Absolute garbage sabers. Fall apart ALL the time. Wiring is coated in hot glue. Batteries explode. Their heatsinks were improper for a long time. Resistors melt through their switches.

I give them a one star not very fast and what is on there page is not in stock. you pay too much for such old technology...no smooth swing and there base sabers have no sound .. waited a month for me to have to email them to find out that none of the sabers i order was in stock. they said i would be 8-10 weeks!!! i was like no way had to get a refund on my $920 order. witch they did that.

I would give more stars however so far my customer service involving them and has just been absolutely horrendous Ive tried to get a replacement for a lightsaber that I bought but never received and I place the order in March by the time July rolled around I notified them they were Swift with trying to get a replacement out to me but they just have had a very High lack of communication with me whether be by email or by phone and Ive sent multiple emails to them

Ordered a Mystery Box and got it within a week! Product is great construction for my needs (I really wanted it as a prop, conversation piece, & decor) and so far works just fine. Ive seen some negative reviews but so far have nothing negative to say myself. More to come as we just ordered a custom build for my wife. Stay tuned!

So far over a 6 week wait on the order and no call back, ne email or any follow-up information either sent or available whatsoever. My paperwork thanking me for my order says that Ultrasabers is home to the fastest shipping in the galaxy. Are you kidding? Talk about complete hogwash. I would never order from this organization again. I expect to have to work hard to either finally receive what I paid for, or to get a refund because my order was never filled. I really do not appreciate having my time and effort wasted like this, particularly after sending them a considerable sum of money. You would think that they would be helping you. Guess not. I will update this review. UPDATE: 8/9/21 Still nothing delivered but a lot of repeated promises. Delivery now promised in two weeks. Order should be comped at this point.

I would give this company a 10 star review if possible. The saber my son ordered was not in stock. Nichole upgraded the product for free! We also had an issue with the saber piece coming off (after having it for only a few days). Nichole answered my email within 5 MINUTES of me sending it! She also offered a solution to the problem (or a swap). Her response time and help was amazing! Great experience!!

Two or three years ago I ordered 3 lightsabers for my family. Due to Covid it took a lot longer to deliver, which I understood.However during the process it was dragged out by several months and did not arrive for Christmas and I was unable to get in touch with anyone via email.My wifes lightsaber does not work properly with the batteries, which are different from mine as they are rechargeable. Cant get ahold of anyone.Pretty much done ordering expensive toys from this company as they arent interesting in the customers or problems from their production.Would recommend Saberforge or someone else.

This company is a complete joke. Dont waste your time or money. Ordered my product in May 2020. Its now June 2021 and I have received nothing but grief. Ive asked for my money back multiple times since I have yet to recieve product (after a year!!) and they refuse to refund me. I honestly dont understand how this company is still in business after treating their customers so poorly.

We are in the process of buying our second and third saber from Ultra. While they do take some time you really cant expect Amazon speed for a custom piece. This past order was taking longer than expected but contrary to other reviews they have been quick to respond to my past two emails. As for the finished product my oldest son has been pretty rough on his and no issues. Quality seems pretty good.

Dont be fooled by this company - they do not stand behind their product. I paid a great deal of money for a christmas present that someone wanted very much. It doesnt work. It wont even turn on. They wont answer emails and I have sent a lot of them and their phone is voicemail only. Buyer BEWARE on this company if you want a light saber that works dont go here.

Update: They have certaintly turned things around in the last 2 months. I just received 3 sabers at a generous sale price. I got them as fast as I have ever gotten sabers from them. The sabers themselves are sturdy, and look great. Ive put them through multiple duals with my 2 boys and 3 nephews. They really hold up. Though when you get hit they do sting quite a bit.This could have been a give star review based on previous experiences. However, Im not sure if anyone works there anymore or is that are about to file bankruptcy or whatever. Multiple sabres ordered in mid may. Its now August. Zero emails replied and phone calls returned. Avoid at all costs until they explain themselves and apologize to there customers properly.

My wife ordered me a saber they claimed was in-stock on their website. Their service agreement says the saber takes 20 business days to fabricate. On THE 20th business day, they finally emailed us after absolutely no contact whatsoever and said actually the saber was out of stock. We asked for a refund, and they want to take a 20% restocking fee for something they never even had in the first place, after telling me it was instock. Ill add that they take forever to get back to emails and never answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought the azure empress with an emerald v4 sound set up. Ive had it for a few months already and so far it has held up through extreme conditions and hard play. I have bought from a few competitors and they just cant compare with the robust product that US puts out. The materials are top notch as are the internals. The led is brighter than others I have had and the sound is very crisp and of high quality I highly recommend this company for a saber!

Ordered a mystery box with sound for my son in the beginning of the year. It took over 2 months of me calling and no one answering, and multiple emails until it finally arrived. And when it did, it was broken.I again called multiple times, with no answer and sent multiple emails. I live in Houston, so I drove to their location, where I was greated by a very rude lady, who informed me even tho I had the product in its original box, they would not exchange it, and I would need to go home and wait for an email response.I went home and to my surprise I had an email from them stating to send the saber back and they would repair it. I had to pay $10.00 for shipping. A couple weeks later the saber came back. This time it turned on properly, but after only a few minutes it would get very hot and begin to smoke, and soon stopped working again.I sent emails stating what happend and they told me to again pay for shipping and send it back.I told them that I would like a refund, but no one ever responded again. I called and left voice mails, but never heard back. I guess I will have to take the over $200.00 loss.I later ordered a KYBERS saber off Amazon, which worked very well, and I would recommend instead of this place. Ultrasabers is a Terrible business that I would not recommend to anybody, and I will be contacting the better business bureau.

The review has been edited from 1 star.The Saber I bought looks amazing, it feels amazing, It is much brighter than I expected after the description of my saber. Overall its fantastic. I suggest grabbing a longer blade if you want one to be the length in the movies, the standard is quite small.The only thing I wish was better was customer service. I sent multiple emails about concerns I had involving my account and the product I purchased which went ignored for 3 weeks. Other than that, I believe that I will be a returning customer for Ultra Sabers. Im very happy with what I received.

This is a real business. They make nice light sabers. The website is easy to use, make sure to remember to add coupon codes when checking out to get your bonus loot. They take a long time between order placement and shipping, and you will not hear anything from them until your order is next in line to be produced. As long as you order online and expect not to hear anything from them for 4 or 5 weeks, you will not be disappointed when you do eventually receive your new saber.

This business is pretty much a scam. The saber I bought stopped making sound after a couple of months. They do not do repairs or refunds, as they do not engage in any sort of customer service. A ton of other customers have had similar experiences. Apparently they also are horrible to their employees who work in sweatshop conditions and make very little money.

Its been 6 weeks now and havent received my saber, they say its 3-4 weeks, but dont believe them. I contacted their support and they said they will look into my order never got a response back, plus it takes forever for them to respond. Now Im going on vacation in 2 weeks and probably wont even be able to play with my new toy for awhile. However from other reviews I have hope it will be a quality product and will update my review accordingly.

I ordered my lightsaber earlier about a month ago, I understand the delay and the high volume of orders, but knowing how long it takes to finish a product and have it shipped out they should have better customer response. I dont usually treat myself and $200 is not a cheap toy. I better get some response soon or I will be contacting my bank to get my money back. I hope I receive some response soon. I ordered a lightsaber from here, the bulb inside stopped working within a month and I’ve been trying to contact them ever since, because there is no easy way to just replace the bulb or buy a new one, I’ve called and left multiple emails but no response over the past few months, I would not buy from here again even though I was very happy with the product at first

My brother and I ordered a saber from here, and it was really cool, my brother found a glitch in the sound system though, if the saber is on, and not moving, it’ll act normal for a little while, and then it makes a noise, and whispers either I’m an idiot, or I’m an alien, and automatically turns off. Great saber besides that one flaw though!

AVOID THIS COMPANY.I ordered from Ultrasabers during their annual May the Fourth sale, and contacted customer service right away to ask about delivery time, as I was moving during June and would not have access to my old apartment starting in July. They assured me that since I had chosen two-day shipping, I would receive it before then, but it could still take up to four weeks. After four, I attempted to contact them again to see where it was at, as I knew people in my area who ordered later but had received their orders, while mine was still processing. No response. I then contacted them via email again, requesting that the shipping address be changed and for my order to be changed to standard shipping (after waiting six weeks, 2-day shipping seemed pointless). Again, no response. Two weeks after that, I resent the email and received notice from them two days later that my order had shipped. To the wrong address. Via two-day shipping.This companys customer service is a joke and I will NOT be ordering from them again.

Ordered a custom saber on a Saturday (9/9/20), and it shipped out the following Monday. Received it today (9/24/20). The saber itself seems well constructed, durable aluminum frame, plug and blade are nice as well. In regards to the quality of the saber (the crimson scorpion, light only), I am very pleased. I am a CNC machinist by trade and the machining and clean up on this saber are superb. Tolerances seem tight and exact, and the design was well executed.However, I ordered the saber with an illuminated switch and covertic clip to be installed, neither of which I received. So they get 3 stars for screwing up the order in multiple ways. It is not enough of an issue to deal with attempting to send it back or try contacting them for me (if the negative reviews are true, that would be an exercise in futility anyway). I can machine a new covertic clip myself and I can live without a lighted switch.Everything else was good, the saber was packaged nicely and got to me quick.

Ordered a Graflex CE with the diamond upgrades. They told me that it will ship in 2 weeks. 5 weeks passed and I emailed them regarding my order just to recieve an email stating 16-18 weeks???? I asked for a full refund which I got another response saying that there is a 20% restocking fee for a product thats not even in stock. Instead, they gave me 20% back and kept 80% of my $572 order... Im about to drive a state over and cause chaos at their headquarters just so they get the message.

After that they stopped replying, until I requested a refund through Amazon. Then they replied, and want to charge me a 20% restocking fee! On 6/2/2020 I ordered an Apprentice V4 lightsaber from Ultra Sabers. Between 6/2 and 8/1, I received no communication in regards to my order, despite being told that they have the fastest shipping in the galaxy. They also said in my email-receipt that your order will often be processed immediately upon receipt. On 8/1 I received solicitation from a 3rd party to leave a review but had still not received shipment information. On 8/7 I replied to an advertisement, and CCd their info@ email address, as well as their shipping@ email address, inquiring if this was any indication my order might ship. On 8/9 I contacted a specific email I had received from an Ultra Sabers complaint group, inquiring about an update on the status of my order. On 8/10, I received a reply explaining that my purchased Apprentice V4 had been delayed and would take 3-4 week. I was offered to [change] your order to a hilt that will ship out quicker or if you would rather wait for your order to return to stock, please let me know. I replied on 8/10 that I would wait for my initial order and asked to clarify can I be confident that the Apprentice V4 and an Arbiter Pommel will be in stock soon as their website listed them as in stock. in which I was told on 8/11: Well hold this order until the Apprentice V4 hilts are back in stock. Once they return all backorders are fabricated and shipped out in 1-2 business days. On 9/2 I received notification that my order was complete and being shipped. On 9/8 I received my order and it had windows when they were expressly NOT ordered/requested. I contacted Ultrasabers on 9/8 expressing my frustration about the quadrupled manufacture-time and the incorrect order despite my inquiry on 8/10. The representative replied on 9/9 saying due to a stock issue with the Apprentice V4 hilt without windows your order was automatically upgraded to include windows which is a $5 upgrade. If you would like to purchase an Apprentice V4 hilt without windows in the guture, they should return to stock within the next 16-18+ weeks. On 9/11 they still listed the Apprentice V4 hilt without windows as in-stock.This companys manufacturing time, lack of communication and incorrect information about product availability is misleading to their customers.

My son (12) used the money he saved to buy two lightsabres. He was so excited and undeterred at the supposed 4 week wait time. Almost 8 weeks later and we still do not have what we ordered. They have not initiated any communication with us whatsoever. After 6 weeks, and nothing from their customer service to explain the delay, we asked for a refund. They wanted a 20% restocking fee for a product that was never shipped and likely never manufactured. Terrible customer service and had they been honest about the delay we wouldnt be in the predicament in the first place. This company deserves ZERO stars.

I ordered a premade frankenstein sabre on May 16th. I paid for priority shipping (almost half the cost of my order!) so that I could receive the sabre for a birthday on the 5th of June. On the 29th of May (after I contacted them) I was informed it would take up to 4 weeks to ship. I requested a refund (for the shipping cost) on July 24th. On the 28th I received an email staying that the item shipped (tracking states shipped 29th), there were no updates the entire time the item was shipping and it did not arrive until the 15th of September!The sabre that arrived is not the greatest quality and bares a striking resemblance to the one I had purchased for a costume from the Disney Store!I was fully ready to buy a sabre for everyone in my household (Family of 6! That could potentially be close to/over $1000 based on this order) but after the experience with this first order I most certainly will never be ordering again.

I ordered Feb. 15th and have received nothing. An automated email was received stating all emails will be answered and no stone left unturned. I will change my rating pending future events.EDIT: First, I would like to say that shortly after my first review, customer service reached out to me. They were very professional. Ordered Online with an estimated lead time of 3 to 4 weeks, 10 weeks later after I had to reach out 3 times to the company Im told my items are suddenly out of stock. The complete lack of customer service has Killed any future Business I wouldve had with this company. Completely unacceptable to wait 10 weeks with No word or update to the Customer. Do NOT order from this site. I ordered a $350 lightsaber from here only to receive a product that had a broken battery pack that was taped with electrical tape rather than being actually fixed by the builders who sent it out (most likely in hopes that I wouldn’t notice). Less than a month into owning the saber, the saber now turns off by itself 3 seconds into turning it on and the metal is deteriorating. Thankfully I was able to dispute my charge, however it is extremely disappointing and not worth the risk.

I ordered a saber on 1/27/20 for around $200 I understand the wait what I don’t understand is not responding to emails. I work in a customer service job and answer upwards of 100 emails a day and countless phone calls. It’s March 5th and still no word on when I’ll get my saber my money was taken from my account. They just send out pre typed email saying three-four weeks. It’s been five weeks and no word on anything $200 is a lot for me and I bought it as a gift for myself cause I had a little extra spending money. I feel like I’ve been robbed all I ask is for some form of communication to give me piece of mind.

Update: I found the place, there was a miss communication. I did received my saber after that was corrected when I visited the shop. I’ll say that communication with them is very difficult but I did received the product. It took some time but I got it. Im glad it wasn’t a scam. I’ll still give them 3 out of 5 stars for customer service.Definitely all the bad reviews are accurate. They got to have people posting good fake reviews. Months and I’m still waiting. Not even an update. Terrible business. I really think they have fake reviews is really odd that everyone complains about the same thing and then someone will post a good review totally opposite of everyone’s complaints. After so many bad reviews I think everyone affected should start reporting this business to the Federal Trade Commission. That’ll be my next step in either getting the lightsaber or my money back

I ordered my saber on February 7, 2020. It is March 20 and I have yet to receive my order. I received an email from someone in their office on March 9 telling me that they forgot to ship it and it would be sent in the next day or two. Most emails sent to them get automatic replies and their phone number is useless, in that it just goes to voicemail with a message stating that they are behind in orders due to the holidays and then doesnt allow you to leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. I have even asked for refund so I can buy from another vendor, but that requires being able to speak to a person (again, AutoReply emails and straight to voicemail). Assuming they do eventually send me my order, this will be the one and only time that I ever attempt to buy from them, as I have since learned that there are other vendors that make a better product and provide actual customer service.

The 3-4 week lead time for fabrication is false advertising, and their customer service is non-existent. How badly they have been affected by coronavirus is not relevant, they are not communicating the delay issues they are having up front.I purchased a saber, waited a month and then sent in a query about my order. Multiple calls and emails over the next 4 weeks were ignored.Only when I began a chargeback process with PayPal did I receive the single communication I ever got from the company, stating that they would look into it and get back to me in 1-2 days.They never got back to me, and now, 8 weeks after I ordered, theyve obviously run out of time with Paypal, and Ive received a refund.This is not a legitimate company, it is a scam.

Ordered for my granddaughter for Xmas and the whole experience was terrible! Customer service was the worst, the saber was delivered WELL after Christmas (and they still sent standard delivery). Their reason? We got busier than we expected. Oh, and it broke shortly afterNOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Seriously terrible. I was so excited to finally get an UltraSaber and ordered an over $400 saber from these guys for the May the 4th 2020 sale. Unlike these other folks mine arrived on time a few days later. But then I opened the box to discover the lightsaber was not to the customization specifications I ordered. Okay I thought, just a small mistake they can fix for me later. But it got worse.In the hilt the piece that holds the batteries in was broken and it didnt attach right to the speaker unit. It turns out that this made the lightsaber completely defective as then the light as well as the sound stopped working. Its almost like they sent me a leftover unit that they knew might have been defective.As is with some of these other experiences their customer service never got back to me. I had to escalate my issue to PayPal to send the junk back to them and get my money back. The package is supposed to arrive back at UltraSabers soon. If your order was messed up dont settle for their 20% restocking fee. If they screw up, especially with merchandise this expensive, it is their responsibility to make it right. If you used PayPal to pay and UltraSabers isnt doing anything to right the wrong then submit a claim.

They absolutely ruined my first lightsaber purchase experience. I ordered a Manticore with sound and Flash on Clash, but during the checkout process, at the last possible second, their system switched it to a stunt saber (one with no Flash on Clash and no sound). They also disabled order cancellation so that there was no way to undo the order, even though I tried to cancel immediately. I made several attempts to reach out over a two-week. And their customer service never once replied. When I issued a Stop Payment, ultrasabers shipped out my order that day, barely completed, so that they could mark the order as already completed and keep my money. The quality of the saber, even for a stunt, was horrid. Poor construction, unfinished finishing (there were still sharp burrs from the machining process, and absolute garbage job on the electronics. Bear in mind I was charged almost $200 for something that I did not order, and something that stopped working a week in. Not only will I never do business with this sham company again, Im putting in real effort to make sure that first time buyers know what kind shitshow they in for. Get a better saber LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

It is now June 22 and we still have not received his order and there is no information regarding this order, is it being processed, was it missed. Nothing.If I had not initiated contact with this company on May 29th requesting an update on the order, I dont believe I would have been contacted at all.This is just bad business.I completely understand that we are in the middle of a covid-19 pandemic. I also understand that in order to keep your staff and your customers safe that you need to downsize working with less than half staff. I also understand that with all of this going on there is a 4-week lead time before any ultrasaber lightsabers are shipped. I get all of this.What this company doesnt understand is that they did not lose me as a customer because of a poor product or because I didnt receive the product, they lost me as a customer because they should have kept me informed regarding where we were at with the product.This is what I mean about Bad Business.We ordered the ultrasabers lightsaber on May 7th of 2020 Im writing this review June 22nd 2020.Ive written three emails.I sent my 1st email on May 29th I inquired about the status of my order and was met with the standard message : At Ultrasabers we typically are able to get all of our orders shipped out with 1-3 business days, however with the current world events we have faced many delays and stock issues due to limiting staff to ensure distancing both at the workshop and machine shop to keep everyone healthy and safe.  And due to this unprecedented event we have a lead time of an estimated  4 weeks.  I apologize for any inconvenience with the delay and we will do our best to get this order shipped out for you as quickly as we possibly can.  We will email you the tracking # as soon as this order ships out.Since I recieved NO updates, I sent a 2nd email on June 15th, well past the 4 week lead time,  inquiring once again on the status of my order. This was the response I got:I looked up your order and it looks like it did not ship out with the 4 week lead time posted on the website.  We have faced many delays and stock issues due to limiting staff to ensure distancing both at the workshop and machine shop to keep everyone healthy and safe. I apologize for any inconvenience with this order not shipping within the 4 week lead time.  Please give me a couple of business days to look into your order.  We will email you the tracking number as soon as this order ships out.When again I recieved absolutely no communication I sent my 3rd email June 22nd, well past the 2 day request for time to look into my order.In this email I requested the cancellation of this order and a refund of the cost of the light saber $75 and the cost of shipping and handling of $15.84 (since nothing got shipped or handled) for a total refund of $90.84. I feel this is a fair request. I am still awaiting a response. If I recieve no response my next steps will be to contact my bank and dispute the transaction, and then to plaster this poor review everywhere I can and since I can see I am not the only one with this issue, I will call my local news station to see if they have interest in a story about a small business, with its poor choices, lack of communication and response, losing customers and leaving them with orders unfilled with no refunds. (I think this is essentially stealing.) Maybe we can all join together and take this complaint to small claims court. We will see.Its unfortunate that Ultrasabers didnt try to keep me, their customer, informed. That would have made things so much better and I would have understood if there was a unforseen delay or issue on top of the issues of Covid already in place. Communication with customers is key. It can make or break a business Similar to word of mouth. Now when friends and family who love Star Wars and are looking for their next saber I will NOT recommend this company, then they wont reccomend it to their friends and family and

Got two sabers for me and my wife ordered over a month ago. Still have not come in website said let 3-4 weeks because they are behind totally understand not having it yet. But there customer service is the worst I have ever experienced I have sent a large number of emails 10-15 asking questions about my order have not heard a response on any of them. I called and left 2 or 3 voice mails no response and I have sent Facebook messages no response. They already charged my card and because of the long wait time I had to pay it off so I feel like they have stolen money from me. I do not recommend them on there customer service alone. There products from everything I have seen look like they are amazing quality but that does not out way there little care about getting customers answers or not keeping them in the dark on there purchase.

I ordered from them Feb 29th and I still havent gotten my order, almost exactly 3 months later. A month ago a customer service representative said they would ship it in 2-4 business days and then it never did. If you have a deadline (I ordered mine with the hope that it would get to me by May 5th) do NOT order a lightsaber from here, go to another place. Its not worth it, customer service will never get back to you.EDIT: I finally got my order on June 2nd, 95 days after ordering. The sabers are really cool but it still wasnt worth getting them a month late:/

Ordered a saber 4 months ago. They didnt have the product so I requested a refund at the 2 month mark. They took a restocking fee... For what I dont know since they didnt have the product anyways. Now another 2 months goes by and they keep saying allow another 4 to 7 days for response from customer service. They are horrible!!! Dont buy from these people!!

Terrible customer service and its been 9 weeks and I still dont have a saber to show for it I ordered one of wish after I order this to compare and the one off wish arrived with it having sound, metal hilt, and multiple color options built into the blade all for 70 dollars as much as their basic stunt saber with no sound. All around just disappointed I still havent received my saber from them.

Purchased our 5th ultrasaber (over the years) and LAST this past November for my sons Christmas gift. Our previous sabers have been fine and had no issues. I purchased this last one in November and when my son opened it on Christmas, it had some issues. Thats fine. I contacted them and they asked me to ship it back. They supposedly corrected it and sent it back to me in January. It has the same problem as before. I then contacted them again mid-January to see about how to fix this or get a replacement. I was happy to buy a new hilt if needed. But no response other than the auto-reply saying they were behind 3-4 weeks. I understand its busy as the Star Wars movie had just come out. Okay, so I waited and sent 2 more emails in February and March. NO response. Sad. I cannot believe the lack of response and customer service. This guy lives in Friendswood and I know someone who knows their family. They drive nice cars. Clearly they make lots of money. I have supported their business for many years. This is our 5th saber, and two of them were with the sound card so we spent lots of money. I just want my sons saber fixed. He is 13 and sad his favorite Christmas gift broke on Christmas day. I will never order from them again and wont recommend them either. Im not sure if they are overwhelmed or something else happened. They used to be a reputable company but not anymore. I am asking Amazon Pay for my money back as I paid through them.

This company is terrible. In all my years of working this is the poorest example of leadership I have ever seen. The floor supervisors are nice but are quickly stressed by the owner who is the biggest problem. He needs to sell his company to someone who actually knows how to handle it. They come off as cool and relaxed at first but you realize why they can’t keep employees soon thereafter. The owner is on something, he’s got some seriously bad anger issues, the entire work floor watched in awe as he smashed his keyboard on his desk after getting mad at something. Orders are backed up beyond belief and because of that they will set unrealistically high expectations for their employees. And when you don’t meet them the owner will dock your pay and yell at you while in his Gucci flip flops and storm out to his Ferrari and blast off. The company really has potential but not under the current owner.

I ordered a lightsaber and they said it would be 4 weeks, fine they warned me. Then this past sunday I got an email asking to confirm that the delivery was made. There was no delivery made. For the past 3 days I have been unable to get ahold of anyone at ultrasabers. I would not risk ordering from ultrasabers. I have purchase 4 sabers from this company. In comparison to other companies, what they may lack in craftsmanship and quality they make up for In quick turn around time and customer service.Ultrasabers usually has a saber in my hands within a week of placing my order, however the quality of the hilts is noticeably of a lesser quality to that of saber forge or saber trio. Machine marks are noticeable and hilts tend to rattle as internal electronics are floating inside. Despite the flaws, ultrasabers is usually quick to address any concerns you may have and correct them free of charge. One of the hilts I had received had pieces falling off during heavy duelling. The company quickly sent me replacement parts that were manufactured in a way they the issue would not persist. Very good customer service.The hilts are still duel worthy for sure and they stand behind that promise.If you don’t want to wait and want a good saber for duelling ultrasaber is a good pick. I recommend going with li-ion setup and stay away from the basic battery setup with aaa for maximum enjoyment.Thank you ultrasabers.
