I only like dealing with people who are very knowledgeable and know what theyre talking about. I went one morning and spoke to MANDEEP he was a great and wonderful help. Patients is what he showed that stood out the most. I dont know anything about paints and what goes on what type of material. All I did was explain what i wanted and with a picture and MANDEEP guided me with great customer service and great knowledge for my first time at a painting store. He definitely knows his products. I recommend this store and MANDEEP for all his expertise.

Id think twice about buying paint at any Sherwin Williams store. I bought the most expensive product thats supposed to cover better than the less expensive brands. It took 5 coats to cover yellow! I called headquarters for help. They took my name and number and never called back. I called the store manager in Fresno at the Shaw store and complained about the coverage and the spatter i experienced. He offered free tarp. I walked into the store and there was no comments about my call. Staff refused to provide me the tarp. The manager Sal wasnt there. He could have left a note for staff. Dont shop here. Dont use their products. Buy Behr or any other paint product.

I always get supplies and paint here and they keep your previous paint color orders on record. Their customer service and quality of paint never fail. If you know what you are doing, such as prepping the wall with joint compound, scrapping loose paint, texturing, and using paint primer before painting, you shouldnt have any issues with the results...
