This Dollar Store is good...the people working here are very nice and polite.

Horrible management skills, manager Angela didn’t even wanna talk to me. Went to refund and online order of something that was delivered wrong item and she said well I can’t help you, that I needed to call the online to get it refunded. So I called online inside the store and made them talk to her

As always, fabulous. I go in to get things on my list, and come out with great finds.

Had everything I went for and more clean store

It was clean and we did not have to wait in line long. There were to cashiers. The cashier was very nice

I was at the checkout counter and I had some floral forms and I asked Daniel if I could take the box that had the floral forms in them since I cleared off the shelf of whats left. he then told me that I was unable to take a box out unless I had a lot of glass items that I had to purchase a bag. which I know isnt true because if the boxes are going to go in the Baylor there for the trash if I walk out the store with the box of the item I should be able to take the box that its boxed in if Im buying every item in that box. Im also a Dollar Tree worker and I know the storage policy and whats allowed and what isnt allowed and cardboard thats going to be throwing the trash or if a customer purchases a whole box of that item there should be no problem that they take the box the original box that it is in.

It is a good store for crafts. Their craft section has expanded alot over the last few weeks and they carry vinyl for your cricut or cameo!! Super excited to try the vinyl that i purchased!

The staff at dollar tree were nice and friendly. They had a good selection of items to pick from. I would recommend this place to others.

I actually hate this dollar tree 🌳 they never have stuff stocked. Employees are rude. No matter what time of day you best believe you will wait in line for at least 5 minutes to check out. This dollar tree is right by my house so I tend to just run in for something quick. Management could do so much better.

The store is clean and orderly. Lines were long today but that is not the fault of the workers. The variety of food and just about any thing else is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Every thing is a dollar unlike other stores.

Pretty decent store. Employees appeared busy. Well stocked with a multitude of nifty little things that I just cant live without. I think this just might be the best dollar store ever!

Dollar tree at Olive great service.hiwecer dollar tree at blackstone and Dakota in fresno. Only one checker at least 10 people in line waiting. I just walked out. Frustrated when the stores think you dont need quick service because of the prices. I can afford to shop elsewhere or do eithout

Im not wishing any one fired - you seem to reduce inventory of things that would be big sellers. I later see them in other stores at a higher price I think you need to take the reigns when ever you can and reckon youll figure it out

One thing I hate about some stores is how they watch and stalk customers. Not the issue here, and I arrived an hour or lessbbefore closing. Also, I found what I was looking for and more. There are more greeting cards than one can imagine!! I ended up buying my son 4 late birthday cards lol. I love Halloween, and this is a great place to shop for your decorations and other holiday needs. They have all types of things.

All cleaning supplies were fully stocked. Just no rubbing alcohol. I need it for my mom. Besides that, the store was fully stocked with everything.

The layout of this store makes it look bigger but it has the same items like every other dollar tree. Very nice security guard, greeted us and even helped the cashier out. However the 3 stars because the store was short staffed.

The customer service at the Dollar tree is amazing

The employees LIE to avoid letting people use the bathroom. I went to go get poster board and a few other things, and I needed to change my tampon. An employee walked out of the bathroom, and when I tried to go in after him he said it was flooded and that hed ask his manager if he could open it. When I got to the front of the store HED WENT ON BREAK, and his rude manager said they were the only two working so no one could open it. This was in the middle of the day??? Why are there only two employees? This isnt the first time theyve been sketchy about the bathrooms to me.

What can I say, its the Dollar Tree! It was clean and orderly, well organized and the employees were friendly. The checker was competent and I found what I went in there for. It was a good experience.

Great dollar store but that Mister rent a cop, come on now dude. Get a life. Go to the academy. Would do you some good. Stop by the people skills how to desk and pick up some of those before you go also.

I only gave them two stars because they have a lot of good stuff for cheap. BUT the cashier was rude. If you hate your job why take it out on on customers who are nice to you? It was a chubby girl with glasses. I believe she had a piercing too. Hire better employees with some education and manners, not just random bums

This Dollar Tree is a nice store. Its very large. There is a good selection of merchandise. However, just like other Dollar Tree stores in Fresno, there is usually only one or two registers open and very long lines with a lot of waiting. Also the cashier whose line I was in was not friendly. She wouldnt smile on her own nor return a smile. I asked her a question and she answered me as if I was stupid for even asking. She made the entire checkout process uncomfortable. I just wanted to hurry up and get the heck out of her line and the store.This was my first visit to this particular Dollar Tree and because of the negative experience I had here, I do not plan on shopping there again. I should stick to the 98 cent store, Family Dollar, and Walgreens.

I walked in the store and was greeted with a big smile. The shelves are well stocked. I had a wonderful experience.

Usually fairly tidy. This Dollar Tree has a different selection than another one thats closer to me. So every now and then I like to pop in here and see whats new here. They have a freezer section with a few things. Lots of toys, stationary/school supplies. Nothing is over $1 here but sometimes you do get what you pay for. That being said, they do also supply name brand items as well.

What a great store. Clean and it is a huge store. They need more stores like this one.

So I went today & all the workers talking on the intercome constantly & u can hardly understand them... It was 3 workers standing around the front near the balloons talking & its a great amount of people in line. Then they all yells at the security guard telling him a guy walked out with item. They all was literally yelling it loud. Security asked for the man receipt he had it & didnt steal nothing. Smh this store need better customer service. That wasnt right accusing someone.

Found everything I needed. Always on the look out for new items. Never fails to disappoint. Awesome helpful staff.

Everything is ONE dollar! They have a huge selection of different items.You can choose from snacks, food, frozen food, kitchen items, hygiene, party supplies, seasonal items, cards, and medications, just to name a few.

What I love about this place is you can find a lot of stuff in there for a buck I tell myself just go in there get only what you need before I know it i spend about 40.00 dollars are more sometimes .

Im 11 i ask for help getting suger off rhe top of the shelf and a employee said u can do it yourself baby get oit of here and then 1 day i put my bike inside by the entrance out of the way and i saw a secerity gaurd throw it outside and he said fithy kids it hurt me

This Dollar Tree gave me the worst experience of my life. First of all I must say to whoever hired the manager that yelled at me must be blind to hire someone so disrespectful. There’s an old lady who does her make up really ugly well that lady I guess she’s a “manager”, she is so disrespectful and really unprofessional.

Cashier was SO RUDE! I handed her MY bag and she threw it on the counter. Then she got upset because I was taking too long packing my items, then when handing me my change she also threw it at me along with my receipt. At the end of my transaction she didnt even say ANYTHING at all, just began with the next customer
