For every semester of grad school, they have refused to ship books until just a few days before the start of the semester, which has been causing me to fall behind at least a week in the first class of each semester.

Cute little bookstore but everything is way overpriced.

Hit or miss. For the past few semesters they have entered the wrong ISBN for textbooks for my classes. Or sent me a brand new book, instead of the used rental that I did not agree to purchase. Leary of buying/renting a textbook or other resources from them.
