We went here to get a new phone for my son and received excellent customer service. They were fast, friendly, and honest when answering all of our questions. The employee who helped us was named Jared B and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was pleasant, funny, and a joy to shop from. Please make sure he gets recognized by your company for outstanding customer service.

Dont do it.Unless, of course, you actually WANT someone to look at you smugly while doing everything to NOT help you.If youre shopping for something new, they dont have it - its a big store with nothing in it.First and last time visiting this store location.

These people are gonna add a plan without even telling you the details so make sure you tell them what you want. These mfs put me on 5G but my service is super bad. Dont waste your time and money here! Speaking from experience.

The worst place to get phone service! They are so expensive so busy there Customer service is horrible please go spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Metro or Boost Mobile is better than Sprint!

Employees were quick to acknowledge me. Were friendly and answered questions that I had. I would recommend going there.

Over the weekend my phone was stolen,frustration building on what to do so i visited 3 other sprint stores including blackstone store all gave me subpar service, however marcus at the west shaw store I received the most service marcus within 10 minutes got the claim and my new phone shipping out on the same day kuddos to the management team.

Had wonderful experience! Helped my family move from T-mobile for a great price and got to keep my same number! They also helped us get an iPad on our plan for a great monthly price! If you need phones or tablets this is place to stop! The whole team is very helpful!

If this place is your last resort make sure you learn how to do a full backup of your iphone. The girls there didnt help me on that and I lost a lot from my old iphone!! They dont reassure you on your backup. Hard lesson learned!

Most useless workers I have ever seen! I walked and all 4 girls were texting on their phones, and considering that all 4 phones where plugged in, theyve been doing that for hours. They tried to lie to me and tell me that a Sprint phone wont work on Boost Mobile (a subsidiary of Sprint that uses the Sprint network). I told them that Sprints website says the phone is compatible with Boost Mobile and she made me show her the message. This happened at 5:30pm, 4/13/2017. I hope that there manager sees this post and fires those awful workers. No wonder no one is going inside.

I added a line to my preexisting service on a Friday and ordered a refurbished iPhone6S which the lady stated should be in no later than the following Wednesday. That didnt happen and made another visit on a Friday in which the manager gave me a routing number. He was more helpful than the service that I got from the employee. Im normally happy with Sprint service but this particular location has very poor service. Four ladies at the counter all preoccupied on their cellphones phone banging instead of doing their jobs to make my experience better. Today I got a notification indicating my package was delivered but they claim they didnt receive. Instead of making the effort of tracking it down they just tell me to come back tomorrow. I had to call corporate because Im to the point of terminating my service and go elsewhere. Avoid this location and go somewhere else until they replace the people that obviously dont want to work there.

Loved the place. Great customer service and everyone is trying to help you not trying to always make a sale.
