made the job take up much more time than was predicted, and was frustrating in general. KHL had to come back a few times to fix mistakes that wouldnt have happened if there were better communication. Second: A few months after I got them out of my house, my cabinet had a defect. I brought the cabinet door to KHL on Shaw and was told to call or text the number on their business card. I called and texted many times, no one ever responded. I ended up fixing the cabinet on my own.

I got my kitchen from KHL and I very happy with the service. The owner Arsen came over my house and he gave me the estimate of my kitchen. He told me the cost of my kitchen is $9000 which includes kitchen cabinet, granite countertops, sink, faucet and tile back splash. After that I went over his store and I paid $9000 for everything as he promised. It was great experience with 1stop I got my full kitchen done. I am very happy with my kitchen and I had so many guest commenting how they love my kitchen. I am planning to do my floors and bathrooms with KHL I highly recommend KHL for any service.

KHL did my kitchen and bathroom counter tops and I just love them!We bought our granite slab with a different company, but KHL took care of getting it into their own shop. After the demo and the templates were taken, we received a call to go see how the slabs and the template would work. I loved that they took us into consideration for that because it is OUR kitchen.At their shop we seen that they work with a Yukon bridge saw to cut the granite so the seams are much less noticeable. I only have one seam and I often forget it’s there.I really loved working with Vic and Arsen, very attentive and gave us great advice with choosing our backsplash. We will come back for our flooring next.

I went in to KHL‘s showroom and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Their showroom is phenomenal, they have a great variety of options for hardwood flooring. We took some samples home and made our decision.We did own demolition and KHL installed. The installation went great, Seto, our installer was fast and punctual everyday. We love our new floors!

Khl remodeled my bathroom, I know them for long time.They are very honest guys,they know what they are doing.When I needed extra items, they even didn’t charge me for some materials.Finished the job on time,I’m happy specialy with Arsen,he is the man of his words.I can leave even 10 star instead of five.

The owner said Cabinets are custom made and they are manufactured. Over paid for what I received. All the workers there are not even professional Carpenters. They are in a way different profession. Cabinets have gaps in them and scratches. Dont let the owner convince you, thats what happened to me... I believed him.

Arranged date for the guy to come out to measure my granite install, didnt show up at all. I had to call them to reschedule. My mistake!!! I should have just not bothered. Install was ok-ish. Wasnt happy with the seam they made at the sink. Guy told me the seam was fine?? Well it wasnt fine for me!

IM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO PROTECT EVERYONE THAT IS LOOKING TO BUILD THEIR NEW KITCHEN ..MY WIFE AND I USED THIS COMPANY AND GAVE THEM ALL THE MEASUREMENTS SO THEY COULD BUILD US THE GRANITE COUNTERTOPS FOR OUR NEW KITCHEN CABINETS ..WE WANTED SAME GRANITE FOR THE BACKSPLASH ..THE PRICE TAG WAS PRETTY HEFTY BUT WE WANTED A CERTAIN LOOK .BUT WHEN WE INSTALLED EVERYTHING WE NOTICED THAT WE WERE SHORT SOME BACKSPLASH SO WE WENT BACK TO SEE IF THEY COULD FIX THIS PROBLEM ..THEY TOLD MY WIFE THAT WE DIDNT ORDER THAT HALF OF OF THE KITCHEN TO HAVE BACKSPLASH ..WHO WOULD ONLY ORDER HALF OF THE COUNTERTOPS TO HAVE BACKSPLASH?? WHEN WE ORDERED WE TOLD THEM WE WANTED BACKSPLASH TO COVER ALL THE COUNTERTOPS ..THEY GAVE US A PRICE FOR THE BACKSPLASH AND WE PAID ..WHEN WE ASKED FOR THIS ISSUE TO BE FIXED HE WANTED ANOTHER $50!!! A basic question like, how can I clean the discoloration around the sink after years of installed granite, like using a poultice...A what? It seemed a bit like asking a specific question at Best Buy.I guess these guys will sell you granite, but dont ask them how to clean it. They had no recommendation either.

I got 4 differentiate estimates from 4 differante places and the price difference was CRAZYY!!!! home depot charged me $43,000 to do my kitchen cabinets and counter top but my last stop was khl and the estimate they gave me was almost half the price!

KHL did everything they promised and in a timely manner. I bought a This Old House. After taken on the whole house project I started shopping around for cabinets. I received several good recommendation based on others experience with KHL. When it came to picking out cabinets Arsen lead me in the right direction between his recommendation and what I liked it worked out very nicely. My family and my friends are very impressed.Arsen and Varos staff were very friendly and helpful to the finish of the project.I highly recommend KHL!

Okay, so I survived my own kitchen remodel. The owner Arsen at KHL did an amazing job with our remodel, making great design suggestions that I wouldnt have thought possible. I had a useless big window which faces our side fence. I wanted to take out the window and cover it with cabinets. Arsen assured me that it wasnt necessary to take out the window, especially since I live in a gated community. He covered the window with drywall on the inside, problem solved. He was very helpful in guiding our choices in the cabinets and hardware; he came up with a solution to a backsplash design where the material I wanted didnt come in a square but in a subway tile. He also suggested the addition of counter space made possible by moving our fridge about 10 inches. HIs crew of installers/craftsmen are very polite, conscientious and tidy. Sure, youre going to have dust as this is a construction project, but they make sure to clean up all of their construction debris at the end of the day. His office manager Jacqui is great in communicating the schedule and troubleshooting when necessary. All in all, our full kitchen remodel took about 13 days of actual labor. There is a time lag if you get granite installed as they must make a template, then fabricate the counters to fit. No complaints in that department as my friends couldnt even get a quote in that amount of time from Lowes. So if youre considering a kitchen remodel, Arsen will take pride in the work that he and his crew will do for you.

Tried to order some new counter tops and the owner was very rude and im the paying customer do not recommend they also were using vile language towards my mother.

I had the guy name victor come out to my town and he gave me a price of $1700 at the store when I walked in for the expresso with zebra granite after waiting a month for him to come out to measure he gave me a price of $7,000.00 and said okay ill pay I was handing him my card to paY and he said it will be $7,764.00 I said why was it $764 more today as he raised the price again he raised the price 3 times and then he pulled out a complete different cabinet and completely different granite then what we had ordered and said oh yeah this is just the display I use IT to sell to people but we cant get that one we have not been able to get that one in a whole year so were giving you the cheapest cabinets and a $99 granite for only $7,764.00 because its not good enough for me but its nice enough for you and your getting a good price its a cheap price these people do bad business and come to find out they have to go to all the kitchen companys in fresno/clovis to buy product from them as I took my estimate all over town ............. BOTTOM LINE THEY DO BAD BUINESS NOTHINGS IN A TIMELY MANNER YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO HOME DEPOT AND DOING IT YOUR SELF IT WILL LOOK NICER THEN THERE CHEAP OAK AND CHEAP GRANITE KHL IS A COMPLETE WAISTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND COME TO FIND OUT KHL BUYS FROM THE OTHER COMPANYS SO THATS WHY THEY CAN ONLY GIVE YOU WHAT THEY CHOOSE BECAUSE ITS A LEFT OVER NO MATTER WHAT YOU ORDER IT WILL NEVER BE EXACLY WHAT YOU PAID FOR AS THIS COMPANY WILL PULL A SWITCH AND BAIT ON YOU AND TALK YOU INTO SOMETHING YOU NEVER ORDERED...... This company is extremely unprofessional! I placed an order on my granite and they sent me the wrong granite and tried to convince me that it was what I ordered. The hired help knew it was wrong and the owner told them to bring it out anyway. Appointment dates for installation were bypassed without a phone call. The last granite piece to be installed was done with the grain opposite of the rest of the pattern. OMG, I could go on and on. This was a very expensive project, I wish I would have gone elsewhere. Extremely poor business management!
