Gotta love it. Theyre super busy, but inventory is generally available. Store is clean, stable in community, supporting community, employees are fair. To good. Friendlier wouldnt hurt. Good fresh produce and meats. Variety of the rest ..thanks wally

Visit wasnt to bad. It was about 10:30 am just a little to busy. Meaning it could have been less people. Im still not into crowded areas just yet. Store was clean. Employees I only spoke to 2 and they were nice.

This Walmart isnt as big as Id like it to be but its Fresno...the establishment is well kept, the employees are fast and attentive. The grocery side has all you will need for any occasion and I love their selection of bread and cakes! Keep up the awesome job u guys will come again soon..

Could be better.I am understanding of the current employment situation due to the pandemic however that’s where the managers should be able to coach the staff into the right direction.

This location was not overly crowded when I visited, however, several of the employees were wearing their masks below their noses and were not maintaining social distancing while I tried to shop. It made shopping more challenging and stressful. While Walmart carries groceries, pet food, housewares, electronics, and clothing, they often lack stock in clothing sizes. I had hoped to find a pair of black womens shorts in a size small and couldnt find a single pair in my size.

I can always find items that I need at WalmartSupercenter. Verity is why I go there as the choices are terrific.

Honestly the only time employees can be found or bothered to be available, is when theyre hovering over me at the self checkout to make sure Im not stealing (I hate using self checkout for that reason). I usually write off a bad customer service experience as the employee having a bad day, but EVERYTIME?? Ive spent an hour waiting for paint, Ive been ignored while trying to get attention, an my favorite is when the employee looks down or away after catching eye contact and hearing you call out excuse me. Im a do/find it myself person, so if Im asking for help in wal-mart, its a last resort. I love the prices and convenience, but I will try to go somewhere else, or order online before driving to Walmart aka wally-world.

I dont like going into the store to shop. Id rather place an online order and pick up. I saw on social media and a website that they had some skateboards on clearance so I went in to find them. Their app said it was available but I couldnt find them on the floor. I asked an employee in the garden department and she wasnt helpful in any way. Said it wasnt her department. She wouldnt call anyone either, she said she was busy. I walked up and down the aisles looking for another employee but nothing. I left without buying anything. The store overwhelms me. Its always disorganized, carts in the middle of the aisles, things arent on the right shelves, etc. It has happened more than once that I see an item available on the app and a website but its nowhere to be found and the employees arent helpful.

Thats my go to WalmartThey 98 % of the time have what I need and plenty of it.Most of the employees are very helpful and willing to show you where item you are looking for is at, or at least tell you what isle its located at.The store is constantly being maintained clean.Happy shopping...

Ok so I was told that a third party builds there bikes and the employees told me they use power tools to build them any logical person know you hand tighten to build them they need to get there act together I’ve brought three bikes back In The last week cause of poor assembly the one I have now is ok but the front disk brake was tightened by a drill it seems literally almost striped the bolt trying to make the proper adjustment to make the front tire move correctly just be aware if you buy a bike you may need to take it to a shop or watch a few YouTube videos to correct it your self this this company makes millions in revenue and can’t get a decent company to build there products talk about cutting corners

Always a good store as far as providing the vast array of things you may seek. However, this particular store can tend to be extremely busy and if you frequent this store (or any Walmart for that matter) then you know exactly why this is an issue. Aside from that, friendly staff, as I previously mentioned, they have pretty much anything you might be seeking and the store is pretty well kept and generally have majority of their items stocked.

The homeless can be bad here and the customer service is rude most of the time when returning an item. However, the cashiers are nice. Prices are good. Convenient for me. The pick up option is a life saver but I wouldnt recommend buying fruit or veggies this way because it seems like more often then not theyre spoiled.

There we not enough cashiers. There were only self check out. We wont be shopping there if there are not cashiers

Employees could be better trained in locations of items. The toddler boys selection and fishing wall very slim. Automotive service has improved tremendously, was helped by Hidar and he was great.

Everything neat and clean. I was able to find everything I needed and even got personal help to find what I needed.

Early in morning the best. Loved that they have a lot more scan yourself. Only thing was had only one cashier open but great otherwise.

Wanted to do a return without a receipt and they said I couldnt do that. When I asked why they said the policy had changed. Just checked the policy through Walmart and it said I can return a product without a receipt with just an I.D and they didnt even et me do that when I was in the store

I think this is the best Walmart in the area; usually has way more cashiers than most locations and the store is pretty organized. However, expect to wait forever to get things unlocked from cases around the store. Also, expect to wait 20 minutes in line for returns with a single person working there, as 15 other employees keep walking past and looking at the line.

For such a big store, I got in and out quite quickly.

Went in for a $10 item.It was in lock-up. Fine.I pressed the button and waited... And waited.. and waited... 15 minutes and no help. Ok. To Target, I guess.

Nice and smooth, not too crazy busy for a Tueaday night. Staff was very friendly and helpful because, as my dad used to say, I couldnt find my head if it wasnt attached to my shoulders. Thats actually what the Walmart employee told me also because the trail-mix was right behind me har har. Ill be back soon (because I forgot stuff, of course).

I love Walmart. But this one is my favorite. You push that little red button for assistance. You immediately have a representative walking around the corner ready to help. From the self checkout to the costumer service department. This Walmart is professional. The staff there is awesome. Always smiling. Organized. Clean. Plenty of parking. MANAGEMENT! Great job on keeping the place running the way it is.

Just ran in there to pick up a few items. Store was clean & not too crowded. My biggest quibble would be the length of time to check out. Had a large bag of cat food so had to use the regular checkout lane. The 2 people in front of me both had large orders.so took a while to check out. Otherwise no complaints about the store.

Quite poorly organized! Couldnt trace the items on Walmart app either!! Had to spend lot of time to find out that they dont have several basic things in stock. They dont have things like cranberry juice, wine cork remover, Indian nan bread etc.. Come on! Not expected this from a Walmart!!

I took my time and found everything I was looking for. I generally order online due to not finding what I need in the store. Ive noticed that prices are higher at Clovis location, however the aesthetics are cleaner and more organized. I never understood why stores like this put redundant items in middle of wide isles. They cause people to congregate and have hallelujah meetings thus making it hard to get around. Ive noticed this type of configuration is more prevalent when the majority of customers are of ethnicity other than white or lower rent/housing sales.

Can’t ever find trading cards at this or any Walmart in the area. Meanwhile, there’s groups of 10, 15, 20 people hanging out by the cards every day waiting for a restock to clean out the shelves so they can resell for ridiculous amounts. They need to limit the amount people can buy like some stores already have. I hate Fresno! So many damn scalpers!!!

Dude, this WalMart is CRAZY. Like the prices are falling so hard I suggest you bring an umbrella... You can use that umbrella to beat the homeless off of you as they follow you around begging for some money (no change, they about that paper)...

To being excited to buy a new flatscreen, to opening it at home and being broken. The box was opened before why couldn’t this tv be off the shelves if it was returned or damaged. Now my money will be held within 3 days but so QUICK to pull it out. What a poor management.

Finally found a store with 5 gallon water jugs In stock. Buy the first one for $13.50 then when you bring back the empty you can exchange It for a new one for $6.50. Just toss a battery powered dispenser on top. Good to go.

I go to this particular Wal-Mart all the time; us the pick up service often. A couple of times a week. But this week both times I was greeted with a smile by Knight. He was so polite he even introduced himself, which was a first. Which turned a hot and uncomfortable day into a great one. Sometimes it only takes one random person to ask you how your day was to turn it around. So kudos to you Knight. I hope this review reaches you.

So I go through the garden doors I engage two workers conversating I ask my question I get pointed to a direction that could mean anything not a aisle # just a direction so I am scanning an area I go back to the two conversating and get pointed to a different location I head there look around a few minutes so I now went inside to find someone who was around the corner and they pointed so I asked if they can come with me instead of pointing she agrees and follows to point to me the person that works the garden area and that is the same person who pointed me to different places so I left.

I do like this Walmart although its almost always crowded but I guess thats probably the case anywhere you go in Fresno. The bathrooms seem to always be clean. They do carry a lot of products so it is like a one stop shop which is really nice. I also enjoy their reasonably low prices on most items.

Dont go for auto service was there 4 four hrs waiting to be told my truck was to big to lift, Im a mechanic so I had to show what to do to life it . They broke two studs and stripped bolts . Couldnt do it so I had to take it to a real tire shop . 60$ to repair what the broke. Lowered my truck on empty tires . Watched them forget to put oil in a car also

What a horrible experience. It was change of shift and I couldnt get help buying a bike for over an hour. ThenI had to pay for the bike in the hair dept. and clothes at the front main register. The bike needed adjusting, and the guy whondid that said push the red button and Ill ome back amd.adjust the bike.. I pressed the button as did the other customer who needed his help.. He never came back and this was at 130 pm. We continue to wait and.look for help.. We we were able to get an associate, no one ever came. This Walmart and its staff went out of its way to avoid and not help and the other customer. The other customer left in frustration. I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO AVOID THIS WALMART WHILE IM HERE WORKING TEMPORARILY! I GUESS ILL GET AMAZON FROM HERE ON OUT!

Literally the worst Walmart i have been too. Worker got into a argument with me over formula. Never would i speak to a customer the way she spoke to me. Only shopping at target. This location was so ghetto.

The staff here has always been pleasant.Doris is my favorite cashier. She is always so kind and nice, if you need assistance with loading your bags in you car, she calls for help before checking you out, this way you don’t have to wait.Too bad she only works on Sundays. I feel management needs to have her teach the other cashiers on what great customer service is.

This Wal-Mart is NOT user friendly. Everything is locked up. You press for services and sometimes wait 10 minutes or give up and leave. One register open on a Saturday. Customer service is obviously not a priority there. I almost never go there anymore. Oh, and there were no carts available unless you brought one from the parking lot.

Ice cream is the best..and prices r great and check cashing cheaper then a money Mart and was open on Sunday.. perfect place to get most of your things to do done!!

Way over packed. The parking lot is a trainwreck and causes traffic on the adjacent roads. Inside, the carts are not wiped down and their (one) hand sanitizer station was broken. They have a large inventory, but the layout and disorganization makes it very time consuming to find what youre looking for.

The grocery pick up is awesome I dont need to go inside to go get good service. They bring it to me with positive attitude. I rather do the pick up then go in.

I needed a new cord. But it had to be specific. The girl at the counter knew exactly what I needed. I was in and out in under 30 mind.

I was shocked w what happened at Ingram location! Walmart doesnt read our comments on their app, so maybe theyll get the msg here..3 deliveries all messed up. Cashier cops an attitude bc one of the liquid car products that was damaged and leaking got her counter wet. How does she think I felt when they pack it in w all my food items and not only did it ruin some of them, it leaked as I tracked it into the house. But what had her more defensive is that the wrong item had been picked and it wasnt even listed as a substitute. Thats YOUR Dept Mgrs problem not mine. But it was tone and body language and putting it back on me for their mistake! What really took the cake is when her supervisor had to finally come over. Mind you we are now talking about a $1.98 bottle of craft paint. I felt like I was talking to a 3rd grader, repeating how glow in the dark orange is not red (what I ordered). I completed their online return saying I wasnt happy w substitute and the system said I had to return it to the store. THE PERSON WHO RUNS THAT APP OR KEYS IN THE INFORMATION FLAT OUT LIED!!! Their system noted in red type that I had returned the bottle for a refund so the 2 of them werent doing anything more about it. Really? Check your cameras and show where and when I did this when Im standing w it in my hand and have emails to back everything up. Didnt matter. They are the mindset of - whatever it says on our screen is right and YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ARE WRONG! Screw the $2 bucks, this is about what is right and Walmart definitely was not!!! So, since I apparently exchanged the paint for the same ugly paint I allegedly rtd, give it back to me and see ya!****BUYER BEWARE****I learned something else very valuable yesterday, just bc you select do not replace does not mean they wont do it anyway and dont expect it to show up in the Substitions field. They will argue w you and talk down to you like youre trying to get away w something and youre not. Youre simply returning what they couldnt get right by doing their job. Bc of what happened, Im moving over to Vons and Instacart. I wont put up w attitude or a company whose employees clearly lack in the knowledge of what customer service means, dont know how to bag groceries, pull the correct product, cop attitudes when you follow their rules.
