This is a wonderful service that HEB provides. The shoppers are very careful in produce selection and courteous when loading the car. Thanks for helping to keep this mom sane with convenience and a safe way to shop with very small children!

Always the best deals love it

This is the second time this H-E-B Curbside has taken action in helping me out! I am very grateful! The last time I was there (2 weeks ago), my battery died in my car at the curbside pickup and I asked an employee if he knew anyone with jumper cables. He was quick to get his cables and someone pulled up to jump my car within minutes! Very polite and responsive!Once again, my battery decided to die but this time in my driveway. I called the store and asked them if they delivered.. which they do but I am out of their zip code by just a little. They still helped me out and brought me my groceries! Thank you, Barbara for delivering my groceries and thank you to those who helped when I needed it. Thank you to whoever picked my groceries and who loaded them into my car anytime I’ve come through! And thank you to the staff in Friendswood for being so nice and putting yourself on the frontlines for us! We can’t thank y’all enough!

Ive loved the Friendswood HEB since it opened many years ago. However, I have been a bit disappointed with the Curbside Pickup. I received a whole slice of salmon that had a date prior to the day I was to pick up my groceries. When I got home unwrapped the salmon it was spoiled. Very smelly and sticky. My husband and I are elderly, we had to drive to HEB to return it. The manager credited my account. Ive always only bought seafood from HEB because of their high standards. This was a great let down. Also, I would like to have someone from management to make sure that I am not receiving bruised or over ripe fruits.Other than these two issues HEB is the best place to shop!:-)

My order pickup time is from 5:00-5:30PM. I get here at 5:09. I don’t get my groceries until 5:44PM. This is a great store, very clean, but waiting this long for curbside is not very convenient. Next time I’ll just get my groceries myself.
