The store and its products are good but the customer service sucked, the person helping us didnt really pay too much attention and took him 15 minutes to tell me something I already knew. I ended canceling my service with them on the spot and went to at&t were I was helped much better sorry Comcast but you just lost a lo g time customer
Kenny was great in customer service. And gave me a bundle with mobile services which saved me tons on my home services !! Would really recommend asking for Kenny when going into this location.
Accommodating, helpful, and all about my request/ problem!! So often Ill have an issue or need a repair it never works outthe right way or costs more... not here I accomplished my goal and didnt have to pay anything!!
Glad they opened a store on this side of town. I have received great customer support at both stores. Employees were helpful setting up my new programs after my 2 year discount period ended. Also included @ no cost the Pods that boost the signal throughout the house.
I went in to get new internet services. Everyone was very helpful and cheerful, it just made my day. I will definitely be coming back for Xfinity mobile.

Unfortunately through the phones you can not get a hold of anyone directly in the store. When you call a xfinity number or Comcast it takes you to the customer care representatives but never to a direct store line. The only way to talk to someone who is at a specific store would be to go to that location. I personally don’t mind. It is a good service and I highly recommend only if you are willing to continue paying because once you do not then they keep charging you.
I picked up equipment and they explained everything to me I needed to no. Very helpful.
The workers there are so rude and took about 1 hour to help me. and i had to stand there waiting for someone to call me in even though there were employees sitting down on their phones doing nothing. they were so rude! i will never go here ever again

Went to W Shaw store, saw Chad. Was there for 4 hours waiting for activation and info transfer. He had problems every step of the way.Got half way home and realized transfer was incomplete, her didnt give me paperwork I requested not even a bag. Gotta go back in morning. Using old phone on WiFi to do this😠😬😵
I went in to get a better internet provider and what I came out of it what unprofessional response for an excuse. I waited a whole day for a technician to arrive and was told by one of the stores employees that they would be there the day of and to my surprise no one shows up. I went back to the same store and asked on why I was told that a tech would be there the same day, the response was they rescheduled me. So I asked if it would be done first thing in the morning just to be told “We could only pray they would”. What a ridiculous and unprofessional response. I wouldn’t recommended customer service either as they are no help whatsoever.
What appears to be the manager of this location keeps taking his mask off of his face. Very unsettling.

Cant get answers to my questions, Im so done with Comcast. First time I cleaned for service I got hung up on then put on a call back list, it took over an hour, now I have other questions and cant even get hold of anyone 😡😡😡😡😡
