I was referred to Dr Mendelsohns office...I didnt know he still had his practice. I was pleasantly greeted and waited on by staff. All of my questions were answered and I had many questions. Prescription for eyewear was updated and even was helped with selecting my frames.I received my glasses in a few days and I couldnt believe how amazing it was to read fine print again. Really great staff!

I really liked the service I got there. Especially in picking out and getting my glasses. Jared did a great job helping me.

Dr. Villarama was so kind and through with my exam, and even let me know that my previous glasses were too strong with the change in my eyes! Cynthia, Vic and Janie were all wonderful! I enjoyed my exam so much that I now work here and everyone is so friendly!

I REALLY ENJYED THIS PLACE I GOT THEIR EARLIER THAN MY APPOINTMENT TIME AND THEY ASSISTED ME RAPIDLY. DOCTOR VERY FRIENDLY EVEN GAVE MY KIDS A BATMAN DVD....

Overall experience was great. Had 2 pairs of glasses done and had to have a pair redone, due to issues with script. Staff listened to my concerns, addressed the issue and redid them without any hesitation.....Than you..

Dr. Villarama was so kind during my visit! He helped with updating my prescription and gave me helpful tips as a student that has to stare at a screen all day. Definitely the best!

Dr. Saul does not work well with children. Such a rude doctor, especially when asking questions or wanting to know something about YOUR OWN childs eyesight. I DO NOT recommend at all. I dont have any complaints about his staff but I definitely wont be going back for my little girls next checkup.

I would not recommend this doctor for children. My daughter had an appointment today, the receptionist told me they had no information of her appointment, they just called me on Wednesday to confirm her appointment. The information they needed was faxed in July. They lied the whole conversation about everything. I wont be going back there.

Ive been a patient here for many many many years never had any issues in till now with there new eye doctor ketch and reception jenny the doctor was very rude with my disabled brother in-law he just about attack me when I brought to his intentions that he had a learning disability I let the doctor know I told the reception of my brothers disability when I called to make the appointment and again the doctor just attack me and said did you hear her tell me anything. Never seeing him again

I have been coming to this office for many years. I broke my glasses last night, so I came in this morning to order new frames and update my Rx. When I first walked in I was immediately looking for Cynthia. She and Alejandra always greet me with smiles. I noticed that there was two new girls working there and they were really respectful and welcoming. I have NEVER had a bad experience at this office. Any question I have is always answered and they always try to let me know about how long I would be waiting to be seen. I will ALWAYS stick with this office.

No issues.Front staff were nice and enjoyed the female optometrist who did my exam.Will definitely be back for another check up.

Honest Review...First time patients for a 6 and 13 year olds.A very clean waiting room.We was greeted and treated with respect.Waited about 15-20 minutes to be seen.Not so packed with many patients.Not so quite sure why the doctor came in during my Kids eye exam and turned off the lights😕My Kids Loved their eye exam👓.And not too much of a selection of glasses for MediCal😣. But my Kids loved the glasses that they chose!Overall... 5 stars.

Ask for a second opinion if you feel like what you ended up with doesn’t match. I got my glasses from here and the glasses didn’t even match the prescription. I had to see another provider and get a second opinion done before they would even have the technician check the glasses were even right. It wasn’t until i asked for a full refund because I paid cash that they quit treating me like I was crazy. And even then I was told I wouldn’t get my money back in gull for glasses I didn’t even wear. This was place was so unprofessional and treated me like I was an idiot. I’ll never recommend them to anyone.

A couple yrs ago my daughter ordered glasses from here and when she recieved them she could not see out of them. The staff told her she needed to get used to them. We kept going back just to be told she needed to get used to them come to find out it wasnt even the right prescription. So we decided to give them another chance. So we went in today to pick up her glasses we ordered last week and they did the same thing again. I understand mistakes happen but these people act like you are dumb and are disrespectful to you. Then come to find out it was their mistake. I would not recommend this place just the fact the staff is rude and doesnt listen when you have a problem that needs to be fixed.

Wait time is way to long!!!! My appointment will was at 8am I’m still sitting here at 9 and have not been seen yet!!!! People that got here after me are being called very unprofessional !!!! I have been coming her for 20 years it’s time to find a new place ........

Very poor customer service. They do not warranty there glasses and my sons had a few pairs that have just broke on him without him even touching them, as I was a witness while sitting right next to him!!!
