This location has hardly ever had competent employees. Friendly just not helpful.
Kiwane was a rock star!! Knew the products inside and out. Upgraded my phone and recommended a change in my plan that will save me quite a bit of money. Had a bit of a wait because of a line of customers and although he was the only representative in the store, everyone got great service and no one was rushed. Awesome experience.
Claimed he couldnt port a number over even though I know it can be done.
Went to the store today to purchase 3 phones. It was closed with a sign on the door that said On Lunch. Weird at 3:00 in the afternoon. No mention of when they would return or anything. I waited 30 minutes with no sign of anyone before leaving. I have continued to call the store after returning home and no answer. Lunch huh? Insanely unprofessional. I definitely dont want whoever thought that was a smart idea setting up my cell phones! Ill order online from now on.
Only because that is the lowest I can give. This store is great at scamming you and then they wont return your phone calls or have an answer when you show up at the store! They say they have a special going and then after you get done you find out that they lied about the special and you have a new payment!! Would never recommend this place ever!!
Great little store. Kiwi is an excellent resource, knowledgeable and friendly. Got new phones, numbers and service. Appreciate his patience and attitude.

All I can all I can say about AT&t I just made one phone call never could get anyone to answer my call so if that goes to show the service you will get here maybe not so good but its AT&t is your choice and thats who you choose to deal with and go for it
John and Cameron were extremely helpful and had great customer service skills. I didnt feel rushed. Plus, with everything I needed done, they were very patient and knowledgeable. I definitely wont mind having to go back for help in the future.

I absolutely love coming here! The people that work here are so super friendly and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I come here (even tho I live 2 hours away) anytime Im in town and having phone issues. They always know whats going on.

The customer service was amazing!Laine and Kyler were more than helpful with figuring out what was wrong with my grandmas phone. They were very patient with her and all of her questions.We drove from Mexico to Fulton just to go to AT&T for better customer service, which we definitely got.10/10 would recommend

I wont give any stars because this place deserves no stars. I will give them one star because i have to give them something. I have been an att customer since 2008 and I have never seen such poor customer service. I have spent the past two weeks trying to get an LG phone and a new contract and I have left my phone number at the facility twice and I have been waiting patiently for them to call me back to let me know one way or another if they have a phone for me. I have gone there twice and have requested assistance. I am actually going to change carriers because this company is a ripoff. I have spent 8 years with a single phone and just having the bare minimal with att and have spent almost 200.00 a month on a phone bill and I get crappier and crappier phones and cheaper plans and yet my bill is still sky high. they rip people off they lie to you and they try to get you to buy things that you dont want or need. I am getting tired of the lying and I am going to find a different company all together.
Girl said I’ll be right with you, went into the back and didn’t come out for another 45minutes....I was there for 1 hour and 20 minutes.....I just needed to pay my phone bill ☹️ Worse customer service in the area should have drove to como for better customer service...waste of my time
