Ive never tried Boba before so when I went to Boba Pub I was pleasantly surprised. I tried the Brown Sugar Boba that was absolutely amazing! I really encourage anyone who enjoys Boba or never tried Boba like me to give this place a try! I guarantee you wont be disappointed!

We come here all the time and it’s good because their hours are open late. Their service is fast but sometimes they can forget or accidentally give your drink to someone else but they make up for it. The boba is cooked well and they have lots of different toppings and flavors.

Have a great Boba while being in a whole different vibe, their greenery set up is the $&it !!!!! I love the vibe. There bobas are great, customer service is always very friendly at a walking distance from stadium and or Fresno state. My personal favorite is Peach Slushee with strawberry poppers.

Big drink selection and great vibe in the store. Love the atmosphere. I got the brown sugar boba milk tea here for $5.95 (before tax) and its delicious! Extremely sweet and rich in flavor. A bit higher in price but if it comes this consistently good everytime, take my money!!

They have good selection on drinks. But food items suck! Also employees always look like they hate being there. Wait time for ordering on kiosk is literally over 30 minutes!

Definitely Zero Hustle when it comes to online ordering. It’s better to just show up and order in person rather than get forgotten. Went on a slower afternoon around 4 PM.

Love this place! Always friendly staff taking care of business even when it gets packed. The vibe is really nice inside the worker Tony suggested some really good drinks and we enjoyed them. Drinks are good. Do NOT get the food. Burnt cheese dog, dry, crunchy churros with no sauce, cold and soggy small batch of garlic fries. Does not have any taste and small.

Boba Pub is the best boba in town! On my road trip this summer to Fresno, I decided to stop by Boba Pub for a refreshing drink in the summer heat. The atmosphere was super welcoming and safe, with COVID-19 protocols in place. Having worked at several boba places in the past, I have quite high standards for good boba and Boba Pub definitely meets that standard. There are a wide variety of customizable drinks, which is important as my friends have very different drink preferences. My favorite part was being able to adjust the levels of sweetness because I don’t like drinks that are too sweet. Also, the quality and fragrance of tea also stuck out to me immediately - unlike any other milk tea I’ve ever tried. Especially on a hot day, I definitely recommend Boba Pub for those looking for boba to satisfy their cravings.

Absolutely avoid the new Self Service Kiosk. The drinks are great, the service and staff made amends, but I genuinely cannot recommend the self service kiosk. Furthermore, the drinks were still made wrong even after a one hour wait.Wait in line ( no matter how long) and get a beeper. With that aside, I would still recommend somewhat.

The drinks are sooooo good, but I ordered food for the first time and my fries just tasted like frozen fries put in the microwave not crispy at all.

Absolutely love the atmosphere here!! It’s been my go-to boba place for a few months now. Matt recommended me a delicious mango-dragon fruit electric butterfly today and I loved it. Everyone was super friendly to me never disappointed!!

My drink from here was great tbh (the dragonfruit blueberry soda), but like... huh? i know whipped cream melts but i didnt think it would be offered if its obvious it would melt or it wouldnt be packaged super hot. it also kinda tasted funky. the caramel was missing too i think :/ also it came in a paper box so it leaked some too.leaky milky churro type beat

I placed my Doordash delivery from Boba Pub this past weekend to my airbnb. I was truly impressed with their service and speed of delivery. It was easy to order online and my tea was delicious. After a long day of traveling, my friends and I just needed a little bit of sugar, which was how we came across this place.The menu is so diverse! We had so many things that we wanted to try but had to limit ourselves to five drinks and three apps for five people. We were all pretty pleased with our drinks and food. We could tell right away that it was made with fresh milk tea. The restaurant gets bonus points for this, as we are very picky with our boba. I cannot rave more about this place.

I’ve been a regular customer since your store opened. But lately my orders have been prepared wrong. For example, I ordered drink with crystals boba, or black jelly but the employee didn’t put it in my drinks. Many times I didn’t noticed the toppings is missing until I get home. I live far away so I didn’t bother to go back and exchange. But this morning, they messed it up again. I told them that the toppings is missing and they look kind of upset at me. Which I think it’s wrong because I didn’t do anything wrong. All I wanted it to get the right drinks I paid for., I won’t be back

Grate drinks hands down and the service is wonderful also. The prices are not so bad but I do wish they would have larger cup sizes especially for those days youre really craving something to drink you want more than a 16oz cup.

Stopped by this place on my way to norcal because I was craving boba on a hot summer day. First off I just wanted to say that the interior was very cute with its decorations and had lots of comfortable seating for me and my friends to cool off. In addition to the drinks, they had a lot of food options which was perfect because we were starving from the drive. I got the oreo milk tea and 10% off check in! The drinks were reasonably priced and they had some unique ones. They had free wifi and the service was great. Staff was super friendly and answered any questions we had. Would definitely come back again when Im in the area!

My motorcycle group frequents this establishment at least twice a week! We are addicted to Boba! We enjoy our Boba beverages after “Taco Tuesdays”, and we even created a “thirsty Thursdays” event, as an additional excuse to gather for drinks and good company.The staff is very friendly, and efficient. There is always a line to order, but the beverages are made-to-order, and they are prepared quickly. Don’t let the line discourage you, it moves very quickly. They hand you a blinking pager that notifies you when your order is ready at the counter, so you can wait outside or in your car, for those concerned with social distancing.The owner, Tony, also gives back to the community, and we have just presented him an award for sponsoring our annual “blessing of the bikes ceremony“. The smoothie was great!Just a tip: the cookies they sell are macarons NOT macaroons, as listed on their menu. Two quite different types of cookies.The mozzarella corn dog was disappointing. It was covered in cinnamon and sugar, and not just sugar as listed. The cheese was not melted very much, and lacked flavor.Would be willing to return for the smoothie.

I tried this place after picking up multiple delivery orders here I grew up on Cajun and Creole food the cajun fries were very disgusting and tasteless. I also ordered spring rolls and the same thing no taste and both taste undercooked The drinks were decent other boba places when there are multiple flavors usually manage to keep the flavors separate this place it was Blended not that big of a deal. They also gave me an incomplete order I had to come back to get the second half of it. My suggestion is stick with the beverages if youre wanting food with flavor. Its only two stars because even when I try to capture my point my $25 purchase she already told it out to where I couldnt enter not to mention me having to come back to get the second half of my order. The only thing that is five star is the cleanliness of the building

Very good place for boba. I went in around 3 and the girl with a low bun was really nice and helped out with picking our drinks. I would really recommend the brown sugar! Their snacks are good as well.

Got myself a coffee milk tea with boba and it was good. Im very picky about my milk tea because some places use too much milk and all you can taste is the milk but mine was a good balance. I like that they use non dairy milk because Im not a fan of regular milk. Also got a Thai tea smoothie and it wasnt too bad. I dont like thai tea because it has this strong flavor that I dont like but theirs was very subtle so Im able to drink it. Also tried the Tiger sugar boba and it was good. This is going to be my go to place for boba now.

It was okay, they have an online menu I think but check there instagram for drink reccomendations. It didnt have anywhere inside to really sit with a group if friends and at night the setting isnt the best if ur a teen girl going alone, but then again where is? It just had a lot of motorcyclists that started but not the stores fault. I just took off 1 star because of lack of seating

UPDATE* I would gladly give this company FIVE stars now. When I posted this comment shortly after the owner Tony reached out to me via email, and without hesitation offered to fix the situation. He connected me to his business partner who was outstanding with his customer service. Not only did he give me TWO free drinks instead of one, he included free dessert for me and my husband and two foods, he also delivered it to me at no charge, he also told me I could go into the store for two free drinks anytime. The food and drinks ended up being very good. I would 100% try this place again but maybe not from Doordash. The owner and his partner made my bad experience very good and changed my whole opinion about this place.

I like the interesting drinks and the vibrant background. However, the music can be too loud at times. Ive visited here two times and both times my order/drink was incorrect. I would recommend pre-ordering drinks so you wont have to talk over the music and crowds. A screen at the register could help. Luckily, the drinks I mistakenly got were still good.

Ok, this was my first time coming here,, i had a lot of questions and it took me a good 10min to decide what my kids and i wanted to drink. The young man at the register was so polite, patient, and kind. And I was very appreciative of his good service. Unfortunately, my kids didnt like what they got, so I went back to get them another drink and the lady at the register wasnt as patient and kind as the first cashier I had. She was a lady with very short hair, and a baseball cap. As positive as I was trying to be, she just didnt seem responsive of it and kinda made me feel uncomfortable. I get it, everyones human, everyone has bad days, everyone has family stuff, but thats the hard part about customer service....you wanna make every customer feel glad they chose YOUR place to come to, and make them love it so they return. I did like the drinks, the dumpling, and the chocolate cake I got, so I will be going back. I just hope that lady is in a better mood and smiles a bit more.

This is our go-to boba place in Fresno/Clovis! We have gone to many different places and nothing tops this one! The customer service is always friendly. They always offer to make new drinks if we don’t like the first one and their food and drinks always come out delicious!

Had a really good experience. The owner was very accommodating. We drove 50 mins from tulare to come try this place out. The drinks were really good. Owner made sure we were able to order what we wanted plus he was gorgeous lol would recommend! 😏

Was really excited to try this place out only to be left disappointed. For starters this place has really loud music and you can’t hear what’s going on most of the time and it was difficult to hear what the cashier was saying. When I ordered drinks for my sister and I cashier told us that there was no boba anymore but I saw people’s drinks with boba before I entered the store and after I left the store so I kinda felt discriminated. To top it all off both our drinks tasted like dirty tap water mixed with milk 🤢. Overall this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in awhile.

Excellent customer service! If you like the Thai tea, and want something a little similar to it then try the tiger milk with Boba! If you want a more bittersweet drink try the brown sugared one! Will definitely be going back

Theyre usually pretty good & fast with orders. However, this time wasnt great. Placed an order online, but when I picked up my order, about 2 drinks were wrong. Drinks that should have been milk tea were not milk tea even though they were clearly printed as milk tea on the receipt. Also, smoothies/slushies were watered down. 👎👎

Yes. Every time I go at night I am always getting terrible service. They are nice but some workers sometimes stop calling out my orders and I never know when my drink is ready. I once ordered a drink off of clover and when I went to go get it, the guy told me it was another 25 minutes for boba. They were not that busy when I went inside. He seriously couldnt have called me to let me know? So I waited. I go back inside and wait in line. He tells me a few more minutes, I understand they are busy so I wait. I see at least 10 people order and get their drinks before me. I go back in line and ask AGAIN. I ask for my drink again and they ask if they are doing it. They said NOW they are finally doing my drink, after an HOUR of waiting.

Milk tea was watered down. I ordered the grilled cheese and it was only grilled on one side.

Writing this review based on my personal experience. The team members have horrible communication. I came there to pick up a doordash order and they front girl told me there was no such order someone else came to get it told me sorry and to just leave. so i left and told doordaah and then they lied to doordash saying they never said that and the order somehow magically appeared. They Seem to not know what’s going on.

Best boba drinks Ive had staff was very nice and attentive. They do usually get pretty busy but they have a good system going and have pager systems as well.

If you like to intake your caffeine drinking tea this is the place for you! Thai tea was a little too strong on the tart side for me and the boba pearls were smaller then Im used to and more slimey then anything... Great customer service I must say the gentlemen was really giving my request for a sugar free option a real effort and I appreciated that the most. Thank you.i will return and try something different only bc cashier was really considerate/helpful which to me is welcoming.

The establishment is really clean and organized! The bathrooms are very well kept. Its a very chill environment to relax and have some bubble milk tea (boba). They have some table top games you can play like Uno etc. The customer service is very good here and they are very patient with your order and it doesnt take long. They have a small 36 cent fee for using your card. Very nice place overall!

My order got passed up by 10 other orders. Would not recommend ordering on the side machine, just go to the register to order. Also they messed my order lacking attention to my request of light ice rushing it out.

The drinks always have an weird taste to them i cant name it but they are off. They use to have the best garlic fries but they took them off the menu, boo, so today I just order some regular fries and they were terrible. They tasted like old fries that werent picked up for the last order then reheated and then given to me, they were super hard and weird tasting. The only positive here is the staff they were nice enough, not outstanding but nice.

My visit Definitely constitutes a 5 star review. Joe (i believe that was his name) was extremely helpful in recommending some drinks and topping. He swore by the horchata and even wagered a refund if I didnt like it. He wasnt lying on the taste of it. Smooth and not grainy at all. The boba Definitely complimented the taste as well. Would highly recommend coming here. Staff is super chill
