As I was updating my service with Xfinity today, Veronica was the representative assigned to me. Even while training a field representative that was being trained as in store customer service employee, Veronica was attentive to details and made sure I knew about what was available to me in my new package along with sharing some promotions Xfinity was offering (at great rates may I add).Whoever is in charge of employee personnel training at the location in Fresno near Shaw Avenue and Fresno Street should receive a raise.Staff members such as Veronica, Stephanie and Victor gave all stood out each time I have gone to this Xfinity Branch. They make you feel special, treat you with respect (not just a number) and demonstrate the type of patience and respect they would want someone to give them if they were customers. Im excited about my upgrades and since Veronica explained to me how to do the set up in my bedroom, I feel confident that she has shared with me the knowledge and skills necessary to get things setup without having to call customer service. Yes, she was that thorough.

We had to come here 3 times (not their fault, just some confusion and issues with our rental) and we got excellent, helpful service every time! The best service from Comcast/Xfinity I have ever gotten. Thank you Victor & Takashi!

Service was good but the coast of your packages are outrageous and anyone Ive ever heard talk about comcast says the same thing

The guys who work here are nice, friendly and entertaining. They were thorough with directions on how to connect.

We were greeted right away, but the wait was a little long. They were very professional, and helpful. Even though Devon didnt help us, hes always been a helpful and professional employee.

Dont bother getting internet from them my internet has been crashing for about 6 months Ive exchanged the modem and had technicians come and they still havent fixed it there just full of excuses switch to Verizon

Worst customer service ever!!! They make it impossible to speak to a worker through the god dam phone!! Automated system is useless and takes forever and can’t help with anything!!! FK their slowass service.

The service was excellent and fast. The lady that helped me was very friendly and helpful

The lady at the desk has a hard time getting to the phone so leave a message and she will call you back. Also, they wont let you wait inside even if you are elderly, disabled and have trouble with the heat. They also dont like it when you ask to use the bathroom, so dont do that either. She got visibly upset when my mother inlaw did that. Its a ghetto location so have patience.

Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I appreciate the time and care that was taken to assist me with my needs. I was very grateful especially since it was nearly closing time.

Fast in and out but idk about theyre 1 customer per associate rule. They had so many associates standing outside talking when we got there.

The comcast store was quick and efficient. I had scheduled an appointment several days prior due to you know what and social distancing. At the store they had a setup to check people in, update accounts and check in old gear and pickup new. The person that helped me was dialed in. I was happy with the service.

The customer service there is terrible. Ive gone with my dad there multiple times, and each time we go they tell us something different. The only person there worth talking to is Stephanie. Ask for her if you ever go, only mon-fri though. Terrible terrible customer service, they need to hire people who understands what theyre doing

Theyre limiting customers, face masks require, very clean store and my rep was quick and it was easy

I gave this store a 5 star for service it gave my Son that went in and came out with what he needed.. But Give 1 star because I had to wait outside, couldnt enter with him, not understanding why, but I stayed outside waiting for him?? And as I waited people were coming out 2 people together!!! Yet I was told by I couldnt go in with my Son???

Devlon at the store by Fashion Fair in Fresno CA was so nice. I had to change service to my name because it was in my rommates name and she died.He made it a pleasant experience. Parking is good and Xfinity sign easily seen from Shaw Ave. Did not have to wait.

The in store assistants were great. The live chat assistants were terrible.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. With how poor the customer service is there its a surprise that location is still open. For now on I will only be going to the River Park at least there the management seems to have a decent employee base.
