My Review is for the bakery and the floral departments my experience was very pleasant all the ladies in both departments was exceptional, it was my Anniversary and they did a perfect job kroger should be proud to have employees such as these loved my experience thanks for all u guys do !!!!!

Paid money online for sale item. Store will not give item because not on sale anymore and need to pay them more money. Apparently stores and all retailers have gotten into the habit of doing things that have been illegal for them to do for them to do in past. I dont understand how everything has to be a fight so that companies arent walking all over consumers now.

I never had an issue with this krogers. Always clean and organized, with good customer service. My issue now comes with how the management handled my experience. There was an loose metal outlet on a pole at the height of my elbow. The corners were very sharp and as i turned the corner it cut me pretty bad. I told the manager, he inspected my cut, the loose outlet, and did nothing. Not even an apology. I dont expect anything except an apology and an effort to help clean the cut i have from the faulty equipment... He did nothing. Very disappointed. Suspect management.

Place sucks. Example- how can you have a grocery store where there arent shopping carts inside .

Was here(Friendswood on 528 location) to pick up my Click List order, I realized after pulling into my spot that I had a flat tire. I had already contacted my roadside assistance by the time my order came to my car. The young man(i really wish I would have gotten his name!) who delivered my order noticed my tire, made sure I had help on the way, and even offered to get me a bottle of water while I waited. Very impressed with his concern for my well-being! Kroger should be proud to have such a caring employee, willing to go above and beyond if needed!

I like coming to this location but what I cant tolerate is the 20 year old asking me from behind while Im checking out you need help baby.... when I am at least twice her age. Very rude and disrespectful in a workplace. Ill just run down the road to HEB next time....

Please post the hours each door is open in the door itself. It’s very confusing when one will or will not be open.

Customer service was very slow as usual. Ive been trying to get a money order for the last 30 minutes. My lunch break is basically over because of what I thought would be an in and out situation.

Good customer service, reasonably priced groceries

I ordered a last minute birthday cake with a barnyard theme drawn flat since it’s easier and takes less time. Picked the cake up today around 1pm and it’s super cute. The cake decorator (who’s name escapes me right now) did an amazing job and even did 3D animals instead of a flat drawing. Amazing cake!

Interesting store with a nice selection. Like that its family owned.

As far as only curbside goes, Been waiting almost a hour for something that was ordered two days ago, I Love this store and their selection but their curbside service leaves much to be desired

Disgusting parking lot. Self check out is constantly an issue. Doesn’t seem well managed at all.

Watched one cashier swinging their mask around their hand while at the register. People are funneled through 1 entry during a pandemic. Customers are not urged at all to distance or wear masks to any capacity. This store manager must think COVID-19 is a hoax. A good percentage of associates are going maskless as well.

Store was clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Opens early which is convenient. but when I arrived the parking lot was pitch-black no security lights nothing and it was difficult to navigate the parking lot and also kind of scary because there was no lighting.

Organized weird and can be hard to locate items.

This is my favorite Kroger, Ive been shopping here over 10 yrs and getting gas at the Kroger gas station with my gas points. Awesome!

First time using the grocery pick up at Kroger. I have to say im really disappointed. I, along with five other vehicles have been waiting for our groceries for almost an hour. Whats frustrating is the app says my groceries are ready for pick up.

This is my go to market, well stocked everything . they have excellent customer services and decent prices. Great shopping experience.

Rude staff. I had a limp and a baby in a stroller they didn’t bother to block the aisle off that they were working on with tons of customers in the store so I didn’t know they didn’t want people down the aisle so they started yelling at me and my child because we were in the aisle. Won’t be back to this Kroger ever again. Walmart is cheaper and so is the gas at Sams. This Kroger isn’t worth their prices at all plus they don’t even have half of the groceries I buy. Not worth it!

Ive been going to Krogers for at least 30 years and I have put off contacting corporate or say anything about this to higher-ups until now. Anytime I go into Kroger and it could be 25 minutes till they close they Hound you every couple minutes telling you to hurry up. I just had to say something because I felt treated like a dog by the staff and by Carlos the manager. Even have video and will be contacting corporate when they open in the morning. I have zero issues with them telling me theyre about to close but its all about how you talk to someone. I firmly believe in treating others how you want to be treated. I just got to thinking that if they talk to me like this Im sure they talk to everyone else the same way.

Very disappointed to see multiple employees not wearing masks at all and many others not covering their noses. Not going back until they address this issue.

This is one of my favorite Krogers. I know the layout and its very easy to get around. Employees and managers are friendly and very helpful.

We went in around 9pm or so and another family came walking in with their dog. No leash, no carrier, and no- not a support dog. Just a random chihuahua walking around the store. Im leaving the review because not only was it not stopped, all of the staff loitering around the self check outs were talking to them about how cute the dog was. Im no dog hater but a grocery store is not the place to let your dog roam free. It is inappropriate and unsanitary. Im willing to bet it wouldnt have happened during normal hours, if so, the health department should be notified.

On 6/23, I was left waiting at Meat/Seafood Dept for close to 5 minutes while an employee stocking meat didnt assist nor did the employee in back look up to even check. There was no bell to ring so I whistled, still nothing. A couple went behind counter to knock on the window and he finally came out. I asked if hed heard me and he replied that he doesnt respond to whistling. So, we have to walk behind counter onto slippery wet floor to get service. And, youre offended that I whistled at YOU!...put a bell!I went for a manger and he seemed more annoyed at me than at his neglectful employee. Short staffed is no excuse to treat a paying customer like were wrong for wanting just basic service. I wouldnt have minded a bit to wait if the guy wouldve acknowledged my situation,...I wouldve acknowledged his and we could respectfully go about our way. I know finding good help is difficult. I will NEVER step foot into this place again.

What you expect. Which is a good thing. The parking is not nearly as good since they dedicated so many spots for their pickup service.

My little girl wanted a sticker that they usually give away. We were in line checking out and my mother asked if she could have a sticker three times. The man ignored her and never answered. He just ignored the question. She did not get a sticker. That is rude service especially when its just over a sticker. Cashiers need to be friendly or respectful. They should at least answer a question. This cashier never spoke to us period.

I stopped in to renew my license plates. Its a Wonderful service them having that. Sure beats standing in line at the motor vehicles place.

Had to go in late tonight, got several items (not a full cart but enough for food for tomorrow and tonight) and made it to the register at 1:00. Not a minute past. Woman at register turned me away. Did not let me check out any of my items. Went home empty handed. I dont make it a habit to come in to any store just at closing but the few times it had to happen, I have NEVER been turned away. This is completely ridiculous. Horrible experience for someone who has to work late sometimes and can have a limited window to grocery shop. I have not been this angry in a while. If I had caught the womans name who turned me away I would say, but I was too irritated. Absolute worst. Ill be going to a different store from here on.

This Kroger has their act together customer service is great unlike the new one on League City Parkway whos customer service manager does not care about you unless you are Spanish. The Kroger on 528 hands down is the best in this area. Everyone there is polite and seem to enjoy thier job WELL DONE MANAGERS OF THE KROGER ON 528!!!

Store is clean and employees are friendly. However, I do not understand why all of the front parking spots are taken by the customers ordering groceries online. All customers not ordering online have to park all the way to 528 sometimes. But, the customers who dont even get out of their cars have front row. Please tell me where this makes sense! I was told that was a corporate decision. I think corporate also needs to pay attention to the customers coming into their stores. Who hasnt gone to the store & bought more than what was intended???!!! Online, there is no extra resale! Ive shopped with this store for 29 years. Poor corporate decision!

This store used to be a 5 🌟 rated store. But when the old manager Tom left the store customer service went down hill, and they run out of things all the time. They run out of milk, eggs, and things that they have on sale. The stop selling things we like. Like twice baked potatoes. This store has lost customers due to the managers not being more customer friendly. I hope this turns around soon, my wife has already started going to H.E.B., when we used to be strickly KROGER customers.

My local Kroger and I love shopping there, never have not been able to find what I want. Flower Dept is awesome and Nikki in Pastries is the best!

Love this store, the only thing I hate is the Fuel center does not have diesel fuel. I have to drive all the way to Alvin get filled up. got to love fuel points

Great location! Close to my house and the employees that I have interacted with are always nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the employees take their breaks outside and sit there and chain smoke, so if you park on that side you have to walk thru a cloud of smoke..disgusting! Employees should have a designated spot to do this outof customer view.

Shame on you kroger! I watched a very nice and kind young mans demeanor diminish over the last few months hes worked there. I asked him today whats happened you seem like youre a down mood? He said, all they care about is how quick I get people through line and they dont care about any customer service or how we treat our customers . So, I rang the bell to show how appreciative I was of good service today and not one person said anything, and when I say I rang the bell, I rang the bell 10 times! Not 1 other associate or manager acknowledged the bell ringing. Every other store I go to, when you ring that bell, everyone hoops and hollers and praises the individual that got a good ding.The manager of this store needs to really rethink how youre running your employees and customer service and how youre ruining your people. Shame, shame, shame. I looked around and noticed a similar mood in every line.I will do my best to help this young man, that I only know through the Kroger shopping line, find a job job that appreciates his good works and will let every one I know to appreciate the employees there, since management does not, or shop elsewhere.

Been standing in line at customer service booth for over 30 minutes now. The line is moving up but only because people in front of me got tired of waiting and left. The manager has walked by several times now and sees the line not moving but does nothing to help the one person working alone. His name is Juan and he is wearing a red vest that says customers 1st Service what does that mean?

I give this place a 4 star, everything (not literaly everything) is over priced, i tried buying a few spoons and 1 spoon is $2. Beat Meat Market n Fresh Produce Friendly Cashiers

Getting more and more fed up with this place. Still not keeping things stocked (were talking on average, over a week and a half to restock), and items being rung up wrong at check-out almost evert time I shop there!

Not stocked well and the workers have no desire to help you or get out of your way when they completely block the aisles.

The best kroger in the area. Always good service every time. I love this Kroger.
