Got my order wrong and gave me some pumpkin carmel apple pecan pie nasty concoction when all I wanted was chocolate shavings lmao, then was offered a $1.50 refund. After I chatted with doordash I got a $6 refund that i have to wait a week for, and still didnt cover the cost of the item 🙃

Loved it! Creamy ice cream! Sorbet was a little tart and I mixed it with strawberry ice cream. It was delicious! Made my day!

Yall need to correct your closing and opening times because it closed a full hour earlier than what is stated online and wasted my time and gas. Changing the time at the physical store does nothing for people who are simply passing through and arent frequent visitors.

Ice cream was great. Service was ok. It was nothing special. One promise they have posted on the wall says fun, friendly, ...... people who exceed customer expectations... Unmatched cleanliness... And superior service I did not get that promise when I was there. It was more nutrual and typically service. It was not horrible service... It was just not what they promised. It was a little dusty, dirty, and the windows where stained. Bathroom said out of order with a sign made out of computer paper and markers. Im being a bit critical cus of the promise they have on the wall. Its not a bad place its just nit what they promised.

First time there today around 7:45 pm and felt extremely rushed by workers. All 5 workers were standing there to just make one order. The gentleman that was present at the time was helpful and patient with us. However the other workers didn’t bother to let us know how Coldstone remotely operated. Please learn to be patient with customers and let them have a good first experience.

First time being there and it was cool. But I guess one of the work was probably in a bad mood because she had no smile and really didnt give us on any details on what size or a cone if we want. Just a bad attitude. Other than that the ice cream was good. Undecided if we would go back to this location

Well, I have tried their Chocolate Lava Meltdown; it contains chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream.* The chocolate cake is not the best, it tastes like regular cakes; its good but not super; I rate it 3 stars.* The vanilla ice cream tastes better, my rating is 3.5 stars for the vanilla.* general atmosphere inside is pretty good.* however, I had an issue with the staff. I came at 9:45pm and ate inside. Then, at 10pm sharp one of the staff approached me although I hadnt finished eating and said they should lock the door and so I should leave because they close at 10pm.Okay, yes, he said that politely, but I have never seen a store in the US where they make someone leave immediately when it closes. All of the stores I know let you stay in until you finish if you came early!!! I hope someone corrects me if Im mistaken!Thats the reason why I rated it 2 stars. If that had not happened, my rating would be 3 stars.

Popular place apparently. Its a small place. Line moved smoothly. Icecream was outstanding. Employees friendly. Prices were fare. Other customers were polite and the energy was positive inside and out.

The owners are super sweet. My mom and I came one morning when they werent open yet. They were still busy setting up for the day. Instead of saying they were closed, they saw us and opened business just a little early for us. Besides that, I love their strawberry mango smoothie.

Horrible experience felt super rushed with three children in tow when all we wanted was some ice cream. And wasn’t given a to go lid with none of our orders ice cream melted on every single one of us.

Love the service! Really love the ice cream. Next time you go order the triple berry sherbert and the other sherbet combo flavor(for the life of me I cant remember the name! 😫) and add strawberries! I am trying to get them to add this as a specialty flavor! Lol!

Went in today for some icecream and one of the workers came out of behind the counter to sweep the floor and she was wearing some disgusting pink crocs, they looked worn out and very dirty I dont know how this place allows crocs instead of proper nonslip shoes to work here, everything else about this store is fine except those disgusting pink dirty crocs😖👎

Store is always clean, good restroom and attentive staff. Would be good to have more seating however, but there are plenty of places to sit outside

Fast freindly service lines were l8ng but went by fast. Parking is tight infront of store however plenty of well lit safe parking in the back. Prices are high but well worth it. Good 0lace to catch a movie and desert. Very family freindly and safe.

We ordered vanilla and they gave us ice cream the tasted and had The consistency of cheese. The guy who worked there rudely told us he couldnt do anything. #ColdButMeltedCheese
