Only doing this review due to the son of the shop, the younger guy of the shop. The older guy, which is the dad is a really helpful nice guy.I repair phones myself, and the son was trying to BS me into spending money. He tried to say the iPhone was disabled, when it wasn’t. You could literally see the Lock Screen numbers through the broken digitizer, and it was receiving notifications and texts with sound! He’s obviously a monkey with a tool that follows a sheet, and was taught to just put screens off and on and to erase data with a machine by a push of a button. Actual repair knowledge is lacking with this one, being a repair technician myself... I can see it. He wanted the extra $40 to JUST erase the phone due to it being “disabled”... No dude... I know a father loves his son, but he needs a knowledgeable repair technician

Bent over backwards to have my phone fixed in a timely manner. The team at the shop did a wonderful job. If you have the time to wait for your electronics they have a seating area. The shop is also conveniently located next to several fast food chains and a Walmart.Service was great, located in a good area if you need to run errands, and atmosphere was very pleasant.

Andy was incredibly helpful! We stopped in last night to get an iphone 11 screen fixed. It was about 15 minutes before closing time and the guy working the desk told us that we would need to come back, that it was too close to closing time and he wasnt willing to do it. I asked if I could leave the phone overnight and pick up in the am. He grudgingly accepted this, but still didnt seem enthusiastic for business. He told me they would call when it was ready the next day, likely 11am.At 2:00 p.m. today I ended up calling the store and asking if my phone was ready. Andy was the gentleman who picked up the call. He apologized for not calling, but said there was not a name/number attached to the phone, so he was not able to call to let me know it was ready. When I went in to pick it up, Andy was very helpful and also helped me replace my zagg screen protector so my kid wouldnt break her screen again. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a good experience after my subpar experience last night. Andy should be exemplified as an employee. Whoever was not willing to help me last night should be retrained as to what the term customer service really means.

$75 more than the next competitor. $125 versus $200 to repair a broken screen on a Motorola. They said they use OEM parts. Still way to expensive. The phone itself is $399 brand new

Absolutely do not go to this place! I paid $400+ to replace my screen on my phone. I was told 3 hours to do the job, try 3 days! I go to get my phone, the back part that was not a part of the repair was not even glued on! Plus, I check my phone and the S pen was missing! After he goes to get that from the back, I am really frustrated. The kicker is he didnt offer a thing like a discount or something like that. If he would have, I probably wouldnt be writing this review, but as such, they wont be getting my business or anybody I know for that matter!

Staff was friendly, very helpful and replaced my screen in an hour! Great quality. He also placed a screen protector and took a lot of time to make sure it was lint free and perfect.

If I could do ZERO stars, I would. Will NEVER be back to this store. They replaced the back of an iPhone XR. Charging quit a bit. A generic back was put on. Battery issues started almost immediately. Called CPR after speaking to Apple. They claim ZERO responsibility. Brought phone to get fixed properly. Was told not only did they cause the battery issues, but they also jarred the camera lens causing it to wiggle, broke the wireless charging ability, actual battery, and battery sensors, busted cell on the battery that could have caused battery to overheat and cause even more problems with the phone, not to mention the missing screws!!!!In response. No your incorrect. What was determined is that we had called a different company with the $59 quote to replace the battery that you all damaged. We left your store to go there as you wanted to charge us $90 for an issue your original replacement caused.

I walked in to have my iPhone 6s battery replaced. They offered me a really competitive price and had it done within 45 minutes. Quick and easy!

Completed my screen replacement in less than 3 hrs same day. Friendly and fair. Less expensive than buying a new phone and I love my Note 8, so this was perfect. Good job!

My laptop needs a new charging port, according to HP. I called to see if they could help fix it and was told I would have to pay $55 up front to see if anything else is wrong with it. Nothing else is wrong with it. Already had HP tell me what’s wrong. Then I’d have to wait a couple days to get a quote. I don’t see the point in paying an extra $55 dollars to be told what I already know.

I had a really terrible experience a couple weeks ago at one of the locations, and I posted my detailed review on Google. After that, I was contacted by one of the owners, and he made it right... more than I couldve asked for! Since I had such a bad experience, he invited me in to get the repair I needed, FREE of charge! He explained that they were relatively new owners, and they were changing the culture there and how the employees communicate & deal with clients. This Frisco location was the one that ultimately did the repair. I will definitely use them again, the next time I need a repair or battery replacement. Amazing customer service, in the end!

We were called and let know that’s it phone was ready and when we showed up they were gone, the door was locked and no one showed up for 25 minutes. We will not be back.

Sterling assisted me with my purchase & he was AMAZING. He listened to my needs and went above & beyond to find the phone I was looking for. He requested the phone from another location and got all the details worked out. He called me to pick up the phone when it was ready. I do not live in Frisco but I will definitely make the trip there in the future. The reviews are super accurate about this store. Highly recommend as well

Horrible experience to repair my sons Nintendo switch that was not charging. Was told that it would take 1 week to wait for parts. After an another week, an unreturned voicemail message and 2 follow-up visits, I was told finally that I can pick it up. As I was walking out, I wanted to see for myself if the unit was indeed repaired and the staff told me they dont have any charger to check it. As I insisted, someone came out to talk to me and to my surprise, was told that the unit still did not charge even after they replaced the part. He apologized that it was not communicated well and that I was made to believe that it was repaired. I was supposed to be on my way to Best Buy to buy a new adapter for a unit that was not repaired! Im out $100+ for an attempted repair and had to contend with an unrepaired unit and have a nice day greeting as I walked out of the shop.

AMAZING! I took my Macbook pro here after calling 15 different repair places, most people quoted be $700-1,300 for the screen replacement (I cracked the screen) and one person on facebook who did repairs at his home offered a quote of $600. I called CPR Frisco and they offered me a quote of $490 plus the service fee. Which was incredible in comparison to the other businesses. I went with CPR Frisco because of the price and the reviews. Obviously I didnt want to pay for this costly repair during COVID but they made it as easy and as fair as possible. I spoke with Brandon, and the store manager (I believe his name began with a C) and they were very very nice. Westin did my repair and had it done under two hours. He was super nice and very professional. I will DEFINITELY come back if I need repairs in the future. BEST tech repairs in the metroplex.Thanks you guys, Austin V.

Repaired an Ipad that I thought was gone. These guys know what they are doing.

I went in and got my ipad screen repaired. They put on a new screen for me but they left this very sticky film on my ipad that was very difficult to get off. It took me about 30 minutes to remove it, very frustrating.

They dont fix certain phones? They fixed my phone a couple years ago. The website also has my phone on the CPR website but when I called this rude kid just said no we dont work on that and hung up.

Mid COVID crisis you guys handled my iPad Pro cracked screen like champs! I was about to spend $500 with Apple via mail and it would have taken 4 weeks. Pulled up, honked, and 2 hours later you had it ready (for MUCH less than Apple quoted). Now you guys are our go to family device repair crew. You guys rock!

I needed my iPad screen to be repaired due to a crack. I was very concerned about leaving my computer with anyone but the service here was fast, friendly and very professional.

I called them and they gave me a quote on repairing my phone . I asked them if they would be fixing it while I am waiting . They said yes, I told them I am on my way driving there . I got to the store, they grabbed my phone and they said they were not going to fix it today . I then asked them why they said they confirmed they would despite I told them I was on my way . They are not professional at all . Save your time and money and go and deal with professional people.

Bad experience. he charged me $ 43 to see my phone problem and diagnosed a problem with the Porter charger. but my phone had no problem, it was just rebooting. In short I lost time and money.

I thought my iPhone was a goner since it wouldn’t charge. The staff informed me that they can repair the charging port or battery. Ended up being the charging port, and was out in less than an hour.Now I know where to get my battery replaced when it won’t hold a charge anymore!
