I was looking for a waterslide and informed the lady that I dont have a huge driveway and gave her my dimensions. She she no problem, someone can come out to see if the slide will fit on Monday with confidence. Today is Wednesday. I called to follow up. The lady was extra rude!! Not apologetic nor empathetic. Basically told me they are too busy for me and hung up on me. Dont waste your time or money at this place.

Called to verify if a waterslide was available on 7/3 to be delivered in Selma. Women on phone said yes come in store to reserve. Go to store just to be told they wont deliver to Selma on this weekend!!! Maybe you should pay more attention when on the phone!!

Please belive the reviews. Terrible customer service and communication. Reserved machines for an event and when i came by to pick up they stated the reservation was not completed. They lied about the conversation and now a day before my event in scrambling to find a replacement.

The stores a little pricey, but they will make stuff for you the way you want it and whatever character you want and thats nice for when youre having a themed party. and if you live in Clovis its in a convenient area.The people working at the store were nice.

Solely based on seeing the utility truck driving the trailer with their wraps all over it. You are 30 long and you know the road turns into one lane at Minnewawa, but you think its worth it to cut in front of 15 cars to save you 30 seconds. You almost ran three cars into other lanes because you ran out of space to merge. You turned into the shopping center at Ashlan and Clovis only half a block later... Horrible Customer Service. Rented Items for a baby shower (15 Mexican serapes) Items were paid in full 2 months before event. My step-daughter went into labor right after the event which was on a Sunday and things were a little hectic and we totally forgot to return the serapes (15 total) When we ordered the serapes 2 phone numbers were left. My phone number and her mothers. Received a phone call from some man speaking broken English who couldn’t even identify where he was calling from yelling on the phone demanding an address or else!?! I was totally baffled by the situation because l didn’t even have possession of the items, my step daughters mother had them. I immediately called her mother and asked if she had returned them and she responded with no but she was planning on returning them that evening and I asked her if anybody had called her to remind her anything and no phone calls were made to either my phone or her phone. What poor customer service to be calling and harassing and threatening that they were going to call the Fresno Police Department for 15 Mexican serapes that was a value of $45 the lady was so rude when I returned them she started yelling and laughing all crazy demanding that I leave her shop that they weren’t going to rent to me anymore. LMAO learn business etiquette before going off on customers. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I didnt like giving my drivers license information away in a photo copy. Price was good but chair look ugly and dirty. Service was not totally professional. I also spent about 2 minutes walking around the store looking for help. They were super flexible with pick up and drop off times. I got want I wanted out of it so it was all ok with me... Nothing special or outstanding.

Worst customer service in my entire life!!!! I rented a jump house, tables, chairs and bought a piñata. The day of the event they didn’t show up!! 2 hours prior I called like 15 times and no answer, so I went to the place and they were closed. I had to cancel the party. The next day I went back to the place and asked why they didn’t show up and the lady had the nerve to ask me if I called to make sure they were going. I told her YES I called multiple times even though it shouldn’t matter!!! She told me the times I was calling they were closed due to repairs, and I told her it’s not my job to make sure you’re going because I had already paid for that day! Not only did she NOT apologize, she had major attitude.

Poor selection of tables and chairs. A little unprofessional. In addition, they wanted to make a copy of my drivers license! No thank you, I dont trust my drivers license information to a mom and pop shop. Who knows what they will do with it. Go somewhere else to get a better service and selection and you dont have to worry about giving your private information away.

Never had any problems with them they get things done unlike some places i know prices are great !
