I dont usually comment like this but I felt like I had to because I really want and need to say this. The owner of Cellfie Wireless in Gainesville completely went out of his way to help me with my cellphone. Not only did he repair my screen but went well beyond that by helping me change phone carriers and then I had trouble setting up my voicemail which he took care of instantly. I only wish I could give more stars than 5 because he really knows his business and I recommend anyone that has cellphone issues go see him.

I highly recommend Cellfie the phone store for phone repairs. Alex who assisted me was friendly and very professional. My cracked screen was fixed in about 45 minutes, and free - wifi was provided! So I was able to complete work while I waited for my phone. My screen was repaired completely. No complaints!

Went in because they were the closest location to me recommended by my friend. I didn’t set an appointment, just dropped by and phone was taken to the back. I was told to allow 2 hours being that they had a lot of people come in ahead of me. I went back in about an hour and my screen was replaced. The lady that took my phone was very friendly and explained the warranty to me when I got my phone back. I will definitely be using their services if needed.

Installed a screen wrong for a 7 plus, the screen snapped on its own, pushing out. It was obvious what happened, they refused to replace it and do the job right thing though it was well within their 1 month month warranty.

I have used this company 3 time over 2 years for various cell phone issues. Alishah and the other employees has been able to fix every issue quickly that I have had.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. The manager is rude and uncooperative and gave us the run around for a month. So much so, that we had to get the law involved. Will definitely not come back, and I dont recommend that anybody else comes here. One of the employees even said that were not the first customers that the manager has done this to.

Dont ever go there cuz theyll cheat you out of your money if you buy a plug from there and they wont give you back refund when they when you have a refund and I have my receipt there are bad people

Very bad service they gave me the screen despostillada of my iPhone and broken on the second day it broke down they said it was my fault and that I had insurance for 15 days and that I had to pay extra to have it repaired
