Never open!!....im here on a friday at 2pm...doors locked up

Got to the location around 11:10- 11:15am, lights on store said to be open, no note to say when someone would be returning, doors locked with chain and lock on out side and I called 35min b4 getting here. If I was not doing this as a favor for someone I wouldnt even bother doing business with this place 12:16pm and Im still waiting.
