The guy that helped me today has helped me before in the past and he’s great and so helpful. Not to mention, when I’ve called the Fulton store in the past with questions about my account, they’ve really helped me out. I love dealing with the Fulton Cricket Wireless.
Fulton store staff don’t know how to do there job, won’t make right on a mistake they made! Corporate staff are not any better

I went into the store to get a new phone and transfer my number over to the cricket retailer went threw the hole process to find out at the end of everthing that I couldnt do the transaction because of having any AT&T phone number. I was very disappointed why wasnt I told this before wasting my time going threw the process??
Tried to order online but said that they wouldnt send me the sim cards because some information was messed up. Went and tried to figure out what was wrong through a rep and they couldnt tell me why because of legal actions. because they werent activated. terrible experience and felt that this company didnt really value my money and could care less.
Victoria and Jennifer are awsome. They will help with all your needs. They are supper friendly and helped me from beginning to end, from purchase of the best phone Ive had all the way to my insurance claim. These girls were there the whole way. Highly recommended
I wanted to replace my stylo 5 for the same on and of course had to buy the stylo 6 because they no longer had 5.v
Service is great, workers are sexy as hell, all around great! The management can get up in your business tho if you sell Cricket phones on Facebook lol.
Ok these folks are amazing! I went in to get my WiFi Calling turned on as there was a quirk in my account and it didnt work. Chris and Jennifer spent 2 hours trying everything they could think of and on the phone with technical support (who were very unhelpful!) But they kept trying and finally figured it out! Thanks for not giving up! Cheers!👏

Purchase a smartphone from their store was pleased with the knowledge of the assoc. Very pleased with their customer courtesy.
The customer service really varies depending on whos working at the time. As well as the knowledge about the phones and plans. I was told I was grandfathered into my phone plan and if I upgraded phones I would be kicked off my plan and be forced to pick a more expensive one. Debated the issue with manager that said she was contacting the rep above her, but really just called another location. I happen to return later that day to finish selelllcting a phone. Then the manager said the general manager of the district contacted her after I left saying, upgrading a phone is not the same as making changes to the plan and would not kick a customer out of their grandfathered in packages! Basically expect nothing exceptional when it comes to customer service and a limited supply of products. But convenient business hours.
Didnt mention the referral code to us even though we indicated we had another account. Basically losing us $50.
I liked their business overall and I would hate to leave just to get a newer phone but they really Need better phone deals and offers for device upgrades ...temped

I went in with my sister her bill was supposed to be 69 she was charged 110, they told her something had changed and didnt tell her before or explain it so her account was charged for the 110 and since her bill was supposed to be less she only put enough in her account to pay it so she now has an overdraft fee, cricket didnt care about any of it, I was going to switch to cricket this month but after the way she was treated there is no way Ill be going there and with there price changes I can going anywhere else and it will still be cheaper then them!!
The only thing good about cricket is the price. but horrible signal. Slow doggy internet even though supposedly high speed. Slow laggy phones. Dont waste your time Im going back to us cellular.
