I went in to get help with my phone. My phone feel in water and my screen went black. I have a galaxy Note 10+. When I would do a hard reset on my phone the samsung logo would come on then my screen would go pitch black. I wasnt able to view my lock screen. Any who i brought it here. He was really honest about my phone situation. He did a water treatment. The gentlemen didnt gurantee me this would work, i had a 50/50 chance. He had my phone for about 4 days. I took the risk! And what do you know I was able to see my lock screen only down fall my phone wouldnt connect to my mobile network. But I was just glad to be able to access my phone, pics etc. Its time for a new phone lol. I definitely will be back in the future. I recommend them!

After going to AT&T to try and fix my phone cause it had a black screen with the apple and they were of no help I went to Gwireless to see if they can fix it and their technicians went above and beyond to save everything I had on my iPhone while keeping a positive attitude the whole time telling me everything is going to be OK thinking I was going to have to buy a new phone but they fixed it and took care of the problem and saved me money they even cleaned my phone making it look brand new again I cant thank you guys enough for what you guys did for me being so professional and keeping me calm with a positive attitude these guys know exactly what their doing will definitely be back they just give you that good family vibe and take care of you in a fast timely manner!!!!

Took mine and my husband’s phones into Eddie this morning, both are iPhone 8 & 8 plus. His phone was glitching and not turning on. We went to AT&T and Apple and they just kept telling us to upgrade or pay like $300-400 to do this or that. Eddie was honest right at the start what might happen and gave us alternative ideas. He was able to fix it at a super reasonable price and we ended up buy a new case from him too. Will forever be coming back if something happens in the future.

Took about 5 days for the new screen and frame to arrive to the store but once they had it, only took an hour to replace. My phone looks out the box new.
