The people were very friendly/knowledgeable unfortunately did have the phone I was looking for in stock but called me a couple days later to let me know it had come back in stock

So I had a brand new phone I went in to this amazing little store today not knowing exactly what I needed or how to explain it .. Im 40 I dont speak smart phone well... LOL... Anyway this very kind patient young man took all my broken requests and give me a working phone for way less than the retail price. my activation$25 the sim card $10 the plan $55 and a case marked $29.99 and I paid less than $80 total these guys are good fast efficient professional I will be back for any other phone needs I have ... I went in to start a new phone. I had a phone in mind they had it but they offered me something problem is when I went back to get it it was sold out and was not coming back. When I was upset about it the guy got angry cuz he didnt serve me in the first place and said it wasnt his job to worried about the problem because he wasnt my original salesperson. He eventually got on and did his job. And became very helpful. He got me an okay phone and to be honest Ill be glad when I can upgrade. I dont think cricket is all as made itself out to be since it expanded. Its still a long distance from my house to anywhere and I only live a little out of town.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE‼️ They tell you what you want to hear to get the sell and leave you with a bunch of “I’m sorry” after their error. I work In customer service also and was sure to ask all of the necessary questions before purchasing a phone.. now I’m stuck with a phone because a store rep lied to make a sale and the store and customer service are not willing to accommodate me based on their employee’s error!Disgusted!!

I am not sure how I am feeling right now. My first time in a place where I literally walk out with a whole BUNCH OF STUFF but no receipts. I wanted to check my stuff out on line to see what I purchased and realized, I do not have what I thought I bought. I am making a trip first thing tomorrow morning for REFUNDS......I bought a 200.00 phone and 20.00 case but paid almost 300.00, why? And I have no receipt. Whats really going on here?

The few times its been required that I visit a Cricket Wireless retail location the staff have been quick to respond and resolve my needs.
I live in Ocala, Fl. I called the Cricket associate and informed him that I was coming 33 miles away to purchase 2 IPhones. He(RAY)insured me that he(RAY)would hold them for me. Needless to say when I arrived an hour later he screamed across the room,I already sold 1! I was left in the lobby in disbelief. No one out of the 5 associates on staff came to be to ask if they could assist me. I left there in tears.....

The service was ok by the rep, no complaint there. The issue I had was that I was over charged $20 . $10 for a SIM card which according to Cricket website supposed to be 99c only, valid thr end of July ! and another 410 for headset that I did not purchase... raised the issue with the rep who talked to the manager who stood right beside us, and was told that as of this morning they had to reset their computers to reflect a new rate... didnt sound right to me and I expressed my feeling to the rep, via a phone call right after leaving the store and checked the Cricket Wireless online. Called the store back and offered to credit me back for $20 before I file a complaint with Cricket.. was told that they are private business and not abiding by Cricket advertising online ... ?????/ so I gave up and filed a complaint with Cricket online rep who told me that Im absolutely right ! and that they will take care of the matter with the store. Im very surprised, and upset that these things can happen here in Gainesville !!!
