Great Location, Cars look beautiful and the process was simple, Andres was nice to speak and deal with as well. OverAll, first impression was still better than most smaller owned dealerships ….However, bought a 2014 truck w/ 94k miles, $3700 down… and less than 60 days later, realized it needed a 3k TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY (A new transmission was recommended even), Drive shaft and Fuel pump module. The truck was never serviced either, needed an oil change, front brakes and alignment (small things that I can take care of anyways)Reached out to the dealership in good faith to see if they’d help in one way or another, wasn’t expecting the repairs to get completed all by them but who knows…. I was referred to a shop for it to get checked out and they found nothing wrong with the transmission I guess, being so busy, I took time to see another person yet one month after their referral, the check engine light went on and boom, there indeed was a transmission issue. The dealership and 3 other shops all quoted total repairs at $4k to $6k in repairs, or more if I replace the transmission.Side note: Before I realized the issues in my truck, I did refer a friend to the place too and they noted that the cars they checked up on did seem like they needed maintenance too, again, small problems but something to noteCan’t say you all will have this experience but do carefully examine your vehicles, CAREFULLY, before signing those papers! This has been an EXPERIENCE in my booksTWO stars instead of one, since I know the salesman and office staff there definitely deserve some creditAND YES, I HAVE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS AND PROOF IF ANYONE DOUBTS THIS REVIEW.

Andres, is a rare commodity in the used cars sell industry. A very honest man. He will send you home as he did me with a smile. I will do more business with Speedway in the future and would recommend it to all my friends and relatives.

I have bought several used vehicles over the years and this dealership was by far the best Ive ever dealt with. I was there in Feb 2019 to purchased a conversion van. They were fair and honest. Alex was a great salesman, no pressure and answered all my questions. Andy was so friendly and efficient with the paperwork when I picked up my van. Great dealership with amazing staff. They go the extra mile to ensure quality customer service. When buying my 2005 Mazda 3, I noticed the motor in the back window was out, and they had it fixed within hours. Couldnt have had a better buying experience! The people were nice and had great customer service. I bought a car from Speedway February 2015 and I had to get a new car by November 2015 even after getting a tune up oil change, new water pump,etc. Do your research before buying a used car from anywhere. Do more than a Car Fax history report check.

Gary was professional and pleasant to deal with. The other employees were nice and professional as well. The transaction was easy. The vehicle had minor issues Gary took care of immediately and followed through with his promise.

Found a car at Speedway Auto and agreed on price with Joyce. Was going to fly from Phoenix and offered a $500 deposit. Asked Joyce to make sure the car was good to go as it was a 2001 Cadillac. Was told car had an oil leak and it was being repaired. I appreciated her honesty.. Two days later I asked for an update and guess what......CAR WAS SOLD!!I am so sorry to inform you, but the 2001 Cadillac Eldorado was sold.Joyce

My daughter didnt end up buying a car from Speedway but everyone we spoke to on the phone or met was kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I will return in the future for a good deal on a used car.

Extremely helpful and reasonable as I would expect of a Christian Operated business. Finance person very responsible and well versed in his area of expertise and being bi-lingual is a huge plus.

Still dealing with problems with the vehicle I purchased from this dealership should of realized when I found drugs In my car and test driving it with both back wheels not even lug nutted on all the way to back away from the deal but I needed a newer vehicle, but it shows how much they actually inspect there cars before they sell them. They blue booked it as mint condition to sell even though the paint was chipped and all the tire inner side had 20% tread left and the interior leather was torn up Not to mention the illegal ca modifications they sold it to me with that I have to pay the fines for and replace Ive spent over 3k extra just trying to keep it running this dealership only cares about making profits avoid buy any cars here and go to a place that gives a S#&$ about there customers, I was a first time buyer and feel like I was raped and the car I traded in that I sighned over the bill of sale to this dealship twice now was involved in a three car pile up come to find out they never even switched the new ownwers name to the vehicle, so now Im dealing with this lawsuit that I wasent even involved in trying to clear my name AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! If you think the friendly service out weighs the product you are an idiot

David!!! thank you again. My moms house looks and smells amazingly fresh and super clean. Wow, the colors of the sofa came back to life. You need to call this place to have your carpets and upholstery professionally cleaned. The first phone call alone was reason enough to use this company. the person who scheduled the appointment was courteous, patient (because I ask a lot of questions) and informative. They even take ATM ! wooot !! Jerry showed up on time, he inspected the rooms and then told me his room-by-room agenda, which was very helpful. I got out of his way, I moved items around, he got to work, and in no time he completed 2 rooms, 1 sofa, 1 loveseat, 1 lazyboy. Did I mention honest? He didnt try to upsell any other services, or diagnose other problems with the carpet or furniture or claim that my house had a weird odor.

I came and they took very good care of me and sold a nice car at a good price, and I will recommend them to anyone.
