I have to agree with what Les said. Very bad experience with them. They originally quoted me $200 for gluing my sink back to the countertop. And they promised it is just one-hour job on the phone. And turns out the technician spend two whole hours to complete the work. and the company force him to charge me for 2hrs labor, which is $400. During the fixing, I have to help him to hold the sink so he can hammer the edge of the sink to align with the counter top. He is really fumble, and seems inexperience and go stuff back and forth. But the most annoying thing is I realized the sink even didnt align well with the counter top after he left. What can I say! Bad luck to hire this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.Looks like I have to rebuttal this.I have to say I would rank this company with 5 stars for their quick response to the bad review, of course, in a wrong way, LOL. Instead of working with customer to figure out the issue of the un-satisfaction they quickly blames the customer and the company who did the work previously. They said they did their best to fix the problem. But it is only a half-decent job. Please see the photos of their work. same side of the edge have 1/8 differences. They mentioned if I hired them at the very first place, I wouldnt even bother to fix the problem. Let me tell you this, at lease the company who installed it originally can align the edge much better than you. Isnt that a basic skill Jackson stonework should work on. Totally incompetent. If I did hire your company at the very first place, I might have a bigger trouble now. Thanks GOD, I didnt do so.

We have used Jackson Stoneworks in two houses and have loved the entire experience both times! Our granite is gorgeous and their customer service is even better. Annette was a joy to deal with and always kept us informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them!

Ordered top of the line Cambria Quartz countertops through a 3rd party contractor who had Jackson Stoneworks install the Quartz. We had 2 younger guys come out to do the install and they seemed very personable, however the install was very slow, the 1 day install has grown to 4 days, they used a clear caulk to secure the backsplash to the cabinets and countertops that has dried almost white, and I still have messed up countertops. The installers put a toner on the quartz that made the quartz look terrible. They have been out 3 different times to fix the problem and still have no idea how to correct the problem.I have asked Cambria to get involved directly because I do have confidence in the manufacturer. I have spoken to someone in charge at Jackson and they have assured me that this will get resolved. More to come soon.

Read the contract carefully, every detail! What ever you discuss with the sales person may not be reflected in the contract. Once you sign it, it will be held over you no matter what was verbally agreed. Sales was hard to find and less then professional. Money seems to be more important than service. Time tables on insulation is hard to get and are not kept when given. Installation is adequate with good young men, just need more experience and training to be great.

We absolutely love our new granite countertops! We recently purchased a new home and updated the countertops for the bathrooms as well as the kitchen. Despite some surprises that were discovered during the demo of the old countertop, everything was completed in time for our move in.Everyone we interacted with from the moment we walked into the showroom to the installers was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with Jackson Stoneworks - I highly recommend them!

We had to do some major restoration following a leak in our kitchen. All of the cabinets near the sink had to be removed and rebuilt. Our worry was that the granite counter tops had to be removed and then replaced as well. Jackson Stoneworks did our original installation and it was seamless and beautiful so we asked them to reinstall it after the cabinets were reconstructed. Matt, Matt, and Lynn showed up on time, put it all back together, stayed late to clena up and make sure it was secure and to our liking. They were very professional and the countertops look even better than before. Thanks guys.

My wife and I ordered bone sinks for our four baths in our new home. Your people told my wife that you didnt have bone, but bisque is the same color. You installed the wrong ones. When I called you so we could fix the problem I was told it would be another $1000 to fix the problem. Luckily tubs n stuff helped us out for a third of the price. Your install guys were great. Not your staff.

Worked with Annette for sales and Susie for scheduling. Both were excellent. I had an unusual situation where I had I deadline and they both worked very hard to meet this deadline. Once installed there was a small problem. They both worked until it was fixed. Ive very happy with how these two worked with me and with the company too.

Nothing comes close to the lazer pin point accurate templates, the Fusion CNC, and the Titan 2800 automated finisher used together.Local builders have used them for many years in both residential and commercial installations.They take great pride in thier work and in the finished product.The stone yard is full of the most beautiful stone. Inside more stone and a one stop shop showroom. Cabinetts, flooring, tile, glass enclosures, fixtures for kitchen and bathrooms.

The contract for the job and scheduling process went very well. The job went well and over all we were very pleased with the completed job. The gentleman that came over to complete the work, truck 1 and truck three were professional and treated us with utmost respect. The only reason why we did not give 5 stars is because when the bar granite piece was being installed, the paperwork called for support brackets, but the installers overlooked this step. Another reviewer arrived to check things out and caught this discrepancy. Thank you all because the end result looks great and we are very happy with our kitchen. It hurts me not to give a perfect 5 stars.

I could not be happier with my kitchen countertops. They give me joy every time Im in the kitchen! Make sure you check out the granite slabs outside the building, thats where I eventually found my perfect piece. They sent high res images of the countertops before cutting the stone to make sure I liked the cuts. There was one small mismeasurement issue having to do with the fit of my old vintage sink, and they went above and beyond to fix it to my satisfaction. I enjoyed my experience with this company and love the outcome.

My husband and I would like to highly recommend Jackson Stoneworks. We got countertops for kitchen, breakfast bar, and backsplash to replace the laminated countertops. Boy, I just keep looking at the beautiful makeover and love love how it changed the whole look of the kitchen. First meeting was with Annette who made us feel at ease and listened to what we wanted and helped us with our choices. The two men that came and measured did an excellent job.. Even the installers commented how good the measurements were. Then next came the installers Alex, Earl, and Harry who were very professional. Cant say enough about them. They made suggestions and made sure we were informed on everything they were doing. Very hard working young men who take pride in their work.. Cleaned up afterwards. If and when we decide to do bathroom countertops we would ask for this team again. Also Susie who did the scheduling and helped us with our questions was really nice. A very fascinating and educational process to acquire new quartz kitchen counter tops and granite bathroom counter tops at Jackson StoneWorks. Sales department (Constance managed this for us) did an excellent job. Toured my daughter and I through the facility and explained materials and processes. Just between us...its not cheap to get superb quality. But, the end result is worth every penny. The order was placed. The materials were chosen from stock. After the cabinets were installed a tech came to the home and did the final measurements including what faucets were to be used (model numbers are gathered to ensure the cutting process is exact for the faucets chosen). A date is then provided by the scheduler. We shifted a little due to Jackson heavy work schedule. Only a few days. Two guys showed up at the appointed date/time. Very efficient and thorough with the finishing touches to the install. Cleanup was completed and we were impressed, very impressed. Kitchen and bathrooms countertops were installed in one afternoon. I requested one follow-up visit after plumber completed most of his work. A hole cut for an instant hot water dispenser was undersized by 1/8. Resolved in about 5 minutes the day after my request. Great customer service means a lot to me. Would I recommend them? Absolutely !!! And trust me Jackson StoneWorks did NOT pay me to create this review. Fine job start to finish.

Very pleased from start to finish of this project. From the initial meeting with Tyler to the actual installation. Communication throughout the process was terrific and the attention to detail during installation was much appreciated. I couldnt be happier with the experience.

We just had countertops and full height Quartz backsplash done by Jackson Stone. Everyone along the process really seem to care about how our new kitchen would turn out. Even the owner Tyler Ryals made a special trip to explain what should be done to make the full backsplash look the best. Constance Allison was most helpful from the beginning to the end. I can’t name everyone on the team but they all made our kitchen awesome even though we did not have new cabinets. Thank you all!

Jackson installed countertops for my small kitchen. They were extremely professional, competitively priced, and expeditious. Couldn’t ask for more! Granite looks great and is flawless. Do it!

In any home renovation job, you expect some substantial pain. I was pleasantly surprised to not experience that with Jackson Stoneworks. Their installation team was quick and competent. They managed with professionalism those little unexpected things that came up. They accommodated my 70 yr old cabinets and walls and made everything look right. Thanks.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Complete bait and switch. I spoke with their sales team multiple times, asking if the price per square foot I was quoted for the quartz I was wanting for an investment property was turnkey “fabrication and install” the female sales person said multiple times yes, it covers everything. I confirmed there are no other costs. She said no unless I were to want an elaborate edge or something. Spent a few days working with them and went out to their store to view pieces and finalize decision. Then they suddenly want 25% more than their original quote with no changes. Turns out the price for fabrication and install is $1000 more if you want to actually have them cut a hole for the range or sink, along with delivery (10 minutes from their office) which is apparently different from install. $1000 in fees that are not included until the last possible moment. Good luck making it in the recession, Jackson Stoneworks.

I had a very bad experience with Jackson Stoneworks. They quoted me a price, took my deposit and kept it well over a month. I had to keep pushing them to secure the granite and move forward. Then they refused to honor the price that they quoted me. While they admitted that they had made a mistake on the original quote, they refused to compromise. Never had this happen before. And the owner was quite rude. He insisted that the much higher price he was now asking me to pay was still a great deal. So I got my deposit back, and looked around for an alternative, eventually choosing A1 Stoneworld out of Green Cove. For the same granite slabs that Jackson Stoneworks was going to use, A1 Stoneworld gave me a better price. And they did an superb job. It looks beautiful! I like to stay local whenever possible. But in my opinion, Jackson Stoneworks does not deserve your business.

Jackson Stoneworks was very professional and accommodating. They worked with us to have our counters installed during a very difficult time. They were flexible about doing all phases with no face to face interaction and did an excellent job.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! From the moment we arrived to simply look at granite the entire process was a true pleasure. They are incredible experts and I highly recommend them for all your stonework needs. Constance was awesome. So was Sue. Jeff the designer was on point. The installers Alex & CJ top notch. Jason from quality control was great! We love our granite and believe in supporting local business. I couldn’t be happier. And to top it off they gifted us a signature lazy susan out of the granite we picked and also gifted us a free week of chef ami meals delivered to our door. Its far beyond giving back to the community, going out of their way to support local business, and providing a monthly forum of educational and industry training. Its simply their work ethic, one of honesty, superior customer service, and caring about the people they interact with. My grandfather would say they live by a code of honor, fairness, and goodwill. I like doing business with a company that believes in the same things I do--blending old-fashioned morals within a progressive business environment.

This has been one of the worst experiences that I have had. We made contact with a salesperson to get a quote. He cancelled his appointment with us and had us send a photo of our job. He gave a price of $900 and sent an installer out to do the job. The installer said that job wasnt what he was told by the salesperson. He took my countertops with him. The salesperson called and said the job would double in price do to extra work. No problem. Then calls back and advises we would be happier with new countertops for just $3600. Shocked by everything I decide to cancel my business dealings with him . After declining to refund all of my money we expressed disappointment with each other and ended our call. I found out that the salesperson was not qualified to give quotes on such a job and that the installer would be more familiar with a task of such. With a follow up call the next day, reminding the owner that his salesperson was the one who failed to make his original appointment with us, we made arrangements to pick up our tops and a total refund the following day. Happy to be disassociated with the company and dealing with professionals now.

We feel very fortunate to have been referred by our builder to Jackson Stoneworks for our kitchen remodeling project. The staff at Jackson Stoneworks was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of selecting and installing quality granite countertops that really added value to our home. The scheduling and installation work performed was both non-intrusive and transparent for the most part. All work was completed on time as promised. Wed like to thank Gordon Weidler for his attentiveness in ensuring the project was completed as promised and his willingness to work closely with his clients.

My mom saved all the money she could to buy her countertops. After receiving the countertops and getting them home she noticed that one of the smaller pieces was the wrong shade of granite. When she attempted to return the piece for the matching shade she was turned away. Both the father and son who own the business turned her away. Not only did they turn her away but they belittled her. They called her cheap and kicked her out of the store. Her treatment was completely uncalled for and extremely rude. I suppose we live in a world where people are to receive money (an agreed upon price) and not fulfill the service they are paid for. Im not sure who taught Tyler or Jack good business practice or common decency but I would have never treated a woman like that. How do I remove this one star that google has forced me to give them?

I have used Jackson Stoneworks to do 3 bathroom countertops, 1 outside Barbecue grill, and a kitchen, with cabinets and countertops. Their work is superior to other companies . Very professional employees, high tech laser layout, and a computer program showing the job with different materials . A neighbor used a different company, which I advised against, the sink was glued only . This will probably fall out in a few years or sooner . They left before connecting drain, it did not line up because of the way the countertop was made . I will be using Jackson Stoneworks in the coming year .They make sure the job is complete and to the customers satisfaction . Thank you

Please people heed the bad reviews. They are true!! From the start of our project my wife and I had nothing but issues from being talked down to by the owners, schedule changing without notice and not knowing who I was going to talk to because the staff turnover was unreal. I took the day off for my install scheduled @ 9am, I called at 10 because no one showed up. Come to find out my install date changed to the following week without notice! (I called the night before to confirm my install!!) So I had to take more time off work to be there for the next week. Then during install I find out one of my tops was templated/cut wrong and had to be redone but Jackson didnt have more stone and it wouldnt be done until the following week. Jackson Stoneworks also charged my credit card without authorization before the job was finished and for an amount more than my contract. Im deeply disappointed as almost everyone told me to stay clear of Jackson Stoneworks but I went against what friends, family and the Facebook page (Jackson Stoneworks ripped us off) said and I learned a costly lesson. Dont let them fool you with their fancy laser template and precision cutting talk. Use a DIFFERENT granite company!!

Stay far far away. This company has been advertising discontinued granite slabs on Gainesville craigslist for a long time. They claim to offer a unique opportunity for property owners to purchase direct from our factory at surplus prices to upgrade their properties with granite counter tops. Bite at this at your own risk. I am just sharing my recent experience with them this July, 2016. I did purchase 2 of their discontinued granite slabs which were described before purchase as such an amazing opportunity. The owner of the company offered voluntarily to throw in a small remnant needed to complete the countertop project which my husband and I planned to installed diy. Well when all was cut and polished - at full retail prices by the way, which added almost twice as much money as the cost of the slabs themselves - we ended up with that remnant all right. It just didnt match the rest of the granite. Not even close. With my usual presumption of good will, I took the mismatched pieces down to the company on Saturday - the owners son was not pleased. He came right out and verbally berated and belittled me because I had the audacity to complain about a free remnant - so what if it matched or not. Basically he tried to paint me as a cheap, poor insignificant customer. He went on to state that I had purchased seconds so what did I expect? He turned me over to his dad the owner of the company to whom I complained about poor customer service. The owner stated that I had just insulted them and we were done here. I now have a mismatched, disgusting looking countertop that cost a not insignificant price to me. I wonder how much you have to pay at this company to be treated with basic human respect and dignity.
