Its really good service, cheap, and quick repair. So its worth it to have your phone screen to get fixes in jiffy! Also its has multiple selection of phone cases to get the new cases. So highly recommend to going there.

Phone fashion repaired the cracked screen of my sons phone and did a great job! They are located at the oaks mall next to the foodcourt which was great!

I had a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge battery replacement handled at Phone Fashion. The initial fee was supposed to be $20 up front and $40 once the repair was finished, but I was accidentally charged the full $60 at the front and told that the charge couldnt be cancelled. The battery was an expected 2 week delivery and arrived ahead of schedule. The repair itself took 30 minutes, after which my screen had been damaged and the repairman denied liability, albeit politely. I was handed the old swollen battery and told I could throw it away anywhere, which would be a crime under Florida law (I expected them to offer disposal because of this but they do not). So I had my battery changed for a good price, but now Im responsible for the disposal of my old battery and my screen is damaged. I cant recommend going here for your repairs unless you want to gamble on the quality and, in the case of battery replacements, dont mind doing the leg work to dispose of your old battery.

I had my iPhone X screen repaired here with a 30 day warranty. Best price in town I could find. Something happened with the screen 2.5 weeks after replacement and they were true to their word on 30 day work guarantee and didn’t hassle me in the least. Very friendly and easy to work with. Will go here again for iPhone repair. Quick service as well.

I was seeking a cover for my NOTE 9, which I was having difficulty finding, at any price. Arif is very nice, and knows his stuff. I went to but a iphone and the iphone was stolen when he took my sim out and put it back in my phone att locked my sim card because of the stolen iphone dont go there to buy a phone!!!!!!! If I bought it I would been screwed because it took almost 1 hour before my phone stopped working.

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a screen repair. Brought my screen in to be repaired, everything else on the phone functioning perfectly. After receiving the new screen, I step out of the store only to realize my home button was no longer working (though it worked perfect when I brought it in). Brought it back inside, manager refused to fix or offer to fix it, or offer a refund.SCREAMED and ARGUED WITH ME. THE TECHNICIAN BROKE MY HOME BUTTON and TOLD ME sometimes those things just happen and REFUSED TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE. SPENT AN HOUR TRYING TO GET A REFUND, finally got my money back but now I have a broken screen and broken home button (a $349 expense) thanks to these people. SUCH A LACK OF INTEGRITY.

The phone mechanic broke my iPhone X. I came in with a slightly cracked iPhone X. He repaired my phone for $280 (which was a price I placed). I unfortunately dropped my phone again but this time the screen cracked internally. Went back 2 weeks later, charged me $180 to repair. After repair my phone would continue to shut off. Screen touching reaction was repsonding slowly. After while the screen LCD gave out. Than he was requesting $100 for LCD repairs.Went to Retech, the mechanic told me the LCD connection was ruined. That it could no longer connect to the motherboard, that the part was bent. That a screw on the bottom of the phone was stripped. That a part of the screen was cut in order to slow the screw to fit. That the screen that was placed on the device was peeling apart.Overall worst place for phone repair. No warranty or proper repair!!!!

Quick service. Only gave 4 stars because they advertise on their website that they take 25% off if you make an appointment online. Made an appt the day before we brought in the phone - came in & told them I made an appt, the guy states it will be $100. I reminded him online it states that there is a 25% discount for appts. The two guys look at each other & the one says I can only do 80 .... only a $5 difference from what it should be - but dont advertise something & make your customers correct you on it.Otherwise, happy with them.
