I have been there twice. Both times I had to look and basically do everything myself. They never ask if you need help and when you ask them they do the minimum. Very bad customer service, won’t be going there anymore.

Worst store to buy shoes....their return policy is ridiculous. My daughter got a pair of shoes as a gift and they didnt fit and it was passed the 14 days return policy so cant do nothing not even store credit

DO NOT BUY SHOES HERE. Half of the shoes in the store are already scuffed up and dirty on the bottoms, and then when you try to exchange them they refuse because it “looks like you wore them”. The worker I dealt with was just rude and not helpful at all. Just a really bad experience all together. I will not go here again.

WE BUY SOME VERY NICE TROUSERS FOR MY DAUGHTERS FIRST DAY OF CLASSES, GOING HOME TO PROVIDE THEM. AND VERY NICE BUT THE ZIPPER DID NOT CLOSE WELL, TODAY SATURDAY WE WERE TO CHANGE THEM AND THE OWNER OR MANAGER VERY RUDE Q DID NOT RETURN US ANYTHING AFTER WE WERE GOING TO DISCOUNT 10% BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER TOOK THE BRAND LABEL FROM THE PANTS. THE TROUSERS STILL HAD THE PRICE LABEL, AND I TOLD HIM Q I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ME MONEY BACK Q ONLY MELOS WAS CHANGING AND STILL I WAS GOING TO DISCOUNT ME. AND I ASTA ACCUSE MY DAUGHTER OF USING THEM AND WANTING TO RETURN THEM, WHY BECAUSE THE PEOPLE IS WHAT IS WHAT I SAID, I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL INPECT THE TROUSERS AND THAT IT WAS ONLY 4 DAYS OF THE DAY OF THE PURCHASE AND THAT HER POLISA DESIA THAT WE HAD 14 DAYS DAILY OR CHANGE, THE MANAGER DECIDED THAT IF THEY WERE CHANGED TO US BUT IN THE END THEY DIDNT ABIDE OF MY DAUGHTERS SIZE AND SENT THEM TO THE SCRUBBED, THE PROBLEM WAS NOT THAT I WANTED THE MONEY OR THE CHANGE, IT WAS Q, THEY RESPECT HER 14-DAY POLICY AND WHY ANOTHER APPROVED AND SCAM TO THE STORE DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO ACCUSE EVERYONE Q RETURNS USED THINGS .. IN THE END I LEFT THE STORE AND I LEFT THEM THE TROUSERS Q THEY APPROVED THE MONEY GOES AND WELL GIFT SEALS AND THEY APPROVE THEM .. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WE DO NOT RETURN ...
