My family likes to go out for brunch on Sundays. We tried everything around, sometimes with good results, sometimes less-than- stellar. We found Penas a few weeks ago and havent been anywhere else since. Their donuts are cute and fun, breakfast is solid, and the service is outstanding. We like to sit out on the breezy patio. They even have a kids menu and a keto menu.

Fantastic as always. All the curbside shopping employees means plenty of people to ask where things are which is great.

I love HEB. They have a great selection and their curbside pickup is probably one one of the best systems out of the grocery stores near here.

I bought uniquely beautiful roses and an abundantly lovely cake for my Godmothers birthday today. The checkout clerk was so sweet, and even though the store was busy, there were no long lines.

I had a horrible experience today when ordering the two hour delivery with Favor. I have always shopped at H-E-B and I am very loyal but the delivery from this location is beyond frustrating every time I have ordered from it. The saving grace on this today is that their manager that was on duty tonight fixed the problem. It took a lot more effort and frustration on my part than I would have liked. But that’s why I shop in person which is always a great experience.

Good selection but small(er) store. Gets crowded a lot. They are also inconsistent with re-ordering, for instance they discontinued full milk Stoneyfield pear yogurt for some reason but still have the Strawberry flavor; also our favorite bottled Water is on and off. Anyway does the job of a neighborhood grocery store but sometimes we just go Krogers or Target for larger shopping sprees ...

I tryed to find hot pockets and hungry man tv dinners so I could eat while I was working but there was only big family other brand tv dinners and no hot pockets

Great place to shop for Groceries. The staff always works hard at the checkout to make sure you dont have to wait long. I wish this was open 24hrs.

I love it because it is close to my place, but to those who are socially awkward and go to high school dont go. You will see someone you know at high school eventually if you go there enough times.

I took my 3 year old here with me a week ago. His immediate reaction when we walked in was Wow, this is amazing. And it only got better for him from there. Toddlers are brutally honest, so his reaction should tell you everything you need to know.

Really needs to be redone; should be an HEB plus with the size of the community it serves. Doing ok on vegan options, but more would be nice - especially some pre-prepped vegan meals!

This the best HEB I have ever been too its bigger then some others has a lot of things you need and its just amazing I cant stop buying from here the only thing that is so great about this HEB is the pricing but besides that its amazing.

Very nice homey feeling. Im not from this area but when I pass thru I always want to stop here. Super cozy and clean. Never jammed packed so really enjoy it here. The employees are all helpful and the set of isles are very easy to access! Great store overall!!!

In general, I love HEB stores and rarely shop anywhere else. Ive recently been going to the Friendswood location and for the most part, I like it. Its clean, most of the attendants are helpful and friendly, and theres a large variety of products to choose from. I recently moved to the area and am still getting used to the layout, but my reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because I cant seen to ever find everything that I need. But overall, its a nice store.

I like the store but the personal shoppers absolutely get in the way. They are pushy. They block up everything with their carts and they are everywhere.

Clean almost stocked up. Boars meat products are scarce there.

Competitive pricing and definitely superior choices and quality. The bakery is outstanding with products that rival some specialty shops. Great meat and seafoods. Just about every visit I find something to sample being prepared and given out somewhere in the store. All this plus they always seem to have enough help to get you checked out in a reasonable time frame. Great place to shop.

My wife and I both love HEB! Good selection, good prices. Great customer service. Its rare that we dont find exactly what we need from this store.

This store is always ridiculously busy and can run out of favorites, but I love them. The people are always nice and I have been doing curbside for the pandemic and its always a breeze. HEB is a great grocery store.

This H-E-B is nice but I sure wish it was completely overhauled. It’s pretty small for Friendswood a new larger store would be nice. Even so this store has a pretty good selection and is normally stocked up good enough.

About the FRIENDSWOOD TX LocationI Love shopping in the Mega HEBs in TX Pearland TX has numerous beautiful store locations and each one is awesome! These stores have so many different options! I really do enjoy the wide variety of choices, in all of the HEBEven purchasing some bulk food items, such as toilet paper! Its great to find and purchase International and other cultural foods, plus theyre so abundant! This store is always very clean, organized and the employees go the extra mile, to assist you ... such as getting items from the higher up shelves!I also enjoy the different handmade Sushi plates or platters. I enjoy this store, BUT I live in Alvin, Texas therefore we have a dilapidated HEB, ...This Alvin store is probably 40 years old and has had NO UPGRADES nor modernizations!The ALVIN HEB is extremely small and disappointing, in comparison to the Pearland, Friendswood, and League City!Ive lived in all of my life & WILL NOT shop in the ALVIN STORE, EVER!te! appears to have less shelf space, to, ...HEB: Please, Fight Alvin City Hall & all of the Citys ridiculous guidelines!!! The store is great. Half the customers are idiots. Which makes it twice as better than Kroger, where everyone is an idiot.

I really appreciate all the HEB employees who kept coming to work and being on the front lines during a time we needed them most. We have to remember their efforts and try our best to keep them safe by doing our part.

Today we had Tim bag our groceries and he was so polite and friendly. The cashier was also friendly. Its great to be able to find everything you need and be provided with great service. We hope Tim gets the message that hes doing a great job. It definitely made our day to see his smiling face!

HEB is great as always. They have protector shields at the registers, great grocery store with everything you need and more. I especially enjoy their beer selection, they have some great Texas and Western USA craft beers, yum...

Easy on and out every time. And shelves are usually well stocked.

This HEB is the best option within a 5 mile radius, for now. Small, aging, and needing an upgrade, this store will be challenged by a new HEB that is being built between Bay Area and Eldorado along I-45.

I went shopping at the HEB (702) In Friendswood. TX and not only were people unmasked but apparently you can now bring you dog inside and have him ride in a basket. I thought the owner was keeping the sign for masks. And since when are pets (excluding a service animal) allowed?

To many personal shoppers with large carts they park in the middle of an aisle making it very difficult for in store shopping.

I just spent 240$ yesterday only to get home cut open my mangos and they are literally black inside.I only changed my review because the manager Javier was very polite and willing to take care of the issue with no problems. It has cramped aisles, over priced, and over hyped. Some things that are hard to find, so thats cool, but get ready to pay for the HEB name. People who work there are very nice though.

I love HEB. I love everything about it. I drive further to go to a HEB. I get gas at HEB. So when I leave less than a 5 star review, I don’t do so lightly.I went early this morning to catch up on some supplies we let dwindle after the snowpocalypse thinking there would be few customers to have to navigate, and it was true. But what I ended up having to navigate was even more of a pain.HEB employees dragging around those big carts for curbside parking. I hate to complain but at times there would be 3-4 in an area and it was difficult to access certain areas. 2-3 parked in front of the eggs and sat there scanning items before they moved out of the way to place them in the carts.I get the curb side process and it’s awesome and obviously I should prolly start using it to avoid this hassle. But just wanted to use this comment to say that all these employee shoppers with the large carts really interfere with you in store shoppers and it doesn’t make for a good experience.

Theyre remodeling. Its crowded in the pharmacy/beauty side of the store.

The curbside here is terrible. It took us over 20 minutes to get our order after arriving. Our drinks and other items werent cold. Well stick with the HEB by our house. They do a much better job.

We’re in the middle of a horrendous pandemic. This H‑E‑B does not enforce their mask rule. While we were shopping we saw many entitled, ugly individuals shopping without masks. It was honestly infuriating. Will not be coming here. The H‑E‑B in Houston with a more educated demographic is safer. You are bound to be exposed to Covid here.

I’m so sick and tired of being in this store and seeing people being allowed to run around without masks. I have a medical condition that exempts me from wearing one and I STILL wear one because me having a baby but of a harder time breathing isn’t worth someone’s life. Majority of the HEB’s in the area are heavily enforcing masks and I don’t ever see people without them. It’s only this HEB and watching people blatantly not care about others is just disrespectful at this point.

Went to put Gas in my vehicle. Went to pay cash. The employee Jack W. was very rude.In my good nature and manners, I greeted him and said hello. He just looked at me like I shouldnt be there. I paid cash since Ive had my card skimmed before at gas station pumps. So I accidentally overpaid (I was filling up a vehicle for a family member and didnt estimate exactly how much to put.) Went to get my change, and again, very rude. He looked like he was going to throw a fit.I noticed on his name badge that hes been there for 17 years. I dont know how he still works there with his attitude.I get everyone has a bad day (I used to be a cashier at Whataburger on FM 518 and 2351 and dealt with people when they were mad and hungry and orders taking 20 minutes), but to treat a paying customer like they dont belong there is unacceptable.Ill still go to HEB for gas as the prices are good and its convenient for me, but if I see Jack W. there, Ill be going out of my way driving down the road to another gas station.

Isabella was my bagger and super sweet. My husband and i recently got married and moved down to Friendswood, it was my first time in HEB and i’ll most likely come back. Isabella bagged our groceries and made us laugh the entire time she did. Very sweet girl. 100/10 recommend other to go. I recommend having her as your bagger! I told her i would leave a review on her and she said it made her day.

Had everything we were shopping for, with great sales. Saved money by shopping here. Name brands and their store brands are good, were in stock, and were with current sell by dates (were not expired). Also, store was clean with no aisles blocked by stacks of boxed items as is prevalent in most other grocery and department stores. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cashier made no mistakes and register prices were exactly as advertised.

Friendswood HEB is not where I usually shop for groceries but it is a nice store. They had everything I needed and more. I went for their trimmed brisket,which is top notch. Also, it would be a travesty if I didnt pick up the HEB San Antonio blend coffee while I was there. It is a must have.If you are wondering, this is not a paid advertisement!

Quick checkout however not many open registers, also all registers are located on one side of the store but they had both entrances open.

HEB actually provides customer service for the shoppers in the store, which is essential in a place many people visit almost every day.

Actually some of their organic and central market brand is priced well.Employees are generally happy and have good vibes.Heb has much better meat and grocery store sushi than Kroger. Heb does a better job at tailoring towards Texans than Kroger, since its a Texas-based grocery store.The produce is always fresh. They try to source produce locally. If there is anything you should splurge on, its buying quality ingredients.Heb Friendswood is located in a great spot and offers a pleasant shopping experience when its not too crowded.
