Very little room to manuever at this shop, but was greeted promptly and Anna got me in and out with a smog check in 20 minutes. I would go there again. $50 is a few bucks higher than most, but I passed and didnt have to wait for an hour like you do at all the coupon smogs.

Super friendly staff and even budget friendly prices. Fixed my issue super fast too. Zero complaints. Ask for Fernando, hes the man. And the owner 👍.

Tried calling this business all day today 9/20/2021 and someone would pick up and hang up right away. I thought it was a fluke so I waited an hour or two but someone there is just rude and does not want to help customers.

I went in to have my 2005 Volkswagen checked. At first everyone greeted me fairly quickly, and I had a great impression off the bat. They told me that they were too busy to attend me for today but that was understandable as any business will have its busy days. So I had the option to leave my car overnight, which I did. It wasn’t until I the next day when I waited to receive a cal and never did. I called them and asked for an update on my vehicle and they told me to come to the shop to speak to the mechanic (Fernando). So I went to speak to him and he told me that he couldn’t work on my car because it was too low to the ground. My car was only dropped 2 inches from stock, and I spoke to another person that had brought there car to that location. He said he never heard of an issue like that and his car is the same low height as mine. From my prospective it just seemed as if he didn’t want to work on my car from the moment I drove up. At least have the courtesy to tel me right at the beginning that you can’t work on the vehicle. Not leave it over night and then not even give me a call to tell me the update on the vehicle. All in all it was just a waste of my time. Thanks for nothing ASE.

I’m a female so of course then bullshited me.. they put a used tire on my car a few months ago and it’s already gone bad! When I took it in for new tires they couldn’t take it off because they screwed the screws too tight, pretty much told me they can’t help me.

Oh I wish I knew the name of the owner of the place. His employees are much better than himself. The owner is rude, disrespectful and says random things in Spanish. Charged me for tires which were not needed without telling me. They had installed the tire so I had to pay to save my time. But AVOID THIS REPAIR SHOP AT ALL COSTS. There are plenty of good service shops around but this douchebag chose to mess up his business by being rude to customers every now and then.

I went in with a problem with my water pump, after that, I had lots of problems with my sensors. Dont know what happened, but just in case, I dont come back.

Horrible service. I took my car there to get its transmission fixed and I ended up coming out of there with other different problems. The mechanics there definitely dont know their stuff.

Today i went for problem diagnosis with my camry in $70.I told guy i just need to identify problem dont fix anything. He said we will call you about problem. The whole day i was waiting and I didnt get a call. Near five o clock i reached there and asked for problem. And he told me that I cant fix whole problem. I cleaned a wire and total bill is $150. I said you should call me before any fixing any thing. He said oookkkk with anger. And also half tank of gas was disappeared. I never recommend you for such cheaters.

They know their stuff, but service is horrible. Ive been here on two separate occasions, the lady in the office is always on the phone (personal phone call) from both times I have been there. I asked her about a service and she tells me to go ask Fernando outside. The other time was the same thing but I forgot the mechanics name she referred me to. They definitely need to hire a new customer representative/service.
