Dont waste your time ordering from this location. When looking for leather couches, my wife and I walked through this store. The employee there asked us to order from the store so itll help them and my wife and I obliged. They got my name wrong, phone number wrong and worse of all, our order wrong. Mind you, we ordered our couches back in March...... its now August. We had to re-order the couches due to their mistake of ordering the wrong ones and now we wont be receiving the couches until Nov. Enjoy walking through the store but if youre buying a large item.....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE STORE.
I’ve worked with many designer/decorators over the years who were excellent, but I would not recommend using their design services. I didn’t find Sarah or her manager to be especially imaginative and Sarah definitely didn’t listen - or didn’t care to? We never got to the point of ordering the single item I wanted to purchase. Complete waste of time.
I was trying to buy a tree online, and the picture didnt match what I was putting in my cart. I started a message for help and Jann answered. Jann went above and beyond to help. She took pictures and sent them to me to make sure it was what I was looking for. She tracked down exactly what I was looking for and completed the sale for me over the phone. Best customer service ever!!

Absolutely avoid this store. They are selling damaged light fixtures and will not refund them if you shortened to fit your needs.... Like it says to do in the instructions. The no return policy is not posted anywhere in the store so we are filing with the better business bureau and the attorney general. Sharon is awful and cold. So now we are stuck with two damaged lights.... we will never shop there again.
What a joke.Twice. Yes, twice, I ordered Christmas gifts online, received sales confirmations from Pottery Barn, funds were taken from my debit card and a tracking number was issued for me—only to receive an “Order Cancelled” weeks later (too late to find an equivalent gift for my loved ones before Christmas!!).What?! I’ve never heard of anything like this. What happened to their inventory online system??! Is it legal to represent, sell & take money when those items do not exist? Is this fraud?
My first experience at this pottery barn and I will NEVER go back. There were only 2 people in the store and at least 4 employees. WHAT A JOKE the service I got. Not even kidding you it was like everyone’s first day. They had no idea what they were talking about the products. Completely unorganized.
After reading some of the reviews I see that there are many that are referring to Pottery Barn Kids they are totally different stores than the normal Pottery Barn. I have had wonderful service from the staff at the Stonebriar location if they have the item they will sell it if they dont have the item we are told to order online if ordering Big Ticket items that has to be delivered to your home by Pottery Barn. If items are custom made yes they are making sure theyre putting quality into each persons item so it might take a little bit longer than expected. The store is a different entity than the online so I cannot agree with some of these reviews because at the store they do provide excellent customer service and are willing to help each and every customer that walks in their store.

In the store today. Found a couple of pillows which were priced and out like all the other merchandise. Store associate runs up and tells me that the pillows are “not for sale.” Told me that I was able to order online.... when I questioned her about it she proceeded to tell me that nothing in the section towards the front of the store was actually for sale because it had just been put out recently. So you are telling me that there is an entire section of your store with merchandise that has been priced and set out on full display that is actually not really for sale? 🤔Weird and rude.

The customer service is near nonexistent at Pottery Barn. The sales staff barely acknowledges you and many items in their store are shop worn. I am also upset that their website does not include reviews for their products while their parent company, Williams Sonoma does. We purchased a Benchwright table from Pottery Barn and have spent hundreds of dollars to repair the table top because they did not proper finish or seal the top.

Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Although theyll ask if you need help, they generally know when to assist and when to back off after initially asking.
They are fast and willing to sell and take your money, but not as quick to help when things go wrong.They sent the incorrect item (different color) and the manager was more interested on getting the item back, than making things right by sending what we had originally ordered.
BUYERS BEWARE: I am never going to buy any piece of furniture from PB Kids ever again. Avoid a complete NIGHTMARE I bought a crib on labor day weekend 09/03/2012 at he Frisco, Texas PB Kids store, they didnt have the crib in the store, so I paid extra for shipping. When i received the crib, the box had holes in it and it looked like someone had stepped all over it. When we opened the box, we discovered a completely broken crib. After calling customer service and being put on hold for 20 min, they finally told me I had to call the store. The next day I called the store and spoke to what seemed like 4 managers all of whom told me they would call me back. They never called me back, so I had to keep calling them all day to ensure they were still working on my situation. After an entire day, they finally sent out a new crib. The manager informed me the new crib would be there by Friday, 09/21, so when it didnt show up on Friday, I called the store asking for a tracking number. The associate didnt give this to me but said it would be here Monday or Tuesday. Yesterday, after calling the store and getting the tracking number, I discovered UPS has now lost my crib. After calling UPS myself, they told me they had to investigate and PB Kids now WONT send me a new crib until they receive the old one which they have failed to even look for in the storage area. So, now I am caught in a cat and mouse blame game between UPS and PB Kids...and I am still out of money for a crib I dont even have. It seems like no one is willing to help me or even attempt to send me another crib. I have now spent countless hours trying to sort this out when I feel like all of my efforts are pointless b/c I am just one consumer. Please be aware of their lack of customer service, lack of efficiency in attempting to get products to the consumer in a timely manner. Save your money and spend it somewhere else that has better quality products!

Not even worth one star.Staff with glasses was very rude. I wanted buy my son’s backpack and asked some questions.. the staff was friendley at the beginning. My Son wanted other prints so I searched pottery barn online... the rude staff said to me “don’t take just photo without purchasing”. Is she idiot????Why would I take a photo of the backpack? Everything is online nowadays. I never seen that mean staff like that!!!
Got brave and made a hefty order from this store location despite the litany of poor reviews. Should have heeded the “Buyer Beware”. Don’t expect to receive an item without at least one call in to management. Arrival of the items overshot the estimated delivery dates by over two weeks with a defect in one of the items. Contacted the store while the delivery people were still in the house and the manager on site advised me to send pictures and she’d follow up shortly. Still no word. Completely frustrated with the entire process and purchases made. Where is quality control? Where is someone to be an actual face of the company? Why does every person I speak with give me different answers? Cancelling my PB card and walking away from this purchasing/delivery disaster.
Bought quite a few items there that they were to ship to Grandaughter. Noticed when I got home they had inverted numbers in address - called immediately - was told by a clerk that it would be changed - Ten days later - no package delivered. Went to the store - said UPS had it - but address did not get changed - first it was out for delivery then it was UPS has it somewhere!! Was assured by Brittany - who said she is a manager that she would personally take care of it - find the package and have it shipped overnite - for Saturday delivery - and would call me with the tracking number - all of which did not happen. No packaged delivered Saturday - no phone call. I called today - Monday - 13 days after I had selected the items in the store for them to ship - and was told sorry I didnt call - but no explanation but Im sorry it didnt get there Saturday. I agree with the above comments - they are happy to take your money - but thats about it - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The trick of staging and Photoshop at its best. Poor quality products and awful customer experience. Bought a 10X8 rug and a bedroom. Was told items are back-ordered for 1-2 weeks. After 2(!) months delay we received a damaged rug with a hole in the middle. After 1 more month (!) received the white bedroom with a different tone of white on every piece. Returned ALL and waited another 2 month (!). Terrible quality. Rug sheds like a husky 2 years after we got it. White furniture paint quality is inferior to IKEA. Bought an IRobot just to deal with the mess on the wood floors from the rug. In general, they do great staging in the store but the quality of the products (wood, leather, painted furniture) is on the low-end. Not sure how this company survives

The store sent 2 panels for my dau in law nursery. One was long, one was short - 5 weeks later and multiple calls, she still does not have the correct panel. Calls not returned, dau in law hung up on. Employee Brandy has been avoiding taking care of this for 5 weeks! Unacceptable! This store certainly doesnt believe in service after the sale-after THEIR mistake.

Expect eternal backorders on anything not in stock at the moment. Were going into the fourth month of backorder on a final sale dresser that was supposed to ship a week after it was ordered.

Did not acknowledge me. Stood in front of employee and asked if someone could help me. Was told she was in the middle of putting an order in for a customer. Really wanted their draperies, will go elsewhere.
They dont even acknowledge me when I walk in. Never once been asked if I needed help. Oh and I work for their parent company, Williams-Sonoma Inc.
Waited over two months for a couch that was never delivered. I was even told at one point they would deliver within 30 min. Ran home to wait an hour and never received a cancellation call. After talking to at least 15 customer service employees that gave me a run around, I finally had to contact my CC to help rectify the situation to get a full refund.
Beware of purchasing things from this location. The managers and staff are friendly WHEN you are purchasing things, but as soon as you need assistance (or pick up an item) and, God forbid it requires more than 2 minutes to do...they are disrespectful, rushed, and CYNICAL!!!Today I spoke to a manager, said to be called Beth, and she was upset because I didnt have a number she needed...after telling her I didnt appreciate her tone of voice she put me on hold and had someone else help me when I asked to speak to her manager.I am contacting the regional office and telling my friends and family to NEVER shop here again!
I had to buy the display because they were out of what I was looking for. Prices are ridiculous, but I knew that going in. Staff were friendly.

The staff are disrespectful, rude and act like it’s not their job to look something up for you. They are always out of stock and if you order a sofa you might get it 8 months from the time you order, no guarantees. Won’t be buying from PB again.
