Cvs is not a good place to get meds, they charge me for meds when I get them free of charge by mail from Humana Pharmacy. Now I get all my meds from Humana. Cvs is too pricey...
Prices high, but convenience when nothing else close by. Plus, they deliver meds‼️🥳
Great place for you to get your prescriptions on line
Cashier was helpful, and pleasant. Good location for me.
The cashiers here are so amazing and friendly. 5/5 best CVS in Fresno hands down.
They never try to charge my insurance to try to get me to pay full price. Good customer service!
There were multiple people in line when I got in line. The two cashiers helped everyone nicely. I got my passport photos taken and cut out in a friendly and timely fashion. You get a good sense of community at this CVS.
Extremely slow. Rude they just dont care. I get attitude every time I call and go in. They never try to charge my insurance to try to get me to pay full price. I just called for a refill and they told me it would be this evening till I get it and its 1:37rigjt now. I hate going to this cvs I transferred all my meds to the Shields and first but for some reason they didnt send 1 medication to them.
The customer service was okay but they had all the items i was looking for.
RUDE, dirty, went to fill my RX of 60 pills. When I got home I opened bottle & there was only 30. Went back the next day to clear it up. Was told that they NEVER MAKE MISTAKES & I was wrong. I’m deaf & was discriminated against. Don’t go here or ANY CVS for that matter. Every CVS I’ve been to has been utterly difficult & rude except 2 & both of them are in Target. The one in Riverpark & In Clovis on Herndon.
Its ok.. theyll say my meds are ready one day but actually wont be for 2 more days
Worst pharmacy ever in the history of pharmacys. They somehow manage to run out of meds- all the time- take five days on average to get around to filling a prescription, and they seem to never have an answer to any question you ask. They get confused easy. Its total anarchy over there. Avoid at all cost. Dont even get me started on their lack of knowledge pertaining to health insurance.
Very convenient place to go to if you need anything when your downtown
To be real good costumer service but long waiting for assistance.
Rude, I Called to have my Prescription refill transfered to them...they told me to call at more convinient time. First I called around 11:40 they said it was close to lunch and that I should call back once I had the number to my pharmacy of choice. Called back in the evening about 15 min before closing just to give them the number, the clerk told me nothing could be done for me today because it was closing time. I explained I wasnt expecting anything to be done today, and she replied ok well, just letting you know. She was rude and condescending. I will be trying to send my next prescription to another CVS location.
Today I was treatedmore than rude by the female african american assistant manager. When I asking to speak with the store manager she reply, store mangers busy.. Boy does she have surprise headed her way once get a hold of the store managers area/district manager.
Close to me, in walking distant to refill my meds and receive them.
This CVS location is sooooo notorious for not restocking sale products when theyre depleted!! Also, the panhandlers need to go!! When you want to buy money orders they ask for ID!! Why?!?
Cuz my husband gets hes meds there
Great location and good values
Wonderful place to shop
Fast check out
They dont have good customer service
