The doctor is only in once a week. On Thursday. No surprise that she booked out weeks from now. Must be nice to only have to go to work 1 day a week.
Dr Kaur and her staffs were amazing!!! They were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!
Bought glasses last year that had warranties lenses. Ladies were not helpful when I first went in a month after having the glasses as one side was messed up and wobbled. One lady tried to fix them with no luck and said that is all they cld do. Then I went back again this month to see what they cld do since they were still wobbly on only one side. The one lady tried to fix them while the other lady stated they are supposed to be like that since the other identical ones on the shelf were wobbly on both sides. Uhm no mine were only wobbly on one side the other side was fine. Where then they suggested me switching out my glasses with one messed up side for the ones that every one had probably tried on and were worn out that had two wobbly sides... how does that make sense? The lady spoke to me saying that she had felt with people like me all the time which was very rude. This lady not sure if she was the manager of the other lady but had terrible customer service. Then when I requested that my lenses me fixed since they had scratches she sat there and squinted at them saying I dont see any scratches. Lady I paid for the warranty and I see scratches so just listen and fix my damn glasses. Not suggest I come back in September to get them fixed. Stupid! Why wld I wait til September when I am getting new ones in Jan next year. Rude and terrible service my glasses are still wobbly on one side like the screw is warped or was tightened wrong and is loose but there is nothing they could do she said. When I return to pick up my new lenses I hope to see who the main manager is. And hopefully they see how dumb the option I was given was and I want to find out why Walmart cant fix anyones glasses.
