This is my favorite location they have everything I need and more. This location is clean and the staff of friendly.

I LIKE THE STORE BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND YOU HAVE ALOT OF MORE CHOICES TO TO PICK FROM MEANING FROM OTHER DOLLAR TREE THAT IVE BEEN THROUGH.

I’ve been to Dollar Trees in several states and city’s and this one has horrible service. It’s a large store with a nice selection of products but that’s the only thing going for it. The store was packed full of people and about 20 people in line with one cashier. The cashier did call for more help but no one showed up.

The only thing I can say is everything is still a dollar, unlike 99 Cents Only store...where everything is now priced individually.

I love Dollar tree. This location has a hard working and hospitable employee named Julie. She has a great attitude and will not just point you in the direction of what youre looking for, she will lead you there. Theres nothing better than good customer service. Nothing over a dollar unlike the 99 cent store where items range in price. When money is tight head on over to the dollar tree. This location closes at ten!!

Has great selection for storage containers, party supplies, small decorations, and kitchen tools.

Best deals but the customer service is terrible!! Elaina had a very bad attitude, but it could be a racial thing, she was extremely nice to the lady before me who was hispanic, but this white girl was treated like trash!! Just went to get crazy socks for my grandson for school today.

I always make a list of everything I need and go to Dollar Tree first, I love to save on cleaning products, snacks, drinks, laundry stuff, reading glasses, beautiful gifts, school supplies, party goods, its a deal every time. Thank you $🌳

Im surprised Ive never been to this location. It is one of the largest Dollar Trees I have seen and its stock is very plentiful and diverse. It definitely has a number of items that you cannot find at other locations. And if you are a teacher or into arts and crafts for kids or for just adults, this place has you covered. Definitely worth checking out if youre in the area. Just look at the pics

Slow register check out. I was the 4th in line and it took 18 minutes to check out. Another checker was added but her customer had a full basket. The people in front of me had a handful of items but that clerks only had one speed - slow. I go to this store for the cleanliness but even that is off since Covid 19. Should be thankful store is still open.

If it doesnt have something, the 99 across the street does, and vice versa. Theyre both good stores

Nice clean store, I filled my basket with lots of Springtime treasures, then went to purchase, only one cashier, long line of people with no sign of more help on the way. Sadly I had to abandon my basket full of good stuff. It was a nice store, probably just an over site.

2nd time in a row that I have been disappointed. 11/29 they had a line of over 6 people and when back up was called for no one came. Then their employees are not approved to accept $100 bills and a manager needs to approve them. So because their lines are not bad enough they stop everything just to approve money. Today 11/30 the cashier had the customer in front of me go do her own price check! Are we customers or employees??? Once again the whole line was stopped. Are these really your procedures? There were other employees on the floor, why were they not called for a price check? Why when the manager came to approve the money and saw the line did she not open a register? Instead she locked her self in the employee room. This dollar tree really needs some work on customer service.

Man oh man do I love this place! If you cant find exactly what youre looking for (which is rare), youll definitely find a bunch of other stuff! Great place for teachers, creative people (Cub Scout leaders), home decorators, or grabbing a snack or a gift card and wrapping paper... whatever!

One of the BEST Dollar Trees I’ve ever been to!This store is so organized, every aisle is neat, there’s hardly anything on the floor, merchandise is stocked, etc. Cashiers are so helpful and patient. Sometimes the lines get backed up, BUT they always try their best to get through everyone quickly. Very friendly, great customer service at all times. I’ve seen them go above and beyond their call of duty to bring you the best experience. Need something wrapped? They’ll ask before you can. Need a box for glass?They’ll get you one before you ask, too.One thing to know, this store can get very busy. It’s near a college campus and various elementary schools. Lots of faculty, students, and locals come to this location. Your typical rush hour is from 3pm to 7pm. Will always be busy, so expect some lines. Like I said before, cashiers work hard to get through everyone quickly and efficiently!They have a great selection of items year round, you can never truly leave empty handed. Be prepared to leave with more than you intend to buy! You find great things all throughout the store.Store closes at 9pm not 10pm!!! Those are holiday hours, but have not been changed by Google Maps. Store is located next to a grocery store and parking is shared with the entire shopping center.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My fiance and I purchased a large amount of champagne glasses from this location. 1 case was missing. The manager Debra immediately grab another box and started looking for that exact glass out on the shelf. Although she found the glasses she could tell I was displeased with not having the original box.(Safer during transportation) Debra took it upon herself to keep searching after I left, found the other box, looked the order up in the system and gave me a call the next day to let me know and ask what I wanted to do.DEBRA went above and beyond for me on this and I could be happier. Hard to come by great service like this.THANK YOU DEBRA

I was there earlier today and witnessed the lady at the register belittling a Latino man because he called her out on the changed she had shortened him .. she continued by saying “ yes I did, yes I did give you the correct change!” The man continued calmly ‘and yes, in English.. “ no you didn’t. “ At the end this story, the customer was right, she had short changed the man . She then got even more defensive. I couldn’t stand this anymore., no not in our town! I told the manager I was leaving and going to another store. She asked me if I wanted her to check my items out, I said no! I don’t want to even be here, that cashier is really really rude and I left.

The store is nice and clean. People are friendly but it always takes forever to check out. Usually only one cashier open with about four to five people in line. I go in between 12 noon and 3 p.m. . Always the same.
