They don’t open at 10. My nephew and I got there at 955 and stood there until 1020 waiting for him to open the doors. The dude in there just went about his business. Talking in the phone, taping boxes, ignoring us completely so we left. We don’t need to shop that bad.

There was one customer in the store just blabbing at the one employee about any amd everything but was not making a purchase. I was going to purchase a pro gamer x box control and new headset. But after standing there 10 minutes politely and not being acknowledged I took my business elsewhere.

Didnt give me a good trade in whatsoever the credit they offered was ridiculous and definitely not fair. All my games are at least $60 and up and fairly new but in excellent condition and definitely worth more than the $2.00 they offered! I would do better selling them at a garage sale! So dont fall for their advertisements saying they will pay for your old games because its insulting!

I went to GameStop for the first today and everything felt fine I didnt have employees constantly asking if I needed help which was nice. But the cashier did make me uncomfortable when I went to pay with a certain choice of words he decided to use. When I said didnt have a membership or didnt want want he kept mentioning that that was depressing and proceed to use the word depressing like 5 times when I declined to offer and I was left standing there for like 5 minutes when I just wanted to pay and leave. I dont mind so much that he took a while to give me the sales pitch but that fact that he kept saying depressing and honestly there are far better words to use like disappointing maybe.

I usually have a pleasant experience with GameStop but this particular location has a rude employee working there. I was not able to get his name because I wasn’t allowed to come in, and yes there’s a 5 guest maximum policy in place but there was only 2 guests in there now if he’s counting himself as a guest that’s only 3 which means 2 more guests can come in. Long story short I stood outside for over 5 minutes before I said forget this just to see him let the couple behind me come in. I will never go into that establishment again I would not recommend anyone of Hispanic persuasion to visit this place.

There are a few staff members here that always are pure joy to interact with. And if you dont believe me go in and see for yourself. I know its on the mall and it can get crowded. But when you walk in here its a totally different feel. This is one Game stop that hopefully will stock around for the long hall.

Awesome experience!!!! It always seems as though these stores are always packed with rambunctious children all hopped up on mountain dew. That paired with a long line and one person courageous enough to man the register. This visit was no exception, however the brave soul at the counter was in a great mood and answered questions, answered the phone and still managed a smile and the ability to brighten my day with a joke, five stars all the way around

Never contacted me for my game to be delivered to me horrible now!!! I’m never shopping here again once they open again I’m demanding for my money back never again for games here. I’m done so this is my last time after going in and getting my money back I’m not shopping here ever again!

Gianna is a chill and cool store manager! The sales staff are cool. Josh you’re level 100 sassy just so you know and that was a bit off putting, you forgot my preorder bonus! I waited in the mall for 3 hours and you wouldn’t let Meagan sell it to me a minute early. AND I wanted those speaker amplifiers for $5 bucks, glass shark bowel all while blasting music in a store. 😈😈😈

Can I leave ZERO stars?The clerk was rude when I tried to return something I bought online and how convinient that the order never listed what card I used to pay so they only offer a gift card for refund. The first and last purchase I made on this company. Do yourself a favor and shop at Best Buy instead! Thank me later

GameStop its okay but it sucks when you buy a PlayStation 3 console with the defective battery for the controller it didnt want to charge I reset the controller but that didnt do any good so I had to go on eBay to order me another battery for my controller and now its charging I think God 4 that. So my wife gave me the PlayStation 3 console for my birthday ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 eBay

I am so beyond pissed with this location. It was gonna be my first time purchasing here too. The customer service was so terrible for me. I was in a rush because I was gonna buy shoes and the store was closing in 30 minutes(shoe store). I decided to go to gamestop first since I thought it was gonna be fast and it was closing at the same. I was wrong. There was this redhead helping two people out which was fine. They took 15 minutes purchasing dlc which was long but I was ok with the wait. Then when it was finally my turn I was just gonna be quick since I was buying one game and a PlayStation plus card. She asked me if I had an ID and I said, My parents are outside of the store let me just get them real quick. When I came back 10 seconds later she was helping another person and I waited 5 minutes and stormed off annoyed because she had the game and card right there. She could have just let me buy the game really fast and I would have been out and had enough time to buy shoes. Now I have to wait a week to go back to a different place to get my stuff.
