Overall experience was good. The vehicle was clean and they allowed to take it for pre purchase inspection, which is a must for me. Would have gave 5 star, if the sales person wouldnt have made us wait, even with an appointment. Also during the second visit she was not available. Regardless, the purchase was worth it, good value. Had an appointment for a NY State Inspection and waited just shy of two hours. My car is from out of state and did not have a mount for the front plate, so they installed one with the new plate. Total cost $75.00. One star for location.

Don Pinti was a pleasure to work with on my recent purchase. I have bought several vehicles over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Definitely not your typical dealership. Don is very professional and his no pressure approach was a nice change to the high pressure that you get at most. Don also offered to hand deliver a tonneau cover that was ordered at time of purchase, due to the manufacturer delays. You just dont get service like that!!!

Just purchased a 2018 durango from longleys, great experience all the way around. Truly a good local dealership in the town of Fulton. A lot of my family have bought vehicles from them in the past so I figured I would give them a shot and I wasnt disappointed the salesman I had (Dave Harr) was great to work with. Even after I bought the vehicle i over looked a small but noticeable issue with the paint on the front fender. He explained to me that it would be covered completely under warranty to have it fixed (repaired/repainted) no cost to me. Again highly recommend longleys if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from Eric. Sale went nice and smooth unfortunately there was no customer service after the sale. I have had the vehicle almost 2 months. Took a month to get the floor mat that was missing. Purchased the vehicle with a chip in the windshield was told no problem we will take care of it. Was told it was on order then blamed the body shop for not ordering a windshield. Was then told they could fix the windshield. Had someone come to my work to fix it they drilled 2 holes to inject it so now I get to look at 2 drill holes in the windshield. I did have a issue that required service which Sarah and Chuck were great and in and out same day. *********Update as of 6/25/2020. Magically after a negative google review and being threatened by the salesman over the phone that he didnt want to help me because of my review. They did put in a new windshield. I did change it to 3 stars only because they replaced it. *********

Brought my wifes 2014 Journey there because the car was going in to limp mode They offered a loaner car and sent us on the way. The next day they claimed they had fixed the issue which was not covered under our extended warranty but it was only 98.00 so we paid and left. 3 weeks later the same thing was happening. So we brought it back explaining that we just had the car here and dont understand why they didnt fix it the first time. No loaner car this time however they did actually fix the issue and even offered to pay the deductible. So in the end yes we had to visit them twice for the same issue. However, they did make it right and they were pretty friendly.

They are laidback, kind, and most importantly honest. We were recently was shopping for a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Due to covid-19 we were searching the online sites. We found eight vehicles. Service Manager was a huge help. My sons 2017 acted like a dead battery. Would jump start but not stay running. Had a problem getting the key out of the ignition. He explained why and we resolved it. Took the truck there at 4pm and had it back at 9am this morning. Excellent service

They were not pushy and remained very helpful at matching us up with the right vehicle for us. The only reason this isn’t a Five Star review was a few things were missing I would have thought would have made this a five star experience like the bed of the truck was dirty when I picked it up. The gas tank wasn’t full and I need to go back to the dealership to pick up the second key-fob. I will caveat the gas statement with Jennifer texted me the evening I picked up the truck to let me know that she didn’t get a chance to see if it the gas in the truck got filled up before we left, apologized that it didn’t get done and offered to pay to fill it up for me when I brought it in.
