My experience wasnt pleasant. I was in there the week of 8/23/21. A young worker called himself helping me but really wasnt. He gave me a bogus SIM but before that... Allowed me to leave the store without activating my phone and then when I return to tell him what he had done. He gave me a bogus SIM card That he told me I had to pay for. After a phone rep told me that I should get it for free. He then directed me to go to another AT&T store. Weve been with AT&T for over 15 years. We have NEVER had this experience. I will be contacting AT&T and Better Business Bureau.

This stores service is garbage. Spoke to 2 people at the store. I went to buy a phone and they denied selling me the phone because I wouldn’t finance the phone. I wanted to pay for it in full. So I had to drive to Shaw and Blackstone location where the sold me the phone hassle free. It’s the second time this happens. Will never go to this store again! I complained to the other store also so they know how bad that store sucks!!!!

Great customer service at this location :) This will be the only store I ever go back to in the future. Even though they didnt have the item I wanted in stock, they were able to order it and have it delivered to my house for free. Also the staff is great and very personable! Kudos to the manager for training such a wonderful group of people.

I went there and Richard helped me out with getting a new phone. He helped me get a lot of my pics back that I thought were lost. He took his time and really went above and beyond. I also end up getting internet and cable service from him because he was so helpful. I will definitely go back to him when I need to get anything for my phone or questions on ny service

I came in to get help with replacing my broken phone and was helped by Thomas. He helped me to go over new plans and discounts and set up a new plan for me with more data and saved me money compared to what I was paying before. He helped me research phones that were not in store to help me right the right one. He was very patient and helpful and I absolutely recommend working with him.

When you get there, ask for gentleman named Dominic. He went above and beyond proving frontline customer service my family and I. We were there for 2 hours maybe more and since then have recommended family friends to go see him there. We are happy with the deals we got and his service.

Destiny had the most outstanding customer service!! She was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had about the product. Went in for a bill payment and walked out with 2 iPhone XS Max. Great sales skills! She was kind enough to apply my lifetime warranty screen protectors. Highly recommend coming to this location and asking for Destiny, she’s bilingual as well. Great Spanish!

I financed two LG G8X ThinQ handsets during a promotion for the extra screens/case and didnt get these accessories. My hope was purchasing these two devices with the extra screens and when I mentioned Id return the items during a later visit I was informed of a restocking fee for each device. There was no intent giving the extra screens as advertised in the promotions, I could get the extra screens no problem for $199.99.Buyer beware.

After this store got its nice little new staff a few months ago, everyone should disregard all negative reviews! This store does a phenomenal job on taking care of all of their customers. Sure they get busy, but why are they busy? Because they take care of their people and everyone wants to do business here! Would recommend them 10/10. Check them out you won’t regret it.

Sure its a great AT&T store after all all AT&T stores are pretty cool! I say that because they do have a great variety and thats why I dropped off my equipment when I quit AT&T because I was moving and it know my future plans so I had to take back the equipment there that was about 2 years ago but thats the last thing I remember about it

Highly recommend this store they are a lot more helpful compared to the corporate store that just tried to get you in and out the woman who helped me helped set up my phone and even downloaded the att app for me so I can pay my bill from home . Worth the wait when I first got there it was busy but only because everyone comes to this store to pay their bills rather then online . I must add as well that the atmosphere was another thing I loved they had it decorated for vday

Friendly atmosphere.. The sales person was not in control of her IPAD. It, or HER was not connected continuously. The person had to ask my information (3)three times and what extra I was planning to get to increase my viewing ability at the comfort of my Living-room, did not happen. I elected not to wait at the register to pay my bill and chose one of the sales persons, and regretted it. I was there at the store way longer than I should have been.Maybe this was a day of training for the store.

I just came in to pick up a lost phone, and that I thought was to be delivered to this location. It turned out that it was delivered to another AT&T store. These guys did everything they could to help me out. Even while I was waiting for the representative serving me to return (which wasnt very long), they came up to me to see if there was anything they could to to help me. Also, I liked the way they helped each other help me. Great teamwork. Ive been to other AT&T stores in Fresno. This is the BEST. Great service.

Justin was so nice when he helped us out today. greeted us as soon as we walked in, let us know that there would be a short wait but that we would be helped as soon as somebody was free. he let us know all of their current promotions and helped us out with everything we needed. definitely recommend going to him for all your AT&T needs.!

We came to the store because we had originally tried to start an account over the phone and the service was terrible and the cancelled everything, so we came in today and Destiny Armenta sat with us for over 4 hours to help us set up our phones! She made sure we were taken care of and able to understand what the problem was with the phone people!!

Terrible location, Genesis in particular sought out my dad to make an easy sale. My father speaks Spanish and does not know what buying a smart phone encompasses. He uses a standard phone. She talked him into buying a smartphone with the lowest plan available, limited minutes and calls with 1GB of data. Seriously! Who only uses 1GB of data, my dad would go over this in a matter of days without knowing it! She lied and told my dad he had unlimited everything including international calls for $40 dollars a month. She’s such a liar! I suggested that my dad return the phone after he told me that he had 14 days to return it. When he got there, she told him he owed $45 dollars for a restocking fee. She did not disclose this to him before he purchased the phone, the only thing that stated the restocking fee was the receipt, which he got after he signed up. So it didn’t really matter when he returned the phone, he was stuck paying $45 dollars no matter what. This place is a ripoff. Stay away before you get conned out of your money.

Every time I go in, they provide good customer interaction. I was helped by Jonny and he was nothing less then respectful and spoke with me like if we knew each other for years. This place gives false information, does not answer calls, horrible customer service, no knowledge in completing transactions, gives you the run around, their breaks and lunches are much more important than customer satisfaction. Usually do not like to provide feedback unless it is good. However, this time it was not the case.Personnel was not helpful at all. Customers are not approached and/or acknowledged when entering the store. People were left standing/wondering around without having an associate to at least communicate they will be attending them momentarily.Att personnel at this location should do better. Remember your customers rely on you and your duty and responsibility as an att rep is to provide :- Courteous customer service- A welcoming environment to your customersIf youre busy, please let your customers know so and also state youll be with them momentarily. Dont just leave them standing on a line that wil not be serviced.Thx.

The sales associates at this location, or at any of AT&Ts locations for that matter, dont have customer service skills. Maybe with the high prices that this company charges for service they could start using a percentage to offer their employees training on what customer service is and really means. Upon entering the store, you would expect to be greeted by at least one of the four associates they have on the floor (especially when only one associate is with a customer). There is absolutely no acknowledgement from the staff. I try to be polite and cordial, so when I find myself saying good morning first to the one associate that actually made eye contact with me and only getting a nod and what I think was a morning reply, Im sure its no wonder why they need training in the basics of actually GREETING customers when they enter! I was going to make a payment and ask a couple of questions but the total disregard of my presence was why I decided to pay at the one kiosk that didnt have an out of order sign on it. After making my payment and realizing once again why I should have listened to the numerous people that told me not to do business with AT&T, I headed toward the door and still wasnt acknowledged by any of the associates. I still said thank you as I walked out of the door not sure what I was thanking anyone for since I helped myself and seemed to be invisible to what the company considers Customer Service Reps!

Customer service was terrible. I literally just got off the phone with a representative and asked a question about an unlock code and his tone of voice and attitude was just wrong. I said thank you and was about to say something else and was cut off..he hung up on me just like that. I mean if youre having a bad day, you shouldnt bring that into work. Especially since I wasnt being rude or complicated. I dont blame at&t though.
