Randy did a great job of helping my daughter, with two of her young boys in tow, to quickly select the right sectional for their family needs. He was knowledgeable about their products, sensitive to her time constraints, and deftly helped us get it ordered. After tirelessly looking for furniture, my fiance and I went to this location and found exactly what we needed with the help of Alain. He is outstanding and also followed up with the new delivery date (original delivery date was later). Its hard to find good Customer Service and we will definitely be back!

This place will tell you anything to sell stuff. Be careful. Days could be weeks and then weeks could be months and your stuff wont be delivered. Stay away from Rooms to Go. You might be thinking that I am bitter because I did not get my delivery. Its not that, they will make you go chase the rabbit hole, the customer support will ask you to call store and the store asks you to call customer support. You as a paying customer will waste your time, energy and money. At the end of it : you get ripped off.I bought furniture two months ago, and was promised delivery in 2 months. I called 3 times to make sure its getting delivered. The most recent one was 10 days prior to delivery date. Then suddenly 9 days prior to delivery they say it will be delayed by 20 days. I call back, they say call store. Store now says its actually 1 months 20 days and not just 20 days.I bought other stuff to go with it, and they wont take returns on those. What do I do with stupid cocktail table, side table and lamp without the sofa for 4 months which I already paid and paying interest on the credit card?Thank me and stay away. Go to places where they fulfill their promises. These people will say anything to make a sale. I also noticed another review down somewhere where setup was not done and left at the door. I was promised that too - I called to confirm and they said it is not included in my order either.I think they buy the good reviews. Fake accounts, perhaps bots ? I had heard about youtubers paying for views, RTG probably uses bots for good reviews.

We went shopping at Rooms To Go in Frisco today because we were in need of a sectional for our new home. We loved the selection they had and the prices were great, but I decided to leave a review because of the excellent customer service we received. Alain was who assisted us today, and he was absolutely amazing. He answered all the many questions we had on the furniture protection plan and went over all the details of delivery for our sectional. Even after we already had purchased the sectional we wanted, he continued walk around with us and answer all our questions about furniture items we were interested in buying for the future. Alain is so fun to talk to and definitely knows how to deliver outstanding customer service. We will be coming back to this location for all of our future furniture needs and we will definitely always make sure to ask for Alain. Thank you Alain for everything today!

We found a couple we liked and Tim Green was very helpful in answering a couple questions. He was very kind and helpful. He was not pushy, did not pressure us at all. it was so smooth and welcoming that we ended up getting a sectional :)! we loved how welcoming Tim G. was and didnt feel pressure like he was trying to make a sale asap. Loved working with Randy to find us the perfect couch for our new living room! Really enjoyable experience overall, it is so much more enjoyable buying something so important with great help from people like Randy!!

Initial purchase in store and delivery were smooth. Selling something and taking your money is always easy. The challenges we had were when it came time to utilize the warranty. We bought it after an in-depth conversation on foam quality and that it would be covered under warranty. BUT Sofa started sagging noticeably within just 3 months of use. When their tech came out, he noted it was prematurely sagging but wrote normal wear and tear in his notes rendering warranty ineffective. The warranty overall (even the extended warranty) does NOT cover any of the foam in your furniture. It renders the warranty and your furniture pretty much useless. Buy with extreme caution and be very clear what your warranty will and wont cover. Definitely not worth buying from here if my sofa is useless within a few months of use.

Love RTG, have used them in the past, and recently, after my house was built. Found a uniquely design bed for the master and a nice set for the spare bedroom, mattresses, and mid-century modern living furniture, my sales representative, Michelle was outstanding.

It was a great experience from our entry to the store all the way to purchase and exit. Raj was very helpful and knowledgeable on the furnitures we have been looking for. I went to the Frisco location just to see what they had in stock and then Randy assisted me and he was AWESOME!!! If they tell you “the furniture set up is included” they are lying to you. Both items I ordered were left at my front door (including a bedroom set) and the delivery guys said that they wouldn’t set them up. After the fist piece of furniture I called the salesman who we bought the items from and he said he would leave a note for them to set-up the furniture and they still didn’t. Now I’m going to spend one of my days off building furniture...

Not shoppers but know what we wanted. ALAIN COMPEAN went straight to work. We were looking for a sleeper sofa for a new grand child nursery and we needed in 4-6 weeks MAX. Alain took 5-10 mins researching the best choices in our colors, size, & style that be here when we needed. We looked at each one, made our decision, got approved for 24 mos free interest and were in & out within 30 minutes. Its so hard these days that you get a REAL sales person that listens to you, finds you what you want without trying to sell you what they think you want. Alain did more listening then talking, hence, it was not a 1-2 hour process but a 30 min process & we are completely happy with our purchase.

I was looking for a lift recliner for my dad and Hussain was such a great help. He worked with my budget and patiently showed me the chairs available and their features. He provided great customer service.

We were guaranteed that our bed was in stock and ready to be delivered. We purchased the bed on 07/11/2021 and our receipt confirmed our 08/14/2021 delivery date. On 08/10/2021 we received a call that our order is now delayed by two weeks (the order that was in stock). Since we cannot wait two weeks to have a bed to sleep on, I told them to cancel the order. I was informed that I would only receive 80% refund. Even though it the fault of Rooms to Go that they are breaking our agreement. I was told they could push the delivery date as long as they need to and I would still only be able to get 80% refund. DO NOT purchase from Rooms to Go!!!!!

Dont waste your money. Items are damaged and they dont replace. Extremely poor customer service. Take your business to Living Spaces or NFM instead. Their furniture are excellent quality and customer service really good in our experience.

My experience at this Rooms To Go started off less than stellar when an associate (an older Asian woman) dismissed me and told me to have a good day. I was then greeted by Hussain who spent over an hour with me finding the perfect and coffee table for my living room. Hussain was very patient, personable, and kind. I’m glad I chose to give someone else another chance. He will for sure be my go to guy when shopping this location.

Hard to communicate to rooms to go when i needed.The service is really bad. I purchased a protection plan for my recliner sofa. its broken in Feb. I called and placed a repair order. its really hard to get hold of someone to do that, i have to drive to their store.Irresponsible partner technician.After about 3 weeks, a technician of their partner came(and this guy even knocked my neighbors door) and told me sorry sir i didnt have the part. i have to order it. then he closed his service ticket directly and nothing happened after that.after 2 weeks waiting, i called Rooms to go again to complaint that. then a guy called me to explain that its their partners fault... their partner is not rooms to go, so rooms to go shouldnt be blamed too much. and rooms to go re-opened the service ticket again, and again now waiting for their partner to respond.So an issue in my sofa happened in Feb, and up to now April, its still not fixed.My suggestion: dont buy things from rooms to go, and dont buy any protection plans. their service really sucks. you will feel really powerless when dealing with rooms to go. everyone seems to listen to you but actually no one is doing things. the technician closed the ticket because he wanted all tickets closed to have a beautiful performance result. rooms to go kicks the ball to his partner so they can go away with this trouble. and i cant even stop paying the monthly payment to punish them because it will ruin my credit.So a common consumer like me is really a meat, bite by different large companies, and cant get any protection.

Tim Green is a phenomenal sales associate. He was extremely thoughtful and thorough. He didnt rush us in the least and gave us plenty of space to make our decision. We will definitely be seeking him out when we return to make future purchases.

I enjoyed shopping at RTG. When I walked in Randy greeted us promptly. Then, he let us shop around without being pushy. A while later, he came around to see if we needed help which I did because I found a couch. I was dreading this trip to the furniture store but Randy made it enjoyable. I left and shopped other places but returned later in the afternoon to ask for Randy so I could make my purchases. I ended up purchasing much more than a couch. Ryan, the manager, helped with discounts so they could be comparable to a competitor. Thank you Randy and Ryan for easing my anxiety and being so helpful.

If I can go back, I wouldnt NEVER purchased any furniture from this people.... I received a Damaged sofa and for a month I havent been able to use it. I called and it took a while for replacement. The replacement I got was a chair instead of sofa of course I couldnt accept it. .. a whole month has went by and still no sofa.... I brought my concerns to Ryan asking if some kind of discounted could be put in my account since I havent been able to use the sofa for a month, I was told no... how can someone pay for something that been sitting Damaged at their house? On Top of that the worst customer service .. you will wait for hours just to speak to someone
