3/5 . Employees are great and very helpful. I would rate 5 if it werent for the fact that this location is always low or out of stock on items. Funko selection is very outdated. Everything shelved is either very old or damaged. Controllers for any next gen consoles are out of stock. Not even used ones can be bought here.

Just picked up my THIRD warrantied Xbox 1X last week on Tuesday July 27th. Hadnt had time to test it until today when I returned from vacation. Was supposed to be Robot White yet it is white with purple splatters and some goldish colored design on the bottom. Also the backside is black (should be white like my last one and like all other robot white 1Xs. Anyway, its giving me sketchy HDMI issues right out of the box. Okay fine lets try to play a game then... Xbox says nope. As soon as assets get loaded in on the game the entire unit shuts off.DO YOUR WAREHOUSE REFURB GUYS EVEN THOROUGHLY TEST WHAT IS BEING PASSED ON TO THE CUSTOMER?I have a very busy week unfortunately but I will be coming back in soon. Very soon. And I hope you will make things right. This has been a complete Circus and the only associate that has treated me with respect thus far has been a young man by the name of Wes. He has been as helpful as possible. Afraid I cannot say the same about the others Ive had to interact with. That was now the third time Ive had to renew $$$ my warranty. I would still be on my first warranty period I paid for had these refurb units been actually refurbed and tested. This is LOWWWW BAR service Gamestop. Used to be really cool to trade in games, and buy new ones to play. I bought older systems to show my kids a little old school. But now old games are non existing. I can still buy PS4 games, but you can buy those anywhere.

I was told my 18 month old needed a mask after being in store over 10 min only after a family came in with clearly a child.older was wearing a mask. I let.be known its not required for under 2yrs old. He replied its required in HIS store. He said i can wait outside in cold with my baby. Really a mother wait in cold outside!!! Im so disappointed and feel racially profiled.I put my stuff down told him i wont spend nothing else ever in that store. I walked out. I will not tolerate that kind of discrimination.

Employees are back door selling their Pokémon went in today I was 1st in line and asked the cashier if they had a shining fates pack and he said they had them in stock but refused to sell me one. Then he said that they are only available for pre order and he told me that I couldn’t pre order which makes no sense

I liked the night workers that were their when I went. They were both friendly, had a good conversation and they held a game for me to pick up when I called them. I didnt check out the variety of games they had here but they had the game I wanted and they have had other games Ive wanted in the past. So for them to have games Ive wanted and not the GameStop store near me makes me think that they must have more of a variety. So its worth checking it out. I will definitely be going back to this store.

Horrible experience they have a guy there with long hair that is obviously on some sort of medication that make it so uncomfortable to ask questions.. I don’t know if he’s the manager or what but I will not be going there creepy vibes

This location has the worst customer service. If you need a game or console drive the extra 2 miles to get great service. Custom service starts with training and management and i can tell you this store has none. If any place that should have closed after the covid out break it should have been this one. No one holds the shift/ store manager accountable for there lack of leadershp.

If there are any issues and they can fix it they do.great group of reps at this store

I pop into GameStop to pick up their deals when they have the buy 2 get 1 free sales or looking for the GameStop pop exclusives for my collection, only thing I advise is never sell them your old games. They dont give you much for games, sometimes its better to trade them for other games or get the store credit.

Where do I start? All their personnel is so professional. They all know their stuff, super friendly, always greeting everyone, and my kids love and I love it. Keep up the great work guys!

Went shopping here for my 12 son. Grandma was with me and we got games and Pokemon cards for his birthday. The guys were very helpful and I went backs week later to pick up another game. Thanks GS

Best GameStop in town always so nice and even when there is a line they keep it friendly, yet, helpful, and still get through the lines quickly if they have them. Usually only busy if there is a game or console release or right now before the holidays. They still make the time a pleasant visit and help with whatever.

They have most games in stock and willing to help you find what youre looking for. Even called other stores to make sure the computers inventory was accurate and put the game I wanted on hold at the other store.

The person answering calls at this business is real rude. I called and asked him a question and he hung up on me, i called back and told him why am i being hung up on and he hung up on me again. I only left a star to make this comment about their disrespectful worker there.

Went to get my copy of Jump Force tonight the guys at the store were very helpful and great service got us in and out. Very pleased and I will always come back to this location.

I used to buy ps2, ps3, xbox 360 games from here. Man this place had it the worst with people stealing the cover arts. Though the guys and gals there were really nice and had great customer service. I just come by to buy merchandise now. Still a great place to get some used stuff.

Clean store, they didnt offer any discounted items, their system didnt want to read my card. I had to call my bank because he didnt know how else to help me. Luckily Patricia helped us but dang! It took forever. They were nice though.

Never had issues. One time I was sent a different game from the one I bought and only 3 days later the correct game was at my house, and I didnt even have to return the other one.

I love the atmosphere this GameStop gives they are friendly and full of knowledge from Games to Collectables. The manager shows professionalism and you could see his goal is to have you leave with a good experience and a smile on your face.

Just got the game Thief! I wouldnt have gotten without the greatest worker there, Leo. He is the coolest worker there! Although he looks a bit tired, maybe because I always see him working by himself. Yet, he never loses his cool with his customers and greets a HELLO every time someone walks through the door. Other than Leo, all the other workers are OK. They offer good service, but they rarely bother to greet you at the door, or help you look for a video game. But I gave them a score of 5 because of Leos gratitude! =)

Oh yes.. the man cave store. Gamestop associates always greet their customers who enters. Give 100 rushing customers and you get 100 hellos. Not ever have i not hear a gamestop personnel not greet me before. Biggest selection of games, toys, gaming accessories nearby. Love it!

Really knowledgeable staff that are friendly and helpful for people like me,who dont know much about gaming (holiday shopping; reading directly from wish lists lol). Reviewed return policy and protection plans with me without prompt. Went the extra mile to ensure I purchased everything needed to operate the gaming system. NOT like the extra commission sales extra mile, just genuinely making sure I got everything I need.

Not the best service they sold me a bad game and I could not return it. They almost sent me home with an emty game box and a badly scratched disc. Its a good place but always check your games before you leave the store or they will give you a damaged, empty box or the wrong game.

Went in today, twice, to separate times to buy some Nintendo DS games for my son and both times the key carrier whos job it is to open the display case was not in.. either times. Very upsetting to visit a store twice to be a customer and they cant sell what I van see in plain sight?? Unprofessional. All non key carriers are not to blame. Game Stop, fix it! Thx

I was in and out they were knowledgeable of every thing my son had issues about. Their suggestions quickly resolved all of his issues.

Game stop is a really cool spot, they assisted me during Christmas time and helped me get my sons game I was searching all over for, they allow preoreders and they definately come through on time with there promises, the prices are a little high but like I said they come through with what they say, they are very knowledgeable when it comes to the games and products they sale, so if you need advice, this is the place to shop

I ran into a black kid in there that stole my wallet and my girlfriend and the fat black haired one behind the counter started laughing at me. I was kind of pissed at first but I did ore order Fallout 76. So Ill give it 3 stars.

Little GameStop tucked away. GameStop is pretty much the same everywhere. Only thing I dont like is that Fresno county GameStops dont allow trade ins on Sunday and holidays and its kinda time consuming that they need Id for the things they request it for. But thats not GameStops fault, its Fresnos. Im from LA, and you can trade in anytime, any day and Id never been asked for my Id for anything except maybe checking against a credit card.

I took my daughter to see if we could find a reasonably priced PS4 wireless dual shock controller. And it just so happened that they had a used controller.
